Does anyone know of a safe store or a way to get my nari working again? I really liked this headset and want to use it again but i lost the dongle a few years ago, razer store doesn’t have the replacement part i need and if possible i would like to not buy it from aliexpress/ebay, and yes, the warranty is expired. 

Good afternoon, I have a question: is it possible to connect my Nari Essential headset to a different dongle?It seems like mine stopped working, and I’d like to know if there are stores where I can buy a replacement, or if I can connect it to the dongle of another device.I don’t want to look for a new headset.

Yes, unfortunately another problem. After I bought a Mouse Dock pro for my Basilisk mouse (with which there is the problem with not scrolling), I was asked for a firmware update. After I did this, I now have another problem with the Black Widow V4 pro keyboard. At the time when the BIOS login is due on my computer, the keyboard has not yet started, so I have to plug in an old keyboard for this login every time. This is very ugly. Can someone please help.

HI, It's been some time since I've been dealing with this problem since I bought my keyboard. Everything works well, but the RGB keeps freezing after a gaming season, and it started to annoy me. The only way to repair it is by disconnecting the keyboard from my PC and reconnecting it again. The Synapse app just stops working with this device after a while, and if I try to interact with the RGB menu of the keyboard, it just doesn't do anything at all while frozen. Like I said, the only way to repair it is by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable of the keyboard or restarting my PC. I have tested the same keyboard with two different PCs and had the same problem, and I have already tried to repair it in any way I have found, including downloading new updates and all, so I am very confused, but there isn't a lot of information about it. Hello,I have Razer Blackwidow v3 purchased 2 years ago. Recently few keys (example W, Left Ctrl, Space) are registering inconsistently. To explain this better, when I play any game and press and hold W to move the character forward, then it does not register even after spamming the key. It works sometimes and then suddenly it stops. I have observed that the problem keeps occurring if the keyboard is not used for a couple of days.Things that I have tried:1 - cleaning the keycaps and outer switch2 - Factory reset the keyboard3 - Uninstall the keyboard drivers and re-install4 - Disable synapse and tryIt is confirmed that the issue is in the keyboard as I tried this on a different system. I am not sure if the switches have worn out or its a different issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I found these on Amazon looking for a new headset, the V3 X USB is about 20€ cheaper, what is the difference tho ? Could not fint any. 

I am seriously over these failing switches! Two Tartarus, two failed switches, two months. Seriously?!  anyway can’t seem to find replacement switches for the Dpad anywhere. Lots of links in lots of forums but they are all a broken link to an Ali express product that is discontinued. any help would be appreciated. I would prefer a better quality switch OBVIOUSLY if that’s possible. Thanks! 

My question is: There is a field where I can select my platform, like Pc or PlayStation the headsets have different designs. I play on PlayStation but I like the Pc design better does the Headset still work when I play withe the “Pc” Headset on PlayStation?

Hi, This is my very first time purchasing and using a Razer product. I was trying to replace my old mouse, (4.46 in x 2.62 in x 1.4 in, 62g). I bought a basilisk as it was the smallest mouse on display at the local computer store, but found it was still too large for my hand. I use a fingertip grip mousing style, and my hands are 3” wide and 6.5” long. I’ve found the only mouse that Razer makes that works for my hands in the Basilisk mobile. I went to the computer store and exchanged the mouse I had bought for the mobile version. Anyways, the big Basilisk mouse supported three side mouse buttons, but the little one only supports two and this really annoying AI prompt thing that I can only remap to one of the other buttons on the mouse. I discovered this while streaming and now my friends won’t stop making fun of me for it. Anyways, how do I disable the AI MASTER button and get Mouse Button 3 back? I just bought a Razer Pro Type Ultra keyboard and i plug my dongle into the back of my PC where my PC is placed on the floor beside my under my table. I noticed the connection keeps breaking and it is not steady. Is there a way I can extend my connection to my keyboard? Or at least make it strong so that it is constantly connected to my keyboard??

Hello, i recently bought a razer deathadder essential RZ01-03850 but it seems to have a bad scroll wheel and i couldnt find this model anywhere when i was searching and it does not get detected by the synapse app thing so was it a fake?

I was wondering How do i use Razer Wolverine v2 Pro Chroma Touchpad on pc? Its recognized in playstation mode in steam but i want to actually use it as a touchpad to control my pc. Do i need DSX or any software like that?
