This. 100x over. And I was a day 1 purchase for the Stealth, but this would kill that. 10.1" goodness and a great form factor for all sorts of gaming/productivity.

This looks really nice but not for me as I don't tend to purchase apple products.

Since it's a thin keyboard, I hope you guys add this technology to next year's Razer Blade 14!

Very cool concept. I wanted a clam case for my iPad for a while but never made the purchase. The delayed the iPad Air one forever and I found something else in the meantime. I don't have an iPad Pro but it would be great if some low profile Bluetooth keyboards came out in the future for PC. This could be a good advancement for other Razer products

Some people say Razer is the 'Apple of Gaming' - a comparison I loathe.
I don't think Razer making products for Apple products is going to help.
Anyone remember the Razer Junglecat for iPhone?

I thought about the same, another Razer Apple product.
The same goes with comparing MacBook to Razer Blade. Comparing laptop for work with mac OS to laptop for gaming with Windows, Mr.Min does it all the time... And better not to mention all RB users problems...not acceptable at Apple.
  10. a version for the 9,7" ipad pro and we have a deal :D

    After watching the video...

Razer needs to figure out proper keyboard docks, because they genuinely are atrocious.

The Razer Edge Keyboard Dock was clunky and comically large, and this seems to emulate the worst features and comes up with new negatives. A magnetic release on a clamshell/kickstand? Why?

Brydge has a solution that is 10x better than this, and I KNOW that Razer can step up their game.

    Fail. That is all.

Does it work on bluetooth for PS4?

comparing razer to apple is very accurate why would you hate that? in fact comparing razer to apple should be a compliment as it's like comparing volkswagen to porsche or coolermaster to noctua

Wait what? Accurate? Why? How can you compare Razer to Apple. It's two different companies with different target. Razer is for gaming, and Apple is for work. As I mentioned before, Mr.Min compares MacBook to Blade, which is ridiculous and funny. First, MacBook is for work and it's running macOS, so yeah ITS NOT FOR GAMING! Razer Blade is made for games. And for the second, there is SO MANY people having simple problems with their blades like WiFi, fans, chasis, noise etc. This things are not acceptable at Apple, you buy MacBook and you know it will work perfectly, from build quality to software. No one buys MacBook for gaming, and no one buys Blade for work. It's Windows with poor battery life. Only one thing that can be compared is design, and I can clearly see that Blade stole design from MacBook. Stealth = Air, Blade = Pro.

Ohhh this looks like an exciting project! Let's hope that Razer starts making these for android as well.

Well there goes my idea of the Pixel C working with it nicely also the complaints he mentions are pretty worrying not that I was gonna buy this anyway as i'm not an Apple person.

I hate that because I'm not a fan of Apple. It's not only me that thinks this comparison is inappropriate, I've heard similar sentiments from others. Even Min-Liang Tan has said himself multiple times that he hates being compared to Apple and Steve Jobs. And really, this is a case of apples to oranges.

Apple has a tendency to close everything up around their systems. They pursue simplicity and ease-of-use but at the expense of user choice, flexibility, compatibility, and power. Razer does value design and usability, but they always make an effort to keep things open to provide users with choice. Don't get me wrong, Apple makes some very nice products, but I simply cannot identify with them. A sea of silver with glowing white fruits everywhere accurately describes what my classroom was back in grad school. There's no personality.

I believe that your analogies are flawed. Noctua and Cooler Master both focus on CPU cooling and fans (I know the latter has branched out way further than that now) so they have the same target market. Regardless, I'm willing to bet a lot of Noctua fans (pun unintended) would loathe that comparison. Razer makes gaming peripherals. Apple makes casual computing devices. Obviously Razer has taken some inspiration from Apple with the Blade, but their core business - what they started out doing as a company and have become one of the best at - is making PC gaming peripherals. Apple has never released a product dedicated to gaming. We're comparing apples to snakes here.

So yes, I do dislike the comparison because I feel it is rather inaccurate. It's funny because you said comparing Razer to Apple is a compliment but I actually think it's borderline offensive. Differences in opinion I suppose.

Please make one for the Microsoft Surface Pro Line because for a tablet, I'd rather have a nice mechanical keyboard compared to what the type cover can do, and its better than a iPad pro because it runs windows 10.
