The Razer Armory

I live in the Philippines with almost zero proper warranty support. I ordered a Razer Viper Ultimate for my wife, through Amazon last March 15. 3 months later, the dock decides to crap out. I mean, it lights up, synapse recognizes it, but it doesnt do the one thing I need it to do, which is charge the mouse. I know for sure its the dock because connectung the mouse directly charges it. Using my own razer dock charges my wife's mouse. So the charging mechanism on my wife's dock is broken.  How can I go about getting the dock replaced as I assume it should still be within warranty? I've tried through the Razer help pages and I'm stuck at verifying the s/n.  The dock s/n is 63244U09602155. Thanks for any help.

Hello, so, I’m trying to use my headset to record, but for some reason, my microphone only works on bluetooth. I have a Razer Barracuda X. However, when I have bluetooth paired, and OBS open, audio becomes distorted, kinda like its underwater. I tried using a USB C into USB, but that made a weird sound that sounded like ticking, high pitched scraping, and galloping. Is this a problem with the headset, or a problem with OBS? I’m posting this same thing in OBS reddit (and if you’re reading this on OBS, it’s on the Razer community).

If the Wolverine V3 Pro is considered an official Xbox controller, and it has four back buttons, why can’t Steam detect them like it can with the Xbox Elite controller in the controller settings options? I’m totally fine with only being able to map the additional M1 and M2 bumpers to existing buttons, but the other four M 3-6 buttons are completely non-accessible by Steam to map things to?The whole reason I got this controller was the extra buttons in a higher quality and more ergonomic package than the Xbox Elite. I knew on purchasing that it didn’t connect to Synapse and you couldn’t macro strings of button presses to keys, but I didn’t see anything about Steam ignoring the extra back buttons entirely. I love the shape and feel of the controller, and the mouse-clicky buttons and triggers. I have a Dell i9 with dell dock and the dock can power on the lapotop while the lid is closed and its fully off. Its connected via thunderbolt.Similarly i have a corsair TBT200 with external power button but it will do nothing for my new Razer blade 16. My Blade is nicely tucked under a philips 49” super wide screen. Do i have to pull it out, open the lid to turn it on everytime?I know it can be set for wake from sleep with the keyboard but there no way from off? i think razer missed a trick by not adding a power on button accessible whiel the lid is closed.

Razer silver is such a joke. They advertise this as “ the world’s largest loyalty rewards program for gamers” … until you try to redeem your points. NOTHING is in stock! You also don’t know if something is in stock until you try to redeem it. Then they inform you it’s out of stock. That way people can see all the wonderful things they can redeem their points on. Not aware that most items aren’t in stock. Why are there separate inventories for products advertised on the regular site, and products on the silver page? They should be one in the same. This is no way to treat loyal customers. If anyone can tell me when Razer restocks the silver page I’d appreciate it. I’m sure the answer is no one knows. Wow...

So I was just playing with my friends on a MacBook just then, and a few minutes later,the mice just fully stopped. I tried to switch it off, but it kept glowing pink. It didn’t connect to Bluetooth nor the 2.4. So I left it on my desk for about 8 hours and it was as still glowing pink. Is there anything I could do to reset the mouse? I also I don’t have razer synapse installed and I’ve tried the profile button. Now the pink light turned off and I can’t manage to turn it back on no matter what button(s) I press, please help.

I tried everything, reset and reinstalled programs, installed different panels. Nothing helped. 

I use a Tartarus and 2 razer mice I also have a Wooting keyboard and knowing how quick i can switch profiles on the wooting with different color schemes etc it hurts my soul on how lacking the Razer software is right now.When i hyper shift a profile i want the ability to set that on a timer so i don't have to click again or hold a button i want it so i either hold or i click and i have like 1-2 seconds to hit a button and it goes right back to the main profile this would be so nice on something like the Tartarus for a quick thumb press and hit a key and then it goes right back they could even make it so it goes back to main profile after a key is pressed that would be amazing stuff.Mic muted RGB color change or we really should have action based color profiles by now they have a button 20 thumb pad on this thing that could easily just tell you if your mic is hot or not and id really like that feature instead of push to talk for example it could be anything you want to be indicated thou

So i got myself the Blackhawk v2 x And when I try to install the razer headset software I get the error that says I have to choose , a default  apps setting page and when i select  ,  the deulift app its not listed there  PLEASE HELP

if i accidentally uninstalled the Rzaer surround 7.1 application if i downloaded it back am i still going to have the access to the activation code or not?

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse, and after running the official firmware update using the updater tool, my mouse not detect. after click on left right and scroll botton enters bootloader mode and update but after update i hear the unplug sound and app says connect mouse with cable. The device version field in the updater remains blank during the update process.Details: The mouse works neither wirelessly nor wired after the update. The red LED under the mouse is solidly on. I've tested the mouse on multiple computers and with different cables; the issue persists. Windows is fully updated, and drivers have been reinstalled. When connected, the mouse is not detected in Device Manager or anywhere else. The updater tool shows the mouse in bootloader mode but cannot complete a successful update. I’ve tried: Using the official updater tool multiple times. Entering bootloader mode manually with button combinations. Disconnecting and reinstalling driver

I purchase a Naga pro V2 and a puck for charging and they promise me a code with mounts in wow but I don't receive nothing. Anyone know where can I found it? I have 2 codes or just one?
