So I have a 2022 blade 15 (odd build: 240HZ, 12900H, 32GB) and the drives are bitlocked.  The updater asks that you disable bitlocker temporarily.  Is the problem that the user will need to reenter the bitlocker passcode?I have to do the same if I change the bios to temp switch to  the dedicated gpu...… Or would something tragic happen if it is not disabled??

My dongle is not working and my headsef razer blackshark v2 pro only works, Bluetooth wish horrible sound, could i buy a replacement

Hello everyone!Been using the keyboard on and off but today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.It looks like this is an ongoing issue does anyone have a fix ?

Hello all, Last year I’ve purchased one of the supposed finest Razor mouses on the market, all was fine till a few weeks ago I got a problem. THe Basilisk Ultimate kept disconnecting and connecting in loops of around 2 seconds, no cause it just started to do this. I looked online like most would and found that it is a problem with the power setting most likely which has the bug that it is set to 0 minutes. But because in my case the dis/connect is so short and quick there is not enough time to change the setting of the mouse in Synapse and even when I’m fast enough the mouse is already lost it’s connection for the software to register the new power setting. Is there a fix for this? As I paid way too much already for this mouse as it was supposed to be the best of the best and this obviously looks like a firmware or in short a Razor caused problem. and I do not see any other resolution but to go back to my el cheapo mouse from logitec which works better than the almost 300 Euro mouse… T

My Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless dongle repeatedly disconnects, making the mouse unusable in wireless mode.I have already tried: Updating all Razer software and firmware Using multiple USB ports Testing different configurations Using the mouse in wired mode (works correctly) The issue appears to be isolated to the wireless dongle. The mouse itself functions normally. Since replacement dongles do not seem to be sold separately, I would like to know if there are any repair, replacement, or alternative solutions available, as I would prefer not to replace the entire mouse.

Hello, My Razer Gold account was created using Facebook login. At the time of registration, my Facebook account was linked to an old email address which I no longer have access to. I purchased a 2000 Razer Gold controller but I can't use it because it requires email verification, and I haven't had access to that email address for a long time. I'm logging in here using Facebook. I request that you update my email address or transfer this Razer Gold controller to my newly created account. In the live chat, they only give copy-paste answers and tell me to wait 7-10 days. Hi there,I have a 2022 Razer Blade Advanced Model RZ09-0409 and the keys D E W 4 and 6 on this Laptop are not working.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and re-seated the keyboard cable, but it hasn’t resolved the issue and unfortunately I am out of warranty on this as well. Did anyone in this forum had a similar issue? What did you do to fix it? Would appreciate any support I can get  Thanks,PM 

I just received this controller.  It is working with other games. However, even after watching a multitude of YouTube videos and making sure everything is turned on correctly in settings, I cannot get the controller to work with the game.  Only touchscreen controls work.  VERY FRUSTRATED. Please help. 

So I recently had a CPU failure and got opted to not go back to Intel and got a AMD 9800X3D instead with a new mobo, etc.After this Synapse 4 refuses to save my THX and lighting settings, all the rest are fine, I change the settings to my preferred and when I restart the PC THX and lighting is back to default. I decided to go back to synapse 3 and everything works fine, but after many audio graph isolation stopped working errors I decided to try synapse 4 again and not only did audio graph not go away, the above mentioned settings are doing the same thing again.Hardware:CPU: AMD 9800 X3DMobo: Asus ROG B850-E Gaming WifiRAM: Viper Venom 6200 DDR5 running in EXPOGPU: RTX 5080 Ventus 3 OCPSU: Deepcool 1000WHeadset & Keyboard: Kraken V3 and Huntsman V3 ProIf anyone has any solution I would really appreciate it.

Is there any way to get this back working again? As the driver shows up with nothing in game controllers within Synapse 4 and it does work in Synapse 3 as of today. I am in a Windows 11 environment. Picture is related. It would suck to lose support for half of my Razer peripherals just to get this supporting working again by installing Synapse 3.  Are there plans to get this virtual game controller driver working for Synapse 4 by the dev teams? Hi there,A few years ago, I purchased the Razer Tomahawk ATX case, and I’ve been very happy with it. Unfortunately, a few months ago, I accidentally damaged two internal components.The push-to-open / push-to-close mechanism used for the side panel door is broken. I’ve tried several ways to repair it myself, but without success. I previously contacted Razer support to ask whether replacement parts for this mechanism are available, but I didn’t get a clear solution.I’m hoping someone here might have advice or know where I could source replacement parts for these push-click mechanisms. My Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0409BWC3 laptop recently stopped working suddenly, and now won’t power up.We identified the chip pictured below as a problem, which is shorting the power rails.The battery is also dangerously swollen and has been removed.Any help identifying and sourcing this component would be appreciated.

My laptop is not overheating, and both the fan and vents are clean. I'm not using the laptop for gaming, yet the fan suddenly ramps up to a very high speed, creating a loud and annoying noise. It then stops for a minute before repeating the cycle.What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

I have  month old Blackwidow v4 75%, and a handful off keys have started double typing. This is not an uncommon issue, and I see regular posts about it here.Currently it is my F/L/E keys, mostly. Sometimes other keys have it happen.I have tested with Synapse disabled, and I have cleaned out beneath the cap - I have NOT removed the switch itself and cleaned under that.Usually this seems to be a Firmware fix, but there is now firmware available for this keyboard (yet).

Hello, I just purchased a Naga V2 Pro and I’m having some issues with the scroll wheel tension. No matter what setting I use for the Scrolling options, it feels like it’s on max tension intermittently. I like the scroll wheel to move freely with little resistance, similar to every other mouse I’ve owned. My other mouse is a wired Naga Trinity. I’ve even played with the Custom settings. The wheel may move easily at times, but then there’s always a point where it feels like the tension is raised. I hope there is a fix or something I’m missing because I’m about to return this mouse. Thank you in advance for any help.
