I mainy play fps games ( fortnite ,csgo) and sometimes league of legends , Does the mousepad have to be a razer brand so I don't get tracking issues?
I also saw that there is something called the control edition and the speed edition and I don't know which one to get.
What mat do you guys recommend with the Razer deathadder chroma?

I'm using Razer Goliathus Speed version with my DeathAdder Elite & Basilisk. I like cloth pads, because they're very versatile, and easy to carry (most FPS players are using the cloth pads).

With DeathAdder Chroma combo - you have predefined calibration profile for this mousepad, so you don't have do it manually.

You can find my review of goliathus speed (originally in Polish language, translated by google): https://translate.google.pl/translate?sl=pl&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=pl&ie=UTF-8&u=http://www.razersite.eu.org/testy/recenzja-podkladki-razer-goliathus-speed-cosmic-large&edit-text=

Other mousepads will work as well, but Goliathus quality is great.

It depends on your preferences. Personally I love speed version (control is too slow for me), also I know only few people that are using the control version, mostly speed version is used.

Have you tried playing an FPS game with both the Control and Speed edition and prefered the Speed edition for fps games?

Yes, tried both, choosed Speed version, but it's only my personal preference. If you have ability - go to some local shop and try both.

For FPS games the Speed pad is better. Its smooth and since most FPS gamers use low sensitivities, you will have a more comfortable time with the speed pad.

The mousepad does not have to be Razer. Control and Speed editions are just cloth and hard mats. If you wish to have both soft and hard surfaces in one mouse mat with comfy wrist rest, I'd recommend you to get Vespula V2.

Vespula is a good choice. If you want the RGB lightings, you can go for the Firefly or the new Goliathus chroma.

Hands down Goliathus Speed. The speed is used for more slick and speedy mouse movements, which is good for games like Overwatch, CoD, CS:GO, etc. Control is more for sniper/sniping games, as it’s slower, but good control for exact and pinpoint accuracy. For size, I’d say Extended, but any size above Small will do.

I think either the Razer Goliathus Control or SteelSeries QCK are good choices. I use the goliathus and it gives tight controls for sniping and aiming in csgo, and I know that the SteelSeries QCK is a common mousepad used by many pro csgo and overwatch players.

I use control and I prefer it as it makes it easier for me personally to aim.

That depends on many factors, your budget, your desktop space or your likings. If you want a chroma mousepad you'll have to spend some money on them, but they do have lightining effects and so while there are some normal ones, some with wrist rest or some purely normal. Personally i use the Firefly but i am a bit curious about the Goliathus Chroma or it's future extended edition.

I use the wireless Razer Mamba in various places due to travelling a lot. I have never noticed any issues from using various desks, train tables, my lap and magazines (must be the great build quality). However when i'm at home with my desk using the vespula i am most comfortable with movement (not tracking) which would probably help in FPS games.

You can get the Razer Firefly Chroma or the Goliathus Speed verison. The Zowie G-SR is also a good deal if you ask me. This article at Tech Centurion states the differences between top mousepads .
