Do you guys reckon i should get Deathstalker V2 Pro or Blackwidow V4 Pro?Considering Blackwidow’s Macro and sound buttons and keys on the keyboard and the fact that the deathstalker V2 Pro’s Connectivity is primarily wireless. That’s the only drawback the Blackwidow is wired. Sad :-(

Hello, I recently upgraded from an iPad tablet to a new Android tablet. However, I'm still experiencing audio lag even when I switch it to player mode. I've reset the headset, but it still hasn't worked. 

Hi yall, ive had my ornata v2 keyboard for nearly 4 years now and ive stopped using it after 2 years. Some of the keys are not reacting / working, such as the backspace, n key, c key and the entire bottom row. Can anyone let me know if there is a fix to my issue? Hello!Razer blackshark V2 Special edition (Razer USB Sound card).I reinstalled win 11, installed synapse 4, and now CS2 sounds differently.The footsteps are quiet, and the sounds of gunfire and explosions are very loud and voluminous.On win 10, I used the standard custom equalizer setting in synapse 3. THX was turned off.I set the same settings in synapse 4, surround sound during shots and explosions prevents playing.I did not change the settings in CS2 itself, in windows all settings with surround sound are turned off.All "bass boost" type improvements in synapse are disabledI have tried all possible combinations of settings in synapse, nothing helps.Thanks!

I have my mouse connected to the usb cord in the back of my PC, the synapse app says its charging but it is not charging. Would appreciate any help

I hate Razer's headphones. They're cheaply made and come with some pointless software that I'm forced to use. I’ve bought two pairs from Razer: the original Krakens and the Blackshark V2 Pro. The Krakens' headband broke after just 6 months, even though my head is pretty normal-sized.Now, with the Blackshark V2 Pro, after 8 months, the leather on the headband has almost completely peeled off, leaving behind this ugly yellow sponge. After about a year and a half, the volume knob became super wonky. I have to position it just right to hear from both speakers, and if I lower the volume too much, the right speaker cuts out completely.I even tried disassembling it to clean the volume control, but it didn’t help. I'm done with Razer. Never buying anything from them again.

Does anyone know of a safe store or a way to get my nari working again? I really liked this headset and want to use it again but i lost the dongle a few years ago, razer store doesn’t have the replacement part i need and if possible i would like to not buy it from aliexpress/ebay, and yes, the warranty is expired.

Yes, unfortunately another problem. After I bought a Mouse Dock pro for my Basilisk mouse (with which there is the problem with not scrolling), I was asked for a firmware update. After I did this, I now have another problem with the Black Widow V4 pro keyboard. At the time when the BIOS login is due on my computer, the keyboard has not yet started, so I have to plug in an old keyboard for this login every time. This is very ugly. Can someone please help.

HI, It's been some time since I've been dealing with this problem since I bought my keyboard. Everything works well, but the RGB keeps freezing after a gaming season, and it started to annoy me. The only way to repair it is by disconnecting the keyboard from my PC and reconnecting it again. The Synapse app just stops working with this device after a while, and if I try to interact with the RGB menu of the keyboard, it just doesn't do anything at all while frozen. Like I said, the only way to repair it is by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable of the keyboard or restarting my PC. I have tested the same keyboard with two different PCs and had the same problem, and I have already tried to repair it in any way I have found, including downloading new updates and all, so I am very confused, but there isn't a lot of information about it. Hello,I have Razer Blackwidow v3 purchased 2 years ago. Recently few keys (example W, Left Ctrl, Space) are registering inconsistently. To explain this better, when I play any game and press and hold W to move the character forward, then it does not register even after spamming the key. It works sometimes and then suddenly it stops. I have observed that the problem keeps occurring if the keyboard is not used for a couple of days.Things that I have tried:1 - cleaning the keycaps and outer switch2 - Factory reset the keyboard3 - Uninstall the keyboard drivers and re-install4 - Disable synapse and tryIt is confirmed that the issue is in the keyboard as I tried this on a different system. I am not sure if the switches have worn out or its a different issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
