It sure does looks slick, but the station ruins it all. Why is there a big bulk transmitter/receiver? Should have a mini transmitter for the PC version...

The PS4 headset looks amazing. I want this so badly. That paired with the Razer Raiju, which I am hoping gets a US release soon!

I thought the Thresher 7.1 comes with dongle which is pretty small?

Specs didn't mention anything about dongle, what I have read it's Base Station.

Pretty excited to try out the thresher tournament edition. Had the Razer Thresher Ultimate and loved the sound but returned it for the simple fact it didn't have a voice and game audio mixer/balance :frown_:

From what I'm to understand, the one for 250 comes with the headset stand and the actual audio transmitter base, and uses dolby digital for both ps4 and xbox as well as pc. The one for 150 comes with a usb transmitter for the playstation version and I think the xbox version of the 150 version has the microsoft chip inside like the controllers do, so it can turn on the console and stuff when you turn it on. The xbox version that costs 150 also uses windows sonic instead of dolby digital. The tournament edition is just the wired stereo version. At least that's what I think each one breaks down into.

Wireless is the King! 7.1 surround is the King! So I won't go tournament edition...

Is the Thresher TE 7.1 or just 2.2? If its only stereo what is the pint of it? The Kraken 7.1 v2 is the same price and is a 7.1 headset. What makes the Thresher TE so special?
