So uhm. I purchased my Razer headset. Kraken V3 X. And I don’t exactly remember the Date of Purchase. I need a little help. A little context. A few months ago. I don’t exactly remember the date. Me and my mother went up to Walmart and purchased the Headset I use. And as a 15 year old. I don’t exactly have a credit card. Surprise. And she purchased the Headset. But now. Present day, I try to register. And I realized I need my Date of Purchase. If someone could help me. I’d appreciate. Thank you.

I bought it for my laptop and I’m a little concerned about it being powered by the laptop itself. I don’t know much about computer engineering but my laptop (MSI Titan) already runs a little hot and I’m worried the excess power demanded of it will overheat it or reduce its life expectancy or something. My laptop is already powering a gaming keyboard, mouse, controller, Razer Base Station, and charging my headset. My old leviathan had its own power cable.Based on the above info, is it safe to plug in the soundbar directly to my laptop?

Good dayGot my Razer Kraken V4Playing some Games with open mic (Lockdown Protocol) other players complaining that my mic is echoing themso they hear themselves thru my mic, out of embarreament  i’m muting myself all the timealso when someone talking in Discord my mic has some input even if i’m quite.Basicially it feels like my mic is put too close to my headset so it’s doubling?And one other thing:i’m playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) with a mod called TruckersMPHowever, TMP has a seperate launcher, you launc ETS2 via TMPGoing thru the loading Sequenze, it’s all fine but when i come to the Login Screen, i’m loosing my  Sound connectioni have to unplug and re-plug the Razer USB Stick to my PC to have my sound backAny ideas? I used to play to compete in various fighting games and bought a razer rajiu TE a while back. after it broke the product was just disscontinued and i got a new one for cheap. i don’t play games that much anymore but wanted to play FC26 now that it released. for some reason i have always had issues with ea games and need to launch them through steam with steam input however on fc26 there is so much input delay, all the buttons need to be hammered for inputs to register and even then everything is extremelly delayed to the point where it is not playable. anyone know any solution or has had similar issues and managed to fix them?i’ve got the latest drivers from 2021 but still.i need to add that the controller works fine in other games and i’ve used an old ps3 controller for the past couple of days without issues other than that the controller itself is also broken and randomly inputs other commands which is why i’m overall frustrated that i can’t get my regular controller to work.

This isn’t a criticism of your brand or work, but rather the generic shape all controllers have. It’s poorly designed, at least for my smallish hands. I have paddles on the back, so the only way to hold the razer and have as many fingers on buttons as possible without removing the thumbs from the sticks is such that there’s literally only an very, very narrow range of holding that just barely (doesn’t really) works. My pinky is too short to comfortably reach the lower paddles. The general shape of the controller is vague, is it to be held this way or the way most grab it, though most also remove their thumbs from the sticks to hit A, B, X and Y?  I absolutely hate how gaming hasn’t innovated controllers beyond some refinements and paddles, the fact that KnM (keyboard & mouse) is used at all is ridiculous. Hello,  I’m experiencing a long wake-up delay with my Razer Cobra Pro when it is connected through the Razer Mouse Dock Pro.  The mouse takes 10–30 seconds to respond after going into sleep mode, even if I just leave it idle for 1–2 minutes.  What I have tried so far:- Tested both Razer Synapse 3 and 4 (reinstalled multiple times, including full driver cleanup).- Disabled Enhanced Power Management in Device Manager and registry.- Disabled USB selective suspend and Link State Power Management in Windows power plan.- Checked BIOS settings (USB power states, power delivery in S4/S5, etc.).- Tested on multiple PCs (desktops and laptops, different USB ports including powered/red ports).- With Bluetooth connection, the mouse wakes up much faster (1–2 seconds).  - With the Dock Pro or wireless dongle, the delay is always 10–30 seconds.- If I close Synapse completely, sometimes the issue becomes less noticeable, but not solved.It looks like this is a firmware/driver issue with Cobra Pro + Dock

Yesterday, synapse 3 decided to prioritize itself over my game and insist I install Synapse 4 right that very second. I did, because it wouldn't let me go back to what I was doing otherwise, and now my performance on Jedi: Survivor has gone down the drain.I looked at task manager and saw a modest village of background processes. I'm not sure if those are entirely the issue but it's definitely Synapse 4 in some capacity. Any advice?

I have a problem with my razer blackshark v2 (RZ04-03230100-R3M1) the volume control. If you turn the volume knob above 80-90%, the volume drops on the contrary, and the balance shifts from the center. In addition, when adjusting the volume knob at high values, a small crack appears. How can I fix it or should I use the warranty

I'm planning on upgrading from my logitech G502 hero to the razer basilisk V3 pro 35k. I wanted something wireless + a higher polling rate than 1000 hz, and it's what people recommended. I've been looking around online, and some sources say you can only get 4khz polling with the mouse dock pro, and others say you can get 8khz with it. If only 4khz is possible, I'll buy the hyperpolling dongle instead of the dock, but the dock has the added benefit of wireless charging which is convenient to me because I am not great at cable management in my setup (it's a mess). Can someone who has a mouse dock pro with up-to-date firmware tell me what's the max polling rate they can get with their mouse?

Wondering if the community is still having the issue where the ARGB controller not turning on LED on system startup.I had this issue for a long while, but I did not use my PC since Jul. I read some post around Aug that it was fixed. I finally have time to turn on my computer today. Did all the updates/repairs but it still does not work.Is it broken again?Also, Chroma app is not loading correct when I try to launch it. It opens a window, but get stuck on a blank page.

Instead of repeating to you what is apparently a very common problem with this headset I will illustrate with a screenshot of the review I left on Staples.ca  As you can see my headset is ruined. I am not here to talk about that. I am here to complain about the RMA process. It has been three weeks since I sent the broken one back to Razer. Which was an annoyance in and of itself. Why do they want a clearly BROKEN headset back? This is a COMMON manufacturing defect and I feel they are just being obtuse on purpose by demanding broken stuff back in the mail before they will help you. Anyways. I have sent mine back THREE WEEKS ago and I have received absolutely NOTHING from Razer. Not a confirmation that they received it. Not a tracking number so I know a replacement is on the way. NOTHING.I tried to open a case to inquire about where it is but guess what YOU CANNOT OPEN A CASE WITHOUT THE SERIAL NUMBER but I do not have the serial number because I sent my headset back already. OH. MY. GOD

Hello all. I'm here wondering which headset should I get now ? Sadly my beloved SOG H70 died, so I'm looking for a new one.I'd use it mainly for video games (mostly single player) and a microphone isn't necessary, if that's worth mentioning. Also watching some movis and all that, but yeah. Also budget isn't a problem.Any ideas ? Thanks !

My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset is stuck on a gray screen in the Synapse 4 application interface. I can't configure its settings. It works fine in Synapse 3.

Hi,My Razer Naga X randomly started feeling sticky, when I hold the mouse the top of my fingers get sticky, I've tried cleaning the mouse with a microfiber cloth but sadly it didn't work. How to solve this? Whenever I use the mouse I feel the need to re-wash my hands, but it doens't help because when I use the mouse my fingers feel sticky again. It's uncomfortable to use the mouse now. I've bought it february 2024, it shouldn't feel this used should it? My old razer naga (molten!) didn’t get sticky until  years after it and I just replaced it in feb 2024. 

Hey, I just bought a Razer Barracuda X Headset, a wireless one with dongle I charged it to max. But as soon as I try to turn on the headset it instantly shuts off. When I try to charge it, the indicator gives a solid green light, which means the battery is full. It came with a jack cable, but when i plug it in the PC it still doesn t give any audio

I’ve just bought a pair of Barracudas Everything was perfect for like 1 day, then they just didn’t connect to my PS5 (using the USB-C dongle). I’m sure there’s a bug because the barracudas turned off automatically every time I tried to connect them to the console using the dongle… I searched some people with the same problem and I realized that a lot of us just hate the Barracuda connectivity. To fix it all I made was Settings > Sound > Audio Output > Turn Off “Switch Output Device Automatically”, and that’s all. Now everytime i turn on the PS5 I’ve to connect them manually… But that really solved my problem with the headphones. 

Hi everyone. I’m so tired of the wired headsets. I currently have the V2 Kitty pro, but the wire is so annoying and sometimes plays a static noise when I move in a way. I’m thinking of a wireless version so I won’t have to deal with wires. I’m open to any recommendations and suggestions

Why can't I get my ps5 controller to remap to do 2 buttons at once?  I see people remap the MFB to do right down not just click it in.  How?
