    u already get them... before the flash sale was even announced, it was a promo not exactly a sale :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: but OK, id rather have the price go down than have a Nabu X...

    Halcyon (or any other Staff Member),

    I made a purchase several hours ago for the Razer Epic Chroma, and the Extended Goliathus Speed mat. The order seemed to go through, but about a few hours ago, I received an email saying that my order has been declined, and the email seemed to imply that the payment information was wrong or needed an alternate billing method.

    But I contacted my bank, and they told me that the money has already been moved from my account, and is waiting for the merchant (probably "Digital River Ireland Shannon. Co") to take it from VISA, so it can't be a problem with my account.

    I have already placed a ticket with Customer Service, but I am terribly worried that by the time the problem is solved, the sales period will be over. Is this going to affect the prices that I already paid for? Should I PM somebody my customer case number/order number?

    Additionally, my friend, who I introduced the Insider Sale to, found herself paying full price for the Razer Vespula when she tried to purchase it together with the Tartarus Chroma. For some reason, the promo code could only be applied to one item at a time. Could you or someone else help with this situation as well? She's a newcomer to Razer, and I want to give her a good impression of this brand and company.

    I've been using an Invicta as my daily driver for about 2 years now. Switched from a cloth mat and I will never go back. So durable and easy to clean. It takes a bit to get used to though because gliding a mouse across the surface will result in a scratchy friction sound.

    I'm not sure what the deal is. For the razer blade 14 for example it's a tiny discount that isn't even a discount (as they are shipping refurbished systems). If it was 30% off on a new system then yes! (like it was possible when the CAD was weak and people purchased the systems at a huge effective discount).

    Looks like I'll just have to wait until the 2016 model gets released (hopefully with HDMI 2, USB-C and 2 SSD slots).

    Yeah that's understandable, some deals aren't as juicy as others. If you are looking for a Blade, I'd probably wait for CES or like you said, the 2016 model since USB-C is going to change everything.

    But there are definitely some big deals going on..

    ..including the lowest prices I've ever seen for some products, 50% off on some items, and even free stuff.

    Would be nice to get an answer on my question regarding cancelling the backorder from cyber monday to profit from the insider deal before the first backorder ships. Otherwise I'm stuck with both a deathstalker and a deathstalker chroma :blush:

    On the website it says the sale ends on the 20th but here it says midnight of the 21st.... Is it the 21st or the 20th

    i believe what they meant to say was 20th december 2015 and not 21st, based on the fact that it is already unusable

    That's what happened to me too it was 9 am 21 st here Portugal and I couldn't get the promotion anymore. SadD;
