Do the outdoor ones work well as sunglasses?

It would be nice to be able to try a pair of these on before making a $99 commitment. Nothing worse than spending good money on something, finding you don't like it for whatever reason, and might not be able to easily return it (if at all).

Wish Razer also did one of the clear-lens ones

I think Cerberus looks more like a normal glasses.

So, I get that the gunnar is to help with screen viewing, but what's the point of the rpg? Is it just an ordinary pair of sunglasses from Razer? Or is it designed for outdoor computer use?

My only issue with glasses are that prescription changes can add up and especially if the lenses you need are specialized like the gunner. These re unfortunately more suitable for those who don't need glasses day-to-day since it's sort of like a one time purchase.

I own a pair of gunners, and I think I'm going to have to buy these new ones. They look so awesome, and they will match with the colour of my setup! To anyone who doesn't have Gunnar's, I recommend you buy them. Your eyes will thank you.

After some confusion with the gunnar reps... the rpg redesigns are normal RPG's with colored arms. These are still one of my favorite models. I may end up grabbing the razer ones in sunglasses or prescription.

Wish this was more sports and work friendly, but still awesome.

I've yet to lose my RPG's off my head. I work in IT, behind servers, server rack etc etc. I've never lost em they fit very snug. I wear them primarily at work. For home I have a set of the new LoL ones .. Serge I think? but they are oddly not as comfy as my rpgs with headphones even with the super thin design. The RPG's are also very very solid.
