The Razer Armory

I bought this keyboard about a year ago, and at the same day when I started using the keyboard the issues appeared. I decided to ignore it at first, but now I just want to fix the thing. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method I saw, but none worked. Uninstalling drivers, reinstalling drivers, switching from Synapse 4 to 3, update firmware, plug the usb into a different port, nothing worked. I am really desperate to get this keyboard fixed and make it work properly, and I am slowly considering to send it to Razer myself to get it repaired.

For some reason, I can’t seem to get a signal from my Razer Ripsaw connected to a Nintendo Switch 2 on a TCL QM6K TV.  I have tested just about everything, and I still don’t know what to do.  Can anyone help me out?

Hi folks, I am looking to upgrade the storage on my 2021 Razer Blade 14”. In the specs page the maximum storage is listed as:  Storage (Maximum) NVME or SATA-III, Single Sided, expandable up to 2 TB SSD (M.2 2280)  Does that mean I have two slots and can add one 2TB SSD per slot for a total of 4TB or can I only add a second 1TB SSD for a total of 2TB?Not sure if the Maximum is per SSD or all SSDs 🤔

When Windows Sonic is enabled should I put my headset in Stereo mode? My friend says it might "piggyback" on THX, thus requiring my headset to be in THX mode, but doing so could easily overlap the two effects at once, right?Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Hey! I picked up a Basilisk v3 pro 3 days ago and think this might be my favorite mouse to date, even better than the MX Master for work. Only issue is that my mouse sporadically disconnects on bluetooth and I can't get it to kick back in. I'll switch to 2.4, works well, disconnects sporadically too. I have my 2.4 dongle in a caldigit hub, but i'd like to get this working over bluetooth.

When will razer 16 rtx 5070  arrive on stock? And when it arrive,  will be there sale on it? Thanks

Does anybody have any info on Blade laptop stocks in the U.K.?Almost every model is either out of stock or only available in a few specific SKU’s, and in some cases there’s no option to request a stock alert.

Dear Razer,I have been a PC gamer for 30 years+ and I have been a user of the left handed versions of Razer mice products for 5-10 years. You make some great products, thank you!For a left handed player (mouse in left hand, using the right hand for the keyboard), there is a massive need for a right handed small keyboard/key pad for the most used FPS games etc. A right hand version of the Razer Tartarus 2 (or Pro version) would be SUPER AWESOME.  https://www.razer.com/gb-en/gaming-keypads/razer-tartarus-v2  Using a normal keyboard for games when you are left handed is a massive task for each game to remap keys etc. At the moment I use an ambidextrous key pad called the Delux T9 that at least has two space bars, so one of them can be used by the right thumb. I’m sure Razer could make a much better version, especially if it was dedicated for the right hand use.While there is only 10% or so people who are left handed, the need for such a gaming keypad is huge due to the significant issues

I recently purchased a "Razer Blackshark V2 X" headset from a major authorized retailer in my region (eMAG). The box arrived in what looked like new condition.However, when I tried to register the product on Razer ID to obtain my "7.1 Surround Sound activation code", I received an error message stating: "The product is already registered."I suspect that the retailer might have sold me a returned unit as "new." The previous owner likely registered the Serial Number (S/N), claimed the one-time activation code, and then returned the headset. Now, I am stuck with a "new" headset but without the software feature I paid for. Can someone help me with this problem?I can send valid proof of purchase (invoice) and a photo of the S/N on the headset.

I’ve lost my 2.4Ghz USB dongle for my razer pro type ultra keyboard, I’m just wondering if there’s any replacement such as the replacement available on the razer website but it doesn’t explicitly mention my keyboard. However it does mention the pro click mouses which are the mouse partner of this keyboard. If anyone knows any replacement dongle for this, it’d be much appreciated. already go through all the fix for Razer Blackshark v2 x sound leaking problem, in discord mic can capture voice from friend, i already try every solution and it didnt work, i even press the mute button on headset and test playing youtube, still the mic able to capture the sound from the youtube, i think i will throw away this headphone and buy other without sound leakage problem. this is my worst experience headset in my life, other cheap headset are doing better than this.already tried: using usb sound card and mic really low and even when im yelling only can heard about 1%, in device manager update drive and choose hd audio  (didnt work).

Recently bought the Razer Blackshark V3 Pro. Previously had the V2 which spontaneously fell apart at its hinges (which I can see was a widespread issue).I like other aspects of this headset and having returned various other models from other manufacturers due to similar defects, I'm kind of at the point where I want to see if I can just secure it myself.I say this because the joints look very similar to the V2 and I haven't got a lot of faith in them, albeit the lower sections do swivel now which hopefully reduces the chance of breakage.Any ideas on how to approach this? I thought about getting some electrical tape and just running a few layers over the joints to reinforce them.Alternatively if a Razer rep can reassure me that this fault has been specifically and reliably addressed in the V3 that would be much appreciated.

Hi, I am currently trying Razer's Remote Play.My PC is a Radeon 8700GE CPU, and the iGPU is configured with Radeon 780M. Since I use it as a headless without a monitor, I am using the PC with Windows RDP.The problem is that there is no problem using the PC with RDP connection, but when I try to play a game with the Razer Remote play App on my iPhone, an error message pops up saying, "The host PC cannot encode. Please update the GPU or CPU drivers." and I cannot connect.I have updated the CPU and GPU drivers to the latest versions. I welcome any suggestions from those with experience in this matter.

Recently I got a pc my uncle gave me the keyboard as a gift and I’ve been trying to use it since but nothing works I’ve tried everything I’ve been able to find online related to my issue but nothing works the pc sees it it registers it as a keyboard and it shows up on synapse but none of the keys work only the volume scroller works but everything else doesn’t I have no clue what’s going on if it’s broken or what I’ve tried all ways of connecting it Bluetooth, the dongle, wired nothing it only shows up on my pc when it’s wired never any other time I’m defeated I don’t know what to do or what’s wrong 

I just bought this Razer barracuda x headset and everytime i try to charge it just flashes red ive tried multiple different charging points even a different charger, even though this one was brand new, please help 😭

Hello i plan to grab the Razer Blackshark v3 (the middle version) on Black Friday. I heard you can use it via USB. Does using it via usb give you any disadvantages like Razer Synapse Profile loading or no thx Audio or something like that? it would be my first Razer Product.
