Not new to Razer but new the Forums. Was pulled into the Cortex 15th Season Squad Event and found myself looking for information on that.   Saw the coin giveaway here and now I am a little intrigued.   I only play MechWarrior Online, but was thinking of finally playing something else if I can find something I like that Qualifies for the Squad Event.Not a good player and I like the more realistic physical mechanics in a game but do not enjoy killing things. No judgement, just my preference. slow paced tactical turn based or RT.something you can play casually.My system runs good with High FR and Higher graphics.I like games in general that include active discord users and team balance

I am having trouble with my Naga Trinity scrolling down constantly in menus and browsers. The issue has repeated itself on the other computers in the house. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

My Razer Viper Ultimate just won't charge, it doesn't charge more than 2%, I've tried charging using the dock, I've tried via USB, every way, I've cleanly reinstalled synapse, I've updated firmwares, I've restarted the computer, changed place USB, NOTHING WORKS. I need urgent help, I need mouse functionality, however, I bought it wirelessly to use it wirelessly, I don't use it charging with a wire attached to it.   

Is It normal the mouse wont charges when Im playing a game and using a controller instead of the mouse, I can charge It only when Im on desktop without a game running in background. It seems a software issue. It's usuless like this, becuase i Need to keep the PC running in standby for charging the mouse.

For some reason my mouse cant track well on most mouse pads, It literally tracks better on my bedsheet. My cursor stutters really badly on most parts of my mousepads its unbearable. A few days after I bought a Razer barracuda x 2022, I decided to check them by serial number, but it didn't work. I tried to register the product, and I succeeded. Can this somehow affect the warranty. I don't know what to do next, should I return the product to the store or continue using it?

My Deathadder v3 wired version works fine,but once i reboot my pc,the polling rate dropped to 1/8.(At the same time, a garbled device is detected )8000hz ——> 1000hz   4000hz ——> 500hz1000hz ——> 125hz     125hz——> 15or16hz…..I need to reconnect it,then the problem temporarily solved before next reboot. USB Powersave mode offBios USB PowerShare off  

i was planning on getting a seccondary mouse to my razer viper 8khz for travel purpouses and was looking for a cheap mouse (around 10-20 bucks) that still preformed good. I am eyeing up the deathadder essential, but if anyone has any suggestions or ideas that would be great. By the way i am right handed.

2 days ago. I updated the razer synapse beta. I saw that the beta synapse now supports the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog. The issue is which is big is that when I have to start my pc, my keyboard is unresponsive. I can unplug 1 usb out of the two. The keyboard gets responsive but only for a few seconds and I have to be quick to type my password in.So far, the only solution ive found to this issue yet is to go under the razer synapse beta. Find the Huntsman keyboard. Click on the “?” on the top right, which is the help button. Under the help section you have to find “FACTORY RESET” and then you can reset the keyboard. That is the only solution ive found

Hello! I am encountering a problem where it says that my Razer Blackshark V2 X has already been registered. Can you help me fix this?

Razer blade 16 - 2023 - RTX 4090Problem Description:NVIDIA GPU remains in P4 state at ~28W even when no processes are running (nvidia-smi confirms 0 active processes). When processes were running, power draw was only 4W, which is the opposite of expected behavior. Trying to enable persistence mode (nvidia-smi -pm 1) or change power limits (nvidia-smi -pl XX) results in "Not supported on this platform" errors. The GPU does not seem to fully power down when idle.Troubleshooting Steps Taken Offloaded all applications to Intel iGPU Used Windows Graphics Settings and NVIDIA Control Panel to ensure all apps (including dwm.exe) run on the Intel GPU. Verified via nvidia-smi that no active processes were using the NVIDIA GPU. Checked GPU Power State After offloading processes, the GPU unexpectedly stayed in P4 at 28W, rather than dropping to P8/P12 (<5W). Hi allIs the chroma integration already set for the game? Do we need to do anything to put it to work? In other games the chroma profile kicks in automatically. 

I updated my dongle and controller to the latest firmware following the instructions here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14587/~/razer-wolverine-v3-pro After the update completed successfully, the controller will only connect to Xbox or PC via the wire. The wireless functionality no longer works. My PC detects that the dongle is plugged in but the controller is never detected. The controller’s chrome will light up with my profile color but no inputs work. It is doing the same thing on Xbox. The controller will even “connect” to the dongle when it is not plugged into anything and show the chroma profile color. I did not buy a wireless controller to use it wired and this is extremely frustrating. I have gone through all basic troubleshooting steps. I have restarted everything you can imagine. I have tried different USB ports. The controller worked this morning. It is only after the firmware update I am having this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
