Instead of repeating to you what is apparently a very common problem with this headset I will illustrate with a screenshot of the review I left on Staples.ca  As you can see my headset is ruined. I am not here to talk about that. I am here to complain about the RMA process. It has been three weeks since I sent the broken one back to Razer. Which was an annoyance in and of itself. Why do they want a clearly BROKEN headset back? This is a COMMON manufacturing defect and I feel they are just being obtuse on purpose by demanding broken stuff back in the mail before they will help you. Anyways. I have sent mine back THREE WEEKS ago and I have received absolutely NOTHING from Razer. Not a confirmation that they received it. Not a tracking number so I know a replacement is on the way. NOTHING.I tried to open a case to inquire about where it is but guess what YOU CANNOT OPEN A CASE WITHOUT THE SERIAL NUMBER but I do not have the serial number because I sent my headset back already. OH. MY. GOD

Hello all. I'm here wondering which headset should I get now ? Sadly my beloved SOG H70 died, so I'm looking for a new one.I'd use it mainly for video games (mostly single player) and a microphone isn't necessary, if that's worth mentioning. Also watching some movis and all that, but yeah. Also budget isn't a problem.Any ideas ? Thanks !

My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset is stuck on a gray screen in the Synapse 4 application interface. I can't configure its settings. It works fine in Synapse 3.

Hi,My Razer Naga X randomly started feeling sticky, when I hold the mouse the top of my fingers get sticky, I've tried cleaning the mouse with a microfiber cloth but sadly it didn't work. How to solve this? Whenever I use the mouse I feel the need to re-wash my hands, but it doens't help because when I use the mouse my fingers feel sticky again. It's uncomfortable to use the mouse now. I've bought it february 2024, it shouldn't feel this used should it? My old razer naga (molten!) didn’t get sticky until  years after it and I just replaced it in feb 2024. 

Hey, I just bought a Razer Barracuda X Headset, a wireless one with dongle I charged it to max. But as soon as I try to turn on the headset it instantly shuts off. When I try to charge it, the indicator gives a solid green light, which means the battery is full. It came with a jack cable, but when i plug it in the PC it still doesn t give any audio

I’ve just bought a pair of Barracudas Everything was perfect for like 1 day, then they just didn’t connect to my PS5 (using the USB-C dongle). I’m sure there’s a bug because the barracudas turned off automatically every time I tried to connect them to the console using the dongle… I searched some people with the same problem and I realized that a lot of us just hate the Barracuda connectivity. To fix it all I made was Settings > Sound > Audio Output > Turn Off “Switch Output Device Automatically”, and that’s all. Now everytime i turn on the PS5 I’ve to connect them manually… But that really solved my problem with the headphones. 

Hi everyone. I’m so tired of the wired headsets. I currently have the V2 Kitty pro, but the wire is so annoying and sometimes plays a static noise when I move in a way. I’m thinking of a wireless version so I won’t have to deal with wires. I’m open to any recommendations and suggestions

Why can't I get my ps5 controller to remap to do 2 buttons at once?  I see people remap the MFB to do right down not just click it in.  How? 

So, my mouse (DeathAdder Chroma) keeps double-clicking on its own. For example, when I click once, it clicks again by itself, and I'm pretty sure it's not a fault on my end since this has never happened to me. If you still didn't understand the example here's another one: When i click the GIF Library/Favorites, it clicks again resulting in me posting a GIF accidentally,,. Any fix for this or am i just doomed?

Hi guys,I need some help about sound settings. I just bought a new PC and discord seems to glitch with Win11 or something because when I join any call or room every sound cuts of except discords. When I disconnect immediatly returns. Never had an issue on Win10 (hs: razer kraken tournament edition) Any idea? Almost tried out everything on the internet.

Electronic part is in perfect condition. The case is bad. Soft touch and rubber parts almost dead.So I'm very interested in full restoration of "my treasure".I'm looking any possible opportunity to change case parts with original ones.Maybe I can get some with support team or buy somewhere?I'm ready to spend some $$$.I was looking for Amazon, eBay and Ali. Hello everyone, I’m a proud owner of several razor mice ranging from the deathadder lineup, to the naga hyperspeed, trinity and pro. As a DOOM Eternal player (if you know, you know), I have been obsessed with looking for the best setup when it comes to programmable buttons, and in that sense Razer’s products have always been a must have.In particular, I have come to the conclusion that the 7 buttons circular grid that comes with the naga trinity is absolutely goated. The buttons are large enough, easy to reach and they don’t hurt my thumb as much as the naga pro 6-buttons plate even when I’m frantically sliding my finger across the grid. In fact, they don’t hurt at all.I learned recently (correct me if I’m wrong) that the naga trinity won’t be produced anymore. If that’s the case, do we know if future mice will come equipped with this wonderful 7-button grid? Seriously Razer, don’t let this keypad fall into oblivion, please. It’s top gear.

I’m looking for a mouse with 12 side buttons like a keypad, and three large click buttons on top, like the Logitech G600 has, but without buying anything from Logitech. Most of the Razer ones I’ve seen only has 2 large ones on top like a traditional mouse, and I really like that third button for my ring finger. The Naga Trinity has that little spot on the side, but I don’t know if that’s a button or not.
