Hello, scince 2 weeks my "ö" Key is Yellow. It stays out because i have my chroma all the time on static white. I bought mine last Christmas.

    Ger:

Could you please tell us which product it is? There are many razer products that have light up keys. It may be a driver issue, or you may have it set up that way in synapse.

I thought it would be obvious (A key + Chroma = Razer Blackwidow Chroma) and no its not wrong set up.

Hi Decypted, welcome to Insider! Actually, TheGurgeMan has a point. There are 5 or more different Razer keyboard models that fit that description. And that's not even including the chroma Orbweaver and Tartarus. To add to the confusion, there are multiple variations of BW Chroma.

Anyways, I believe the problem you described is a defective LED. This seems to be a known issue with the original BW Chroma. I guess the first question to ask is where did you purchase your keyboard from?

Here are some images I found on Amazon reviews from customers - are these similar to the problem you're experiencing?

It seems like most users' keyboards were working fine at first but then after a while, some section started to get increasingly discolored over time.

Try contacting Razer Support and explain your situation to them. Best case scenario, they will send you a replacement keyboard.

    Check the chroma workshop!
Download the newest lightning software and it'll solve it if it's not a hardware issue
