Few issues with Razer Seiren Elite

    So I got my microphone yesterday, got it all setup, started testing it and it doesn't seem right. First all of, it doesn't show up in Synapse 2. Yes, I have deleted and reinstalled it twice now, I've checked for updates and even forcefully downloaded the drivers to see if that would help. I have a keyboard, mouse, headset, and the mic but it's the only one that doesn't show up. Then also, I feel like it just isn't as clear as it should be. I've done countless test recordings and nothing seems to clear it up. Does anyone have their information from their settings that I could possible try on mine? Windows 10 by the way. Also, I've been having trouble with it being too quiet. It doesn't sound odd over my recording software but I also have my mic volume all the way up and my desktop volume lower and the people I play with with almost be louder than me even with those settings.

    @itszellers The Seiren Elite is not supported on any version of Synapse as it was designed to be plug and play. Can you send sample recordings my way via PM along with the serial number of your mic so I can get a better picture of the situation? By the way, is the device plugged into a USB hub?

    I have the razer seiren x and im having similiar issues. My mic is not plugged into a USB hub and is plugged into my Razer Blade

    The Seiren X is also not supported on any version of Synapse. Can you give me more details about the issues you're experiencing via PM?
