How long you guys wait for the order be dispathed?

    It has been 7 days from the day I placed my order (RB 14') online during the Black Friday. But the staff on live chat support told me some case will take 5-7 days before dispatched. However, I can't get in touch with online order support team now, either on live chat or e-mail. No one reply me and the status of my order is still in progress. I need the new computer to support my study. By the way, I waited available live chat all day yesterday. My friend bought her Dell the day before yesterday, then it arrived today.
    So can you tell me is this possible? And how long I need to wait more?

    Well on your order note it says something about 3-5 working days, but i suppose it depends on where you're from and what's the nearest Razer point to send from. It may be delayed since you have order it on Black Friday and i'm quite sure they were busy with other shippments as well, i'd say you should wait a bit longer, Razer is premium quality so it won't keep you waiting for long.

    It depends, sometimes it took long but still within 2 weeks, but last my Blade order was super quick within a week, 4 or 5 days after order, arrived (Germany). About the progress shown on website, don’t put too much attention on it, it’s quite incorrect in my experience, it goes directly to preparing, and stuck on it for a while. I got last order but when I saw the status, it was still on progress, got my order and progress finished after 2 or 3 days accepted the item. Once when I asked support when my order will come, support said next day or 2 days, I came home, the order is already at home;)

    I contacted support today because I ordered some stuff well over a week ago and they responded saying that due to a sudden high demand they're shipping had been delayed slightly.

    I order on amazon mainly cause I need the good razer stuff next day. Waiting makes me sad
