I purchased a Google Play gift card with razer gold wallet funds. Per Google Play support the digital pin is not activated and can't be redeemed until Razer Gold activates the pin. I have submitted many tickets to Razer support only to receive the same response to contact Google Play support over and over again. Please activate the card or return the funds to my wallet.

I changed my phone number already but i cam changed the phone number on my razer id cause it send the codes to my previous phone number. And i dont have access to my backup codes anymore. Please help

Greetings! I have a problem with my headset! I Just bought a brand new Razer blackshark V2x . When i try to register it as my product on razer product registration website, its says that "this device has been already registered"
My mouse will sometimes double click, maybe even triple click. I cannot hold the left click sometimes because it will just stop holding the click. My item is also out of warranty, so I don’t know what the best thing to do from here.
Why do the pro models not have the code option for 7.1 sound and the cheaper ones do? I have the Razer Blackshark v2 pro and Barracuda Pro in both, it does not give me the option to obtain the code.
With the new addition of the headset, does it require a full purchase of said headset to get it to function on X series X, or Do i simply purchase the dongle? I already have the V2 pro (2023) would i need to buy a completely new headset?
Hi, my razer blade 14 (2022) with the 6900hx and 3080 ti, will not go past 3.3 to 3.5 ghz, the only thing i could think of was to overclock the cpu, but the option on synapse that is shown in the guides on the razer website to overclock does not show up. I don’t know if this is because my laptop does not support the overclocking which i feel like it should or if my synapse just doesn't like me. any help?
I have a one year old Razer Orochi V2. Since last month, I have intermittently lost connction with the mouse. After turning it off for a few hours , it is working again. It is not caused by my computer as when it happened, I rebooted the computer but still not working. I thought of claiming warranty but it seems so difficult to do so. I cannot find a site to do so ti submit a request. Can someone kindly advice? Thank you.
