When trying to register my Blackshark V2 X, it says that the product already registered and to contact Razer Support. Thanks
i’ve put the right and i know it’s right product to activate 7.1 surround sound but i haven’t been able to register my product because it keeps saying i have an invalid product number
Ive recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 X. The product number on the inside of the left earmuff is RZ04-0457. When I enter this into the device registration it says “Product number invalid” How do I fix this issue, should I enter a different product number?
I’m facing this issue and I checked a lot of people facing same why there is no support?

Hi guys, I did purchase two Enki chairs from the Italian Razer Store, the Razer Store gifted me a gadget pack with the placed order. They splitter the shipment into two different shipments:Quartz Enki + Gadgets Black EnkiThe Black Enki will be shipped soon, it was a preorder, the Quartz one was on delivery today, I got my shipment with the gadget kit only. The shipping paper details both chair and gadget but I’m missing the most relevant part of my order.Is there any way to check with Razer Support where my chair is?Thank you for your help!Danilo

I am writing again to urgently seek assistance regarding a critical issue with my Razer Blade Mid Base 2019 RTX2060 Model laptop.Recently, I have been encountering a severe problem wherein the laptop unexpectedly powers down, particularly during resource-intensive tasks such as gaming. This sudden shutdown is incredibly disruptive and compromises both the usability and reliability of the device.To provide context, I must mention that I have removed the laptop battery due to swelling and bloating concerns, and I have been exclusively using the laptop with the AC adapter plugged in. Hi, there’s a guy selling his Razer Thunderbolt 4 Cable 2 m long for a cheap price but the cable ends don’t match the one shown on the razer website. On the cable, it simply has the lightning symbol on both ends without the 4 at the bottom, nor the RAZER logo on one end. Just wanted to confirm from anyone who owns it on a description on what it looks like. Thanks.
