    Hello People

I bought a Razer Atheris for my Gigabyte Aero 15 and i am very happy with it. I appreciate the dual 2.4ghz / Bluetooth connectivity but since i travel a lot with my laptop, i prefer to keep it small and use the builtin bluetooth. I am not a frequent gamer but i enjoy to play something now and then. There are two conditions with the Atheris in Bluetooth mode, this applies to situations when the PC is under heavy load (i.e. encoding videos, sometimes in games) and when another Bluetooth Device is connected (i.e. a XBox One Game controller): The mouse gets unusuable sluggish, so i have to use my touchpad in these moments. I dont know what is causing this, probably not the Mouse-Hardware itself but rather Windows / Bluetooth Driver / something else ... in any case it is very annoying. Are there some hints on how to fix this problem?

I think this has more to do with Synapse 3 not getting enough CPU resources to function. I use win10 and the bluetooth works fine even in games. Not sure about encoding since I only play games.

Is the 2.4Ghz doing the same thing while encoding? The 2 bluetooth devices at the same time might be something related to your bluetooth hardware inside your laptop. I have had no issues running a bluetooth speaker paired with the Atheris so you can try another machine to see if its hardware related or not.

    Change to the Blade;) Kidding.
It’s using most advanced Bluetooth technology to get better signal, it could be some software inside your machine disturbing it, try with which apps/games do you have the issues, by deactivating or removing it. I’ve no Bluetooth issues with my Atheris pairing with xiaomi Air 13 or Blade 14.
