Windows 10 on Razer Blade 2016 (970m) won't update. Do you have the same problem?

  1. I'm starting this thread to hear if anyone have the same issue as me on their Razer Blade, and may be able to provide some help.

    In short, all Windows updates after version 1607, build 14393.953 fails on my Razer Blade.

    I've been in contact with Microsoft Support and tried a lot of different things (DISM-Health restoring, sfc /scannow command (which wouldn't run), MSUpdate Troubleshooter, etc. etc). But nothing has worked so far. Microsoft said that I should do a reinstall. But it's not the first time I've done that (first time being because Win10 wouldn't install drivers probably) and honestly, I don't want to.

    When I use Microsoft's Win10 Creator's Update-Assitant (fileversion 1.4.9200.22175) I end up with error 0x8007007e, and when I use the default Win10 updater, I get this error: 0x8000ffff.

    Has anyone had the same problem, and/or are you able to help a frustrated, fellow Blade owner?
