Hello, I have a Razer Pro Type Ultra, and whenever I press the F1-12 keys, it directly triggers the function (like volume down, up, etc.), if I really need to use the F10 button, I have to press the fn first. Can I somehow reverse it? 

Can I get replacement keys for the Huntsman v2 linear optical keyboard for Mac Keys,I have been using only Windows keyboards on my MAC, It would be super cool to have just the MAC keys  (assuming they are really easy to change)Thank you

I just bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X Multi-platform headset, I have registered and got the code to activate it. Then I installed 7.1 Surround from the official website, but the 7.1 Surround software cannot be opened, every time I try to open the software nothing happens. Im wondering if the blade 18 2024 is going to get fan curves, gpu overclock or performance metrics like in the blade 2025 synapse 4? I would like to have that option like many other laptop competitors already have

I have tried everything to fix this issue from uninstalling drivers, Synapse, audio enhancement turned off, unplugging usb to dongle, sincerely ive tried all of it i cannot figure this out for the life of me. also now we i go into a discord channel it changes my audio profile now and fricks it up even more (say frick cause i dont wanna cuss on here but man am frustrated). Heres what am talking about : https://youtu.be/ggHd_GtuZC4short clip of using it in Space Marine 2. I bought a very expensive laptop for work but it kept crashing and was completely unusable for After Effects so i returned it via the label they provided.I’m in the UK and the laptop was sent to Amsterdam. It’s been on hold for days and DHL contacted me saying that Razer REFUSED to accept the package because it’s missing one form I was never told about. DHL cannot contact the number Razer provided so they can’t do a thing.Support keeps replying in the middle of the night saying not to worry but nothing is happening in the slightest and it feels like I haven’t spoken to a single human but only chatbots.The whole situation is incredibly stressful and DHL have called me saying that I have until tomorrow to sort this out or it will get sent back at my expenses.I’m honestly appalled.

I bought Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard. How to turn off the info bar on the screen in any game? I mean the bar with FPS, CPU temperature and graphics etc. - on the top left. I go to 'Settings' Chroma, turn off notifications and nothing. I go to 'Loaded games' Synapse, I remove the game from the list altogether, nothing - the stubborn bar still won't go away.

I want to buy a monitor stand, I would like to know if it will work with Razer Synapse 3? For some reason I do not want to install Synapse 4.

After switching from Synapse 3 to version 4, the settings for the Huntsman V2 keyboard stopped working, and the keyboard no longer responds to changes in lighting and other settings in the program. What could be causing this issue?

I have the Razer Blade 17 2022 RZ09-0423x model, with a 3070ti and 144hz QHD screen. I’m looking to upgrade my storage, and I’ve been trying to find more information on the storage slot specifications. I have already visited this page: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5896 and looked over all the specs there, but it didn’t answer one of my questions: Is the unused drive slot in the razer blade 17 2022 an m.2 2280 or 2230? 

It happened suddenly while I was in voice chat with my friends. My microphone suddenly stopped working completely and hasn’t worked since. I tried re-installing Synapse, unplugging and re-plugging my headset, even turning my PC off and on and nothing worked. The only sound that comes out of my audio input is small snippets of whatever’s going on in my desktop. My voice does not pass through whatsoever.

I just recently got on these headphones and now they refuse to turn on for more than 3 seconds then the lights flash it makes a static popping noise, and it shuts off can someone help me I love these headphones and need them right now.

I was looking up how to fix my audio input picking up my desktop instead of my voice and i eventually found a blog article that said to re-install THX Spatial Audio. The problem with my audio input did not quite fix and now I’m stuck with stereo sound. I tried installing the newest version of THX but I don’t have an activation key or a prompt to insert the serial number of my headset.

I have been trying for the past hour to get my Razer Nommo V2 Pro wireless control pod to work with the razor audio app, but it won’t work no matter what I try. The wireless control pod refuses to go into command mode. It says on the website that it is supported under a list of supportive devices, but it just won’t detect? How do I solve this. Its so frustrating how vague they are. 

Is it normal for the Naga pro wireless mouse wheel to break in a year? I stuck with it as it wasn't so bad but now it's been 2 years and it's completely unusable. Ready to change mice at this point whole scrolling down it always jumps up randomly so annoying.Is this common with all Razer mice to have such a poor scroll wheel? Need a new mouse don't know if I will consider Razer again if this Is very common 

Sup folks! To make my story short... Last Friday I received my brand new Razer Barracuda and it's still unusable. I tried every fix that I could find but nothing helps. The headset shows up as USBAudio1.0 device so it's not recognized by Synapse and all the other stuff like Pairing Utility.  Any of you have the same problem? If there is an solution to solve this please let me know!

Hey,I got this around 2022. Pretty nice overall but the scroll start to having backward issue around 1 year later and now the dongle just stop working?The dongle replacement is event out of stock now.Could you please advice what should I do now? I don’t really need an additional wired mouse tbh.Thanks in advance!

Title. I got the firmware update and afterwards, my wireless dongle is completely bricked (windows won’t even recognize it anymore). I purchased a new dongle and my mouse won’t connect to it. There are no support articles that can help me.  The mouse is only two years old, this kind of stuff should not be happening. If it can’t be resolved, I will no longer be purchasing Razer products.

Hello, I've used my mouse (Razer Viper 8KHz) on several PC's since i bought it, using different motherboards and chipsets. I also looked into USB root hub power saving states to no avail. So the issue im about to explain has nothing to do with my environment, and is likely a platform/product issue with this model of mice. But no matter on which PC or configuration i use it, this always happens: i can't use the mouse until reconnecting it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time i 'cold' startup my computer, i need to re-attach the mouse before i can get going, which is very annoying, let alone impractical or even impossible for others that may face this issue, in case their PC is under a desk or encapsulated in a desk with their wires running out from the top of their desk. So that immediate access to the rear USB ports is blocked. In my case, the PC is standing on my desk next to monitor, so it's easy to perform the procedure to make the mouse work. But i sho
