The Huntsman keyboard really surprised me with its revolutionary optical switches. But I think there are still more potentials to be unleashed beyond rapid trigger or  virtual controller.Since the keyboard’s raw input is analog rather than digital, it should be possible to convert those analog signals into MIDI signals for musical instruments by just writing a programme, and let the computer identify it as a generic MIDI keyboard. In that way you can play the piano or other instruments that requires varying input forces. This may be a novel approach for music fans or professional composers. Do anybody know how could I achieve this?

I like mouses with a prominent arc, or let's say with a lot of height. I don't like flat mouses since even with a palm rest they make my wrist painful. Which is the razer mouse with the most prominent arc? 

Ever since I've had my Razer Kaira, it had the worst connection problem I had ever seen. It always disconnects and reconnecting over, and over, and over again. And so not too long ago, I decided to take apart my headset, see if there's maybe something loose inside or idk what. And I see an MHF4 connector, with nothing plugged inside.. I'm guessing that's where the antenna is supposed to be, but there's none inside. I bought an antenna on aliexpress and we'll see if it's gonna fix my problem. 

So I got myself a razer mouse (Viper) and tried to use the customisation for the alternate keys on the mouse, but even if I'm not in english language and not using in windows the english language it's still being in the US layout of QWERTY and it's even worse that when I try to put for example " / " as a key directly from the symbols section, it just map the way to write the symbol with a US keyboard. Same with " : ", it just show me "Shift+M" like wtf ?? And so it obviously proceed to use "Shift+M" in this case and "Shift+!" in case of a " / ". I'm lost I need help as playing without these is making it hard as it's been 10 years I played like this

I went in store and brought a Razer gold gift card for $200.00. I sent to my grand children. When they tried to redeem it, it was rejected. For 48 hours I have been trying to get it redeemed. Now they are saying they need another 72 hours. I just want to redeem card or money back. I paid for the card. I am getting no reply. 

I currently own a Razer blade 15 (2020) that is now dying and I need a new laptop. Since I was pretty happy with the 15, I am highly considering staying with razer. What I basically want is a more up to date 15, which obviously doesn't exist. I still need the laptop to be more or less portable, since I use it for work and have to transport it a lot. I also game a LOT (which I'd love to do on highest settings) which leads to the laptop running the whole day . Now I don't know which specs I need for a smooth experience without going over the top (I definitely don't need 64 gb ram) and I don't even know if I should go bigger or smaller. Is the 16 still transportable without problems and does the 14 still have a big enough display without me having to squint my eyes to see what I am doing? If anyone has any (helpful) input in that matter, please help, I have been trying t figure out the best solution for months...

A whole host of questionable entities (including SBF) are among the original backers.Why Razer feels a need to besmirch their reputation by associating with such ilk is beyond belief.

Hi guys I had face an issue with Blackshark v2 pro, where as whenever I use the dongle, the audio will start crackling and randomly drops and rises like the sound fades out and then suddenly becomes loud again. This issue happen obvious especially while gaming. However, there is no such issue when I connected with the Bluetooth. And for some reason when I’m connecting with dongle, it shows that the headset is recognized as “speaker” but not “headphone”, but the Bluetooths is recognized as “headphone” instead. Did anyone know how to solves this problem?

I recently got a Kraken V4 X headset as part of a new PC setup upgrade. It was working fine for a few days. I unplugged the headset earlier today and used it with my PS5, where it worked fine as well. However, after unplugging from the PS5 and trying to connect back to the PC, the headset started showing an error on screen saying "USB device not recognized." It does the same thing on my fiance's computer. Am I just cooked and need to bite the bullet on another new headset? I've already tried just about everything else I've found online for troubleshooting at this point. Thanks.

I had a Razer DeathAdder Pro V3 (wireless) suddenly stop working—it was completely dead. No response when plugged in, no wired mode recognition, and pressing the power button did nothing.After some trial and error, I found a fix that sounds strange but worked for me:Flip the mouse over and hold down the power button for 5–10 seconds. This seems to force a reboot or override mode. A white light started blinking, and suddenly the mouse came back to life. After that, I was able to charge it and use it normally again.This issue happened randomly while I was using my computer. I stepped away for about 5–10 minutes, and when I returned, the mouse was completely unresponsive—no clicks, no lights, and no reaction in wired mode.I'm not sure how long this fix will last, but if your DeathAdder Pro V3 suddenly dies, try holding the power button for 5–10 seconds. I purchased razer kraken x lite recently everything works on my mobile and on my laptop (it has mic and audio port separate) but when I try to use it on my gaming pc mic doesn't work it has trrs port I tried everything updated driver, cleaned port checked if it was working. I recently got a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, but it’s causing some arm pain. Do I just need time to get used to it before the ergonomics feel comfortable? I used the DeathAdder V2 and Logitech Pro X before and never had this issue. 

Hi Razer Support team, My mouse is connecting to a Razer Mouse Pro Dock in Hyperpolling. It keep stuttering and freezing 1 or 2 seconds. I find out a temporary fix which remove the dock and connect to the USB dongle (issue still exists) after that remove the USB dongle and connec to the Mouse Pro Dock again. I have to do it everytime I boot up my PC. A few day ago, even if I done those steps above, after a certain time, the Mouse is being freezed and nothing can do with it.The RGB light on the dock is also delayed. My mouse S/N is PM2325H27400922. My PC is running windows OS,Note that the mouse works perfectly with cable. It also works fine on other my PC/laptop with either Pro Dock or USB dongle.I suppose the problem could be from my Windows OS but tried to reinstall Synapse, removing drivers,… everything I could but cannot be fixed.Please help to resolve this.Thank you very much

Why is it that the Kitsune doesn’t connect to Synapse for lighting? it makes no sense to force the lighting to be one of a few colors when we have an app to literally control lighting through our Razer devices.does anyone know if compatibility will be added?

Tried to update my Razer Barracuda X (2022) RZ04-04430, since I'm having issues while playing that causes the headphones to cut out and temporarily switch to my speakers. It last like 5 seconds but happens a lot in one day and gets annoying while playing. Wanted to update them to see if that would fix the issue but with the latest update (August 26, 2025), but every time I try update it, it says failed. I have the USBC Dongle connected by the wire since my PC does not have a port.  I tried restarting my computer - nothing. Disabled memory integrity and restarted - nothing. I tried running the file as administrator - nothing.  Connected the headphones also - nothing.Was able to use the latest pairing file and that did nothing.

Hey everyone,I’m planning to pick up the latest Razer Huntsman TKL, but I’ve got a question before buying. Can features like Snap Tap and 8K polling still be used without Razer Synapse?I don’t care about RGB since I use SignalRGB for that, but I really want to keep features like Snap Tap and the high polling rate. Is there any way to enable or use those through other software or firmware?If not, are there any alternatives or workarounds (maybe other keyboards or software) that offer similar features? 

So here’s my problem, I’m German but located in the US currently to work for the next couple years. Unfortunately my old keyboard is at the verge of dying. So I’ve done some digging and to me the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro seems  very appealing. The thing is… I am SO not familiar with the US layout of keyboards, as I’ve used the German layout for about 20 years daily now. Is there ANY way, I can order a Keyboard within the US with a German QWERTZ layout, without having it shipped over from Europe for +100$ in shipping costs? I’ve also tried to see if I can just buy the keyboard here and also buy the Phantom Keycap upgrade.. but well they don’t sell the German layout here either lol. Anyone ever faced this problem?
