My Razer product has already been registered, but I did not do the registration myself. How can I resolve this issue?

The mousepad is recognized by the software and the lighting seems to be working but only a millimeter past the usb input hub. the rest of the mat doesnt light up.

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Huntsman Mercury, purchased in January 2023.After performing a firmware reset (ESC + Caps Lock + Space), the keyboard is still detected normally by Windows and Razer Synapse, RGB lighting works, and the device appears as a standard HID Keyboard. However, no key input is registered at all.I’ve tested the keyboard on multiple PCs, tried power drain, driver resets, and the official firmware updater (which reports the device is already on the latest firmware). The issue persists.From my understanding, this appears to be a known firmware-related issue affecting some Huntsman Mercury units, where the device gets stuck after a reset.Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt available. I would really appreciate any assistance, guidance, or escalation that could help resolve this issue, as the keyboard is relatively new and has been well cared for.Thank you in advance.

Hello again,I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Razer Huntsman Mercury, purchased in January 2023.Multiple keys across the keyboard are not registering any input at all, while others work normally. The non-functional keys appear in specific clusters across different rows  which suggests an optical matrix / controller failure, not isolated switch issues.The keyboard is correctly detected by Windows and Razer Synapse, RGB lighting works normally, and the device appears as a standard HID Keyboard. I have already: exited Demo Mode performed a factory reset tested on another PC reinstalled drivers cleaned the keyboard thoroughly The issue persists, and based on the symptoms and testing, this appears to be a hardware-related optical failure affecting a zone of keys, rather than software or user error.Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt available. However, the keyboard has been lightly used and well cared for, and given that it was purchased relatively recently,

I have a Razer Blade 15 2020 Base model laptop that I had recently performed a fresh Win11 install on. Having some issues with it restarting 3-4 times when I do a cold start on battery and not AC (RGB turns on and off twice, then it show post and restarts). The battery itself cant seem to hold a charge, I get 1-2 hours during light weight tasks. The battery life / time even jumps from 3Hrs- 1Hr - 2Hrs - 1Hr - 3Hrs (all while just idle, watching YouTube, and even during the creation of this ticket). I’ve read plenty of articles and tried many of things, but nothing has really worked. BIOS seems to be locked so I cant even attempt some of the tricks that helped other users (Like disabling USB Legacy; Fast Boot). My BIOS is already updated to the most recent version too. I tried a EC reset by holding down the power button during off state for 15-20 seconds, that hasn’t helped the booting process. I’ve also ran a Battery Report which seemed to show a very healthy battery despite the issues

I recently opened my Razer blade 14 to clean it out, and in the process noticed that the battery was swelling significantly. I took a look around and couldn't find A place to buy a replacement. Is there any way for me to purchase a replacement, I am a student and cant really afford to send it in for replacement.  Thank you guys!

Hi,after the last Windows 11 update , my Razer Blade Pro 17 suddenly displays error when I turn it on. I have tried everything, from EFI partition renewal with USB and Windows media creation tool, to trying to reload Secure boot keys, but due to BIOS protection from Razer it is unable. Has anyone the same problem? 

I bought this controller one month ago, I already changed it through warranty because the m6 back button double clicked but the point is that the previous one that i had and the one i have now have the same problem. when i boot to windows and i go on and open apex i realised that the controller never responds before i unplug it and replug it to the usb. i thought this might be a firmware related issue so i updated the firmware and it seemed that it worked for a day. Today i boot again to windows, go on open apex and again controller does not respond. I realised that even if i go to synapse and go to the thoumbstick calibration section the controller doesn’t even respond to the synapse before i unplug and replug it even though the controller shows up and gets recognized by synapse and the white led lights up on the controller the whole time that it doesn’t respond. this is basically a firmware issue and i just i have one thing to say. RAZER FIX YOUR SHIT!!! I DONT WANT TO DAMAGE MY TYPE

When selecting a screen saver, it defaults to the razer logo regardless of the option I choose.I tried doing a factory reset but only makes a new profile. The issue seems to be a software issue as there has been no hardware damage.If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

My experience with the V3 Hyperspeed had been amazing up until yesterday.After 2 months of use all of the sudden while scrolling on Youtube i noticed that the auto scroll feature kept switching on and off every second and while hovering across videos it kept opening tabs with them, noticed it on File explorer as well. After several seconds it didn't respond to any clicks. I also tried it on my laptop but ended with same issues.Later i switched to a old wired mouse which worked perfectly and whenever i used the V3 issues started immediately.Here's what i tried:-Updating mouse drivers on PC-Updating mouse and dongle to latest firmware-Resetting PC-Factory resetting mouse trough the Synapse appI even reinstalled windows but to no avail, same issues, is there a way to fix this? or is my mouse done for

I’m having the same issue as everyone else, I only got my keyboard last January 3, 2026, and it wont charge past 5%, i tried all the steps that I can find, update windows, uninstall synapse4, reset keyboard (esc, caps + spacebar), update windows, update firmware, plug to all usb ports available in my pc as well as wall socket. Cant use it as wireless anymore unless it’s plugged in. Saw that a lot of people are having the same issue, what’s going on Razer? 

hello guys, since a week or so i have,Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K + Mouse Dock Pro Bundle.but im not pleased with it,i hope razer want to change it or add these functions the charging light is way to bright, and i don't know if i can dim it or turn it off, or give it a different effect that is less annoying because when i watch movies i place it on the dock to charge, and the light is so bright it is distracting, razer could give the charge light functions or custom effects to  the sleep , can it be completely turned off ?, i don’t like it , the wake up is slow i don't know if its normal,after the mouse enter sleeps mode i have to move it to wake it up, i can’t simply press a button because the mouse don't react,also after waking it up the wheel mechanism kicks in for some w/e stupid reason,i have it on free spin i don't like tactile, this adds 1-2 more sec before i can use the mouse witch is annoying,can that also be changed? my previous mouses never had these problems but then again th

If we are, can we get a dedicated escape key and not use the caps lock key?

The M4 button looks like it can’t stay placed in the little socket, it looks like it’s popped out though it still works it just looks like it’s out of place compared to the other rear buttons. Is there a way I could get a set of replacement buttons?

I had just finished setting up a few details in my razerid.razer.com dashboard and then clicked on the “lock” icon. I thought it would first ask if I wanted to lock it, or at least what it was about to do, but it just locked my profile settings. How can I unlock my profile settings again? I can still log into my account, it is just the profile settings for things like enabling 2FA and other things I want access to again.

My armrest for keyboard razer blackwidow chroma v2 has gone bad. How can i replace it? Can i order just an armrest?

I just purchased these from Target earlier today and unless I’m going crazy, these things simply won’t power on. It says that there’s supposed to be a light signal on it to tell you if it’s even on or paired or whatever and the light never comes on. I see the bluetooth being paired onto my PC just fine, but power seems to be possible out of this and I don’t understand why. I tried the charger in like 6 different USB ports on my PC, and even my phone charger off my PC and it simply won’t play any audio. 

I plugged in my razer kiyo today and all i could get it to do was turn on the ring light but nothing else. I don’t see it in my device manager and in my razer synapse its just marked as disconnected. Since then i changed the port it from 2.0 to 3.0 and removed it from razer synapse and the light has since stopped working.  any fixes or advice would be helpful if it’s broken oh well 

I need to force close all Razer apps and restart Synapse 4 + Chroma app to fix it.I have 2 Hue Play bars linked and that seems to be a much more stable app, since it recovers by itself after I restart the Razer apps.I'm using Spectrum cycling not based on audio and have: Nommo V2 Pro, Chroma Base station and Chroma Aether monitor light, 2 Hue Play bars.I also updated Nommo firmware to latest with firmware updater. Is it normal that Synapse 4 Chroma is so unstable? Invested heavily in Razer Chroma since 2 weeks ago.

Hello, I have a cynosa V2 that after the last synapse update has problems with the volume keys. To raise or lower the volume completely I have to press several times, while with the app closed it returns to work normally, and that is if I hold down the key the volume flows until the key is released, so I think it's a synapse problem. Thank you.

Razer Synapse is showing my Blackshark V2 as “Device is switched off”. My headset works without any issues when connected via USB. How can i fix this?
