    Hey all!

I purchased my Black Widow Chroma about 3 years ago, so it's the last generation model. I've had this issue since the day I purchased but it was small enough to not warrant an rma. Basically, the green LED on my right shift key doesn't work... sometimes.

When I purchased the keyboard years ago all the LEDs worked, but a few weeks later it seemed that the green light on my right shift key died... but it didn't. Turns out that once every several months after an update or sometimes randomly, the LED starts working again (like today), only to stop working again after a few hours/days/weeks.

I don't imagine that the light itself is defective since it does actually work sometimes, and no version of Synapse seems to make a difference. Is there any way to update the keyboard's firmware itself? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hi! I could check this out for you if there is an available firmware update for your Blackwidow. I sent you a PM, give me a reply when you can.
