Hello … I am setting up a couple of Linux systems to go alongside my gaming machine.What would you recommend for KVM on those machines so I can use a window on my Windows machine to see and control those 2 machines (over the WiFi network at my house). 

I've had my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about 4 weeks now. I’ve spent some time adjusting the settings and noticed that there's an option for curves, which affects the mouse’s speed and responsiveness. After some successful testing, I decided I no longer wanted to use the curve setting and tried to turn it off. Unfortunately, the curve still seems to be active—my mouse behaves strangely when aiming.Deleting the setting or reinstalling the software hasn’t helped. I even tried downgrading the mouse firmware, but that didn’t work either. I also tried performing a factory reset through the app, which seemed to work, but the curve remains active. Disabling it in the software does nothing—it seems like it's still saved on the mouse somehow.It feels like some kind of "ghost curve"—that’s the only way I can describe it. For example, it's like setting the DPI to 1600 in the app, but in-game it still feels like 400 DPI. I need urgent help with this, as I was really looking forward to using this mouse

I tried asking ChatGPT to create a good EQ, but chat sucks so im asking you guysCan you share your best EQ settings that work well for footsteps, gunshots, and positional audio?Also, a few things I’m not sure about:- Should I use THX Spatial Audio or Stereo?- Is it better to use the Esports EQ presets or go with a Custom/Standard one?- Are there any Synapse settings like Sound Normalization or Voice Clarity that should be ON/OFF for FPS?If you can help me out, I’d really appreciate. 

I have a 2-month-old Razer Viper V3 Pro that I’ve used multiple times with both a wired connection and a wireless dongle. However, this week, when connected via cable, my computer no longer recognizes the mouse, although it works fine with the wireless dongle. I’ve also tried connecting it to another device, and I’m experiencing the same issue. May I ask for opinions or help with this issue?

Before the new Synapse software, the mouse scroll button worked fine. After installing the new Synapse software, I pressed the scroll button and the connection kept dropping and never recovered. How can ı fix this?

Good morning to everyone. My Nommo Pro doesn’t work properly, because when I turn the wheel to increase or decrease the volume, it makes strange jumps down and up and the control isn’t linear at all.When I had a Blackwidow, I disabled the volume wheel and everything works good, but when I replaced my keyboard with a Blackwidow V3 Pro, the problem apparead again. Hi everyone, I've been using a Huntsman v3 Pro for a few months now, and everything has been pretty great. My only issue with it is that the keyboard is being recognised as a controller by Steam, and for some games, it causes other controllers and normal KBM controls to be disabled. I've also noticed that this causes crosshair/cursor drift in some games.Does disabling the Huntsman V3 Pro as a Xbox 360 controller in Device Manager affect any of the keyboard's features, such as Rapid Trigger? I've done some really superficial testing and it doesn't seem to be the case, but I just wanted to be sure.

After the installation of Synapse 4 my DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed cursor stopped working. Being it has been working without any issue with Synapse 3 for years, and stopped working exactly after updating to Synapse 4, I would say it’s not something related to the mice itself.I updated the driver just in case, but this did not solve the issue.I surfed the net and found out there have been several cases of mice malfunctioning after synapse 4 installation, therefore there could be some common root involved.Any insight by the support team would be greatly appreciated.

So a few months ago my razer viper ultimate stopped working with the dongle or with the wireless usb port.Now it only works with the cable on it.Thats exactly why i bought this mouse so i dont have a cable with the mouse but i guess the mouse had other plans.Could anyone help me or know how to fix this issue?Thanks,

My mouse was a gift from a friend. Last year, it would disconnect intermittently, but I could fix it by taking the batteries out and putting them back in. Today, while I was gaming, it suddenly disconnected completely. Nothing works now—I tried cleaning the battery compartment and reinserted the batteries multiple times.Can I get a replacement or repair?
