My dog unfortunately destroyed my microphone this weekend. But these headsets do have a removable microphone, but I only see a replacement one for the 2020 version in the store. I’m curious what the method is for obtaining one for a 2023 as they are are removable? Are those really not for sale?

I also see many of these questions here but no fix? Can some help? please clearly outline how to fix screen flickering with external monitors & adaptors? Ive tried hdmi and usbc, doesnt matter. I am contemplating sending the laptop back.

Hi, I purchased a keyboard Ornata V3 and 3 keys are not Working. Q, Esc and ~ (I copied and pasted in order to inform you what keys are not working)I tried to uninstall device and restart computer and everything else I could think of.The keys are working from time to time and I did not rekey anything else. Last night it worked for a couple of minutes and then nothing. So if it works from time to time it s not a physical issue or a mechanic one and I think it s a problem with software...I was thinking that maybe the synapse app or chroma app are the problem and I reinstalled those..It s the first Razer product that I buy and it s not the best experience at this moment...Can I get some guidance please on how to fix this or should I return the product?P.S. after I wrote this message also the Windows key stoped working......Thanks.

Hi, my Razer DA v3 pro stop working today, the light on the mouse is dead and not show anything when I plugged the Usb in, the Razer Sysnapse recognize the mouse but show as “not turn on” i plugged the cable to the mouse and it not receive any signal, the light didn’t blink or show up. I have tried to reset by holding the dpi button for 10s but nothing happen i also tried to plugged in with different cables but still the same 

i have a razer blade 16 2025. trying to buy the extended warranty. when putting in serial number i keep getting error cant find product in database……… 

There was dongle inside the sealed box the headset came in.   The three cables and the mike were.  Please advise how can I get a dongle to update the firm wear.   I have the 59 percent charged error.  

Dear Razer Support, I recently purchased a pair of Black Shark V2 X headphones, but they didn't come with an activation code for the 7.1 audio. When I tried to enter the requirements to receive it through product registration, it told me that the product was already registered, even though I hadn't registered it. I was hoping you could help me.

I have a huntsman mini. It’s been impossible to use the hypershift for a while now. Making 40% of keys on keyboard inaccessible. The side buttons, dpi buttons, or profile swap buttons no longer work on my mouse either. I just want to properly use my computer again. I’ve tried factory resetting both of them and this has not changed anything. They’re out of warranty and worked fine for years prior to this update that seemingly fried the hardware.

Hello guys,I have RazorLeviathan V2 soundbar for 2 years and was using it without an issue. the other day Synapse portal notified my that the Leviathan has an update. I started the update but around 10% it failed. So, I restarted the synapse and tried again this time it continued until 99% but then the sound bar powered off and the installation bar was stuck at %99. waited about 30 mins then I canceled the install. restarted the PC and when I wanted to power the speaker on it didn’t work.I have tried different power cables, different power bricks, different outlets. none of them worked. so, I looked at the user’s manual on how to factory reset the device but there was no information on it. So, I looked up the internet, there are many different videos and methods on how to hard reset I have tried all that I could find but none of it works I still can’t get the speaker to power on. Is there anyone that had the same problem and was able to find a solution?  Thanks in advance for everyone’

Keyboard not working properly without synapse open after latest firmware update for keyboard. Now the keyboard barely works properly if synapse isnt open when playing lot of ghosting some1 help asap pls.

Hello!A new BIOS update (1.08_v3) has just completely broken Secure Boot on my Blade 14 (2021).Because Razer has locked the options to reset keys in the setup menu, there is zero manual workaround. It's a major mess-up, and I'm stuck with Secure Boot disabled until they release an immediate fix. There's also no comment or warning about this on the download page. If you own a similar model, I highly recommend you do not update until this is resolved.It's beyond frustrating. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Hi,I got my new pad yesterday. I connected it to a USB 3 port on the motherboard and it lit up on the edges, but the plastic nub on the top left with the Razer logo did not. I got notification from windows for a successful device install and prompted me to restart my PC, so I did. After that I opened Synapse and the pad was there along with my KB and mouse, bit it just had a tiny green circle rotating and when I clicked it, Synapse just showed “Detecting Device...”. I waited for a while, but nothing changed.   I tried different USB ports. Uninstalling it from Device Manager, reinstalling Synapse and even the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool, but it’s still the same.I’m using Windows 11 with the latest updates.Is there anything else that I can do, or should I return it?

Hi, I’m planning to buy a Razer Blade 18 from the EU store, but the available configuration shows US keyboard layout (ANSI). I need a physical Italian ISO keyboard (different key shapes/Enter), so not stickers.Questions: Does Razer offer a paid service (or sell a spare part) to convert the Blade 18 from ANSI → ISO-IT (Italian) by replacing the keyboard/top-case assembly? If not directly, can an authorized service center perform this swap, and can I purchase the ISO-IT keyboard/top-case as a spare part (with a part number)? Would this affect warranty coverage in any way? Hi, I recently uninstalled the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound drivers from Device Manager. After reinstalling the app, it didn't prompt me to enter my activation code again, and I can't get the 7.1 surround sound to work. My serial number is (Removed serial number), and it's registered to my account. Could someone guide me on how to re-enter the activation code or fix this issue? Thanks in advance

I have been having a LOT of annoying issues with this headset, Microphone sometimes goes down in quality to where it is incomprehensible and is only fixed with messing with the settings from synapse or the hub being disconnected and then reconnected or headset turned off and back on, no idea what actually fixes that. As well as synapse Refusing to believe the headset is on or exists, and right now that’s saving the usability of the headset, as currently if synapse recognizes the device, it plays the boot animation, then crashes, making this awful noise and holding the last played audio, until synapse unpairs and the headset operates with out it, I just reinstalled Synapse and the issue is still happening and this is extremely sad to see from such an expensive headset, I used other razor headsets and they were okay but this is just a disapointment

Windows 11 January update broke secure boot on my laptop.  I seem to have latest bios and firmware.  MS guidance is to update uefi/bios.  Where do I go from here?

Hi, I have a problem. All of a sudden my Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0369B stopped booting properly. When I start it up, I get the message SECURE BOOT VIOLATION.  Managed to boot after disabling secure boot , but I can’t play Valorant or any game that requires an anti-cheat. I need a solution. I hope you can help me by releasing some kind of firmware update or something like that.

 I recently purchased a boxed Razer BlackShark V2 X Green headset from Turkey. However, I was not aware that it required a driver, and I accidentally threw away the box which contained the activation information.Could you please guide me on how to download and install the correct driver for my headset? 

Hi, My Razer Synapse didn’t open so I uninstalled it and tried to instal it again, but it keeps giving me error code 5 saying installation failed due to restrictions on this computer. My computer is Acer Predator Helios 300. I tried to look for a solution but couldn’t find one.Any help?

Hi, synapse 4 & chroma app crash each time trying to open it. happen in about a month cant use any razer app. already try to reinstall still doesn't work. firewall didn't block anything. Reach support after a week ticket just closed without any solution. anyone can help? thanks.
