This is the fundamental problem with many of these "concepts" for Razer - lots of fans LOVE the idea, but won't buy them because they don't have enough money!

    I would totally buy that

It's true, project Christine looks so sick, and if it was the same price, maybe even some hundred dollars more than the parts themselves in a standard form, I would for sure get it, but because it will most likely be at least 1000 dollars more than standard PC's most people won't be able to get it

Pretty sure that is just an iPhone with Razer stuff edited on. Making a phone would be a horrible idea for Razer and I wish people would stop jumping on the bandwagon just cause it might be exciting and give it some actual thought.

But look what they did with Forge tv, that seemed to work out really well.

Maybe but Razer hits the nail on the head every single time....Altthough I wouldn't buy a 1st gen or Beta or whatever

  7. I think a razer mouse would be really cool with a nice screan that's good for apps lol

I would love to see Razer's innovation applied to the cell phone market.

Sorry, I love Razer a ton but that isn't true. Forge is a bit of a miss right now, the Edge flopped...

Don't get me wrong, after several iterations they make good products but the problem is initial sales.

I can agree with this hence me saying I wouldn't "Jump on the bandwagon" for the first couple of gens until the creases are ironed out

But that is precisely the reason why Razer doesn't release more products!

Look at the Edge, for example. It flopped because the first-gen wasn't very good, relative to the price. The second or third gen version would probably have been great, but as no one bought the original Razer didn't want to take the risk and investment of releasing newer versions.

If it were a phone I am sure that a lot of people would blindly buy the first gen anyway

But the Forge Tv is a console based platform. It's meant to be family friendly, and is capable of streaming full hardcore games from your desktop to your tv.

Not capable yet. Cortex stream is vaporware so far.

    We shall see...

I know, but I doubt that they won't do it

Imagine this connecting to pc wirelessly working as remote gamescreen :3

I wouldn't say it's a family friendly console. Android is still a linux distro which means that like windows you still fall into the problem of multiplayer. Yes the Forge is good for other media like movies and stuff but it's not a console in the sense that it is designed for multiplayer games. It's just taking the smartphone/tablet experience and expanding it to your TV with the added benefit of being able to eventually stream your PC games to the screen.
