i passed by Bestbuy and figure I do a quick video on the sound of both keyboards. I think a lot of newer fans want to learn more about it.

Nice vid, funny word "Vid" but I was wondering is the Razer Green switch like blue switches or regular green and is the orange switch like brown switches or clear?

Im surprise Best Buy even carry Razer lol, I usually find Frys to be the one that carry it. But yes, this video would have been helpful when I was in the market for my first Razer keyboard. I had to go around and find both of them and stood there in the store pressing them keys for a while to get a good feel for it lol. Eventually i settle for the clicky keys. It's a really define feature to mechanical keyboard, I couldnt settle for a mechanical keyboard that was dead quiet =)))). Im happy so far though, the clicky sound is really addicting :v haha.

I need an AZERTY Keyboard and on RazerStore the blackwidows chroma stealth and blackwidows chroma TE stealth are only avalaible in US layout

Great video for those who want to hear the sound.
I always go for the clicky one :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Even if I do get the stealth, my finger presses too hard, so they would still sound clicky.

    Even Walmart carries it xD

In short yes, green is just like blue cherry but just less distance to register a key. Orange is more like red cherry, is very soft and every key strike will button out the back of the keyboard.

Personally I don't like the Orange, too soft to type, good for gaming but not good for typing.

You know, Im not surprise that walmart carries it but Im surprised that Best Buy carries it because Best Buy have the most terrible selection when it comes to some really specific and professional grade gears lol. Like in my area Ive never seen best buy carries Razer products, decent USB drives, nice gaming monitors or even high specs laptops. =)) Maybe thats why :v haha.

I am in Canada. Not sure about USA, but usually all bestbuy has few blackwidow, deathadder, headphone and mouse pad available.

It's good that these videos are there for keyboard n00bs to learn about this kind of thing.

What I did fo rmy blackwidow stealth is I put some rubber dampeners under all the keys, it makes it extra 'stealthy'. It is now even more quiet and has a bit more bounce, which is noticable when double tapping keys. You still get firm feedback from the keys in your feedback. I absolutely love this keyboard!

Never heard them right next to each other before and now i'm completely certain, that the reguar one would drive me crazy.

You can always get diaper to reduce clicky sound.

For me, Orange key is too soft for typing. That why i got the regular one.

I am happy that this video is helping everyone here.
