Hey, so I have a little problem with snypse. it isn't detecting my mouse. I do have a Razer Oratha and snypse detects it just fine. I tried all bunch of stuff like reinstalling the driver and whatever solution which are up on the internet and I couldn't find any that works. I'm thinking of doing a factory reset to my computer, and I don't really have anything to lose if I do because this computer is mainely for gaming, but I wanted to know if doing a factory reset will fix my problem or it will not and weather there are some other ways recommended.

    Thank you for your support!

Can you tell us what version of Razer Synapse installed on your computer?

Razer snypse 3. I just found out I don't have the drivers of the mouse installed on my computer and I figured that might be the problem. Can I download the drivers from Razer?

Oh thanks! I downloaded snypse 2.0 now after I saw that deathadder chroma isn't on the supported devices of versoin 3 and it's working. Thank you!

You're welcome! Great to hear it works now. The Razer DeathAdder Chroma is currently supported only by Razer Synapse 2.0 application.

Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have other questions.
