Hi there, I have a Deathadder V2 Pro and Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL. The dongle of the latter doesn't work anymore. When I plug it: it's connected, then disconnected, connected, disconnected and so forth. I already used other USB-ports, but the same thing happens repeatedly. I can use the DA dongle for both mouse and keyboard, but I can't update the firmware of the DS without the original dongle working properly. Can you please help me with this issue.

Hello,I received my new Blade 18 with the 5090 today. After completing all Windows and firmware updates from Razer, I tried to use my LG monitor through the HDMI port, but it’s not working properly. Specifically, I get a black screen on both the laptop and the external monitor, followed by an automatic reboot that keeps looping.I’ve made sure the GPU drivers are up to date from both NVIDIA and Intel. With the “dedicated GPU only” option enabled in the BIOS, I can get the external monitor to work, but only at 60 frames per second. If I change the refresh rate to anything other than 60, the monitor goes black until I revert it back to 60.Is there a fix for this issue? Thank you.

Hi! During the update dongle became USB IAP. Update doesn't finish. In USB dongle doesn't work. Also after this right headphone also doesn't play any sound, but all gesture work.

Hi, I own a 2022 Blade 14 and literally yesterday I got the new USB4 docking station.It is not working! I plugged 3 USB-A (mouse, keyboard and headset), ethernet cable and DP 1.4 cable.It does not recognize the ethernet port nor the Display Port 1.4 Any suggestions? 

Randomly my headset has stopped charging, I’ve gotten multiple different charging cable, multiple different usb ports but it just doesn’t charge, sometimes the charging light flashed red quickly but that only happens every minute or so. Rarely I can make the cable fit just right which makes it charge to like 10-20% and I can use it for an hour or two before going back. its bought under Swedish laws, so I have 3 year of warranty if I can prove this is an known issue etc. which to me it seems like considering the amount of threads regarding this topic. I just need some assistance/ a statement for the dealership.

Hello! I have been using Razer Synapse 2 for the past couple of years. I got my Razer Deathstalker and Razer Naga Hex a while ago. These have been working perfectly, with the synapse working perfectly as well. Earlier today both of these things were working, and the synapse that I have was opening perfectly. After I turned my computer off and turned it back on a couple of hours later, my mouse is still working fine but my keyboard stopped glowing the usual green. I attempted to use Razer Synapse 2 to fix this issue, but now that wont even open. I tried reinstalling it but now it wont even instal onto my computer, saying the installation will not go through and to contact the manufacturer. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions to this. The keyboard works but I am missing the green glow was usual. Thank you for your time.

Hello. I am not  gamer and I have no idea what I am doing. I was gifted a razer naga trinity to make photo editing faster. It works great as a basic mouse, but I would like to be able to program the numbered buttons on the side of the mouse. Everything i have tried has led me to needing to register the mouse, but i do not have a proof of purchase as it is a hand me down. Help? Any advise would be appreciated. thank you!

Hi, so I recently bought a mouse with your label. It wasn’t from the official website, but it was “certified” by the shop where I bought it.  So, I don’t really know if it’s a fake or a real one, it seems pretty decent. When I tried to put the serial number in your website to verify the identity, it doesnt work. So my guess is that someone is trying to sell things with your label on it and making customers believe its really from you, your label. Take care, Sakura.Aria93

This is my 3rd wolverine controller, this one being the tournament edition. All 3 controllers have ended up with the same issue. Frequent disconnections and a struggle to get it to reconnected. I opted to smash this 3rd one as I am done with this company, your customer supports is terrible, your products are terrible and those chinese kids cant solder a port correctly or you guys use chips that short in a week. Goodluck guys you lost this customer.

I have the Blackshark V2 Pro RZ04-0453 and I cannot get Synapse 3/4 to detect it on Win11. I uninstalled, used the DriverCleanup tool, reinstalled. Installed Synapse 3, upgraded to 4, nothing. I have followed every troubleshooting steps even  Answer ID: 1835 and nothing. I put the usb dongle in every usb my PC has and Synapse will not detect the usb device. The other thing, I have attempted to update the fw using the RazerBlackSharkV2Pro(2023)_0555_FirmwareUpdater_v2.6.11.0_r2 updater and it also does not the detect the usb hyperspeed dongle no matter which usb port I use. The headset works fine otherwise. It is detected in Device Manager, works with all the games I play. I just don’t have the headset software.  

I have a Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse from 2021, and it has always worked perfectly. However, in the last few days it stopped working. I tried updating the firmware as suggested by following the tutorial and downloading the updater, but after starting it, it gets to the loading screen at 40% and then restarts, telling me again that an update needs to be done.What can I do, since now even the bluetooth way is working?  

When I tried to turn on my computer today I couldn’t. The light on the lower right edge flashes green before going out and the screen flashing a dark blue and black. I tried letting it sit for hours before turning it on again. I have tried resetting it and I have tried putting it in “Bois” mode with guidance from my brother.  I am not very tech savvy and this is my college laptop. I am in the midst of finals and really rely on this laptop. My warranty is up and I can’t afford a new laptop. I’m not sure what to do.  I haven’t dropped or banged it around anytime recently. My brother said that it was possible for things to have been disconnected inside as I have moved my computer.  Any help would be amazing!

Hi,I use my 2025 Razer Blade 18 for office use as well and there is an issue where my laptop installed the latest version of windows which was not approved by the company’s IT dept. Now they are saying I will need to rebuild my laptop to go back to the older Windows version,  which seems quite extreme. Can I do a simple reset without deleting apps and files safely without affecting the laptop and synapse settings? Thanks 

I’d been using my Kiyo without issue for a long time. One time I was in a video call and it made a weird grinding noise and then went totally out of focus. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, and it reported available to my computer again, but once I selected it the ring light came on at a kind of pulse-y half brightness and then it  disappears from the cameras list. I tried letting it sit unplugged for a week and the problem still persists. Tried multiple computers, ports, etc. Normally my Razer accessories last forever. Is there anything I can do to get this functioning again?
