Hi,Trying to update the firmware for my razer naga chroma mouse (RZ01-0161) but I can’t find this specific one in the list (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166/~/software-and-firmware-updates-for-razer-peripherals). Any other way I could update the firmware? Hoping this might fix some issues, my mouse keeps dropping out after the last synapse update (think it was a week ago), can’t play a single game like this. (I’ve done the calibration, turning off calibration, resetting mouse, different USB port etc).   

Hi ! I need help, I have a razer V3 tournament edition for Xbox, just got the controller and I really like it... But I have a big problem, it disconnects randomly, I want to know what to do to fix it cause it's frustrating, I read many people have this problem but I don't see any solution, I want advice before buying an expensive cable  to see if that solves the issue ... Please let me know 

When I'm running my macros it runs fine for the first 30min-1 hour then it suddenly goes in less then half speed until I stop the macro, then restart it, it works fine for way less time then the first time but goes slow after about 5-15min, reset my pc and this restarts this loop, On the previous synapse I could run macros for over 8 hours on end and it wouldn't slow down or fault until I stopped it. any ideas? 

Hi, since today my mouse button 3 dont work when razer synapse is off, but when i open it is working what’s happened? I think this is Razer Synapse error. All Drivers updated from my mouse and i tried to reset my mouse. This started from today.

I'm from Spain. I've been buying Razer products for over 15 years. Keyboards, mice, headsets... I love the brand, and even though there are sometimes problems, they always manage to fix them with an update.I'm currently looking for a keyboard.I would love the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro, but with full size and interchangeable keys.I don't like wireless keyboards; I prefer wired ones.I have seen the Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboards, but I have only seen them with yellow switches.My questions are: Why do the new Razer products only seem to be available in other distributions and not in Spanish?   Are you going to release high-end keyboards for Spain as well, or are you only going to make them in American English, British English, etc.? Depending on your answers, I will honestly have to change my mind.It would be very uncomfortable to type with the letters changed and some missing, having paid €100-300 for the keyboard.

then i launch black ops 6 on pc it makes my sound muffled from what i know. what  i used to do with my old headset i would disable hands free telelpony. but then i do that to the blackshark the headset stops playing any audio even if i turn the headset off and on. does anyone know a solution for this?

Hi everyone, I am hoping that someone has already run into this issue. I have a Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard connected via cable to a Windows 11 Pro laptop. When I try to use the wheel to adjust volume up or down, I can rotate the wheel several times without any affect. When I push down to mute audio it works fine. I am on the latest version of the firmware, so I am kind of stuck on what to try next...

Razer Kraken v3 Pro has audio balance issues when using volumewell on the headset. It literally drives me crazy. The headset does not work properly. The problem, based on discussions here, is massive, and no one is fixing it. I just purchased a:  Razer BlackShark V2 X USB / Product numberRZ04-04570100-R3U1 from Amazon on July 10th, 2025 and received it on the 15th..  Registered my headset.  Received my 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code.  Downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound application.  Launched it.  And then…Nothing.The 7.1 Surround Sound application will not launch.(I believe it has something to do with my AppData, but am not sure.) I would  very much like to get the 7.1 Surround Sound application to run on my machine. I have an MSI GE76 Raider 11UE-046US-SG71180H16GXXDX10MA with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H, 16.0 GB RAM.  I do want to point out that I upgraded from the Windows 10 it came with to Windows 11 Home. I can use the BlackShark V2 X USB just fine in games and applications like Discord.  But, it is frustrating that the 7.1 Surround Sound application will not launch, though.  I have installed, removed , and re-installed it multiple times.  I’ve even uninstalled:Synapse 4 (for my Blackwidow

Hello!I have the same problem, almost. When I lift off mouse, it turns off and I can't click or scroll (cursor is still there). When I put it down, it turns on and my scroll wheel goes up one time. When I change USB port, my mouse completly disconnects(and cursor) when I lift off. Can u help me?

RAZER ORNATA CHROMA I bought it. RAZER ORNATA CHROHowever, this keyboard only has numbers. It doesn't write down when you press the keyboard.  

DA V3 Hyperspeed dongle:What is the purpose of the included dongle? If I don’t plug in the receiver and connect directly, will it still reach the full 1K polling rate?

I found my old Razer turret in my closet and I’d like to use it again. I can’t find my mouse or usb dongle to connect it to my console. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle and or mouse? I can’t find them anywhere.

Hello! I recently updated to Razer Synapse 4, and I've been getting a problem where my keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless) is stuck on the flame effect. I've been trying to set it to a static red color, but it won't change no matter how many times I try to reset the app or reset the keyboard itself. I'm not having any issues with changing the LED effects for my mouse, so I'm not sure how to fix the issue.

I purchased the original DeathAdder years ago, and regretted that after 14 months when the buttons had click bounce. I swore then i’d stick to a different company. I decided, after reading that you’d fixed the buttons, to try the Deathadder V3 , and yet again I am regretting it, now I have the “lift off” issue where it disconnects the mouse if you dare lift it at all. And also the placing of the side button is too low and the spring is way too weak. Moving the mouse left can trigger the side mouse button which is melee in FPS games.  So shooting and moving left and suddenly im punching thin air. So I have to unassign that button because its useless. SEriously Razer, isn’t it time you learnt from your mistakes ? How can there be a disconnect issue with the lift off ? THAT’S NEVER A THING PERIOD….  Last ever mouse I get from you. Logitech are more reliable.

From a quick Google search, I saw that the basilisk can save basic rgb effects and run them without the software running in the background. My question, does a static colour effect count as "basic" as that's the effect I want to use, hopefully without synapse in the background. 

Hello! These are my first big headphones from Razer. Honestly, I'm very annoyed by the way the connection works on 2.4hrz. For some reason, my sound starts to creak, hiss, as if the headphones are losing connection. The video also starts to lag. For some reason, this happens when I go to the Nvidia APP application, as well as GTA5. Sometimes it goes away when I turn on the stereo mode. THX spatial audio, it seems to be in this mode that it lags. I don't know what's going on, there are no updates, I tried to set it up. I haven't found a way to completely reset the headphones.
