Hey guys, randomly my keyboard has started this thing where (with it plugged directly into the pc) it will disconnect and disappear off of my synapse. Additionally, if it ever does reconnect (maybe a random minute at a time) it acts as though ctrl is being held. I want to reinstall it's software - but since synapse isn't detecting it I can't

Hi all,It's not the first topic on the subject but poorly nothing from the solutions I've seen helped by now.My Blade 14 (RZ09-0370BFA3) isn't charging when turned off. Bios is on the latest version (1.06) and the drivers are also up-to-date.Do you guys have any suggestions on what I could do? Is it worth try changing the battery? Because apart from that issue, nothing seems to be wrong.Thanks a lot in advance for your insights! :)

I just bought a Razer Nari Ultimate, has anyone figured out how to pair the dongle without Windows yet? I have a Mac only (a 2012 i7 Mac Mini, a 2020 (2018 upgrade) i7 Mac Mini, and a Mac Studio M2 Ultra). I have tried using VMWARE V-Fusion with a Windows 10 installation to pair my Razer Nari Ultimate yesterday and it said it did pair, but I took my dongle and put it on my XBOX Series S via a couple of the main direct system USB ports as well as through a hub (because I also have two other external drives holding games) yesterday and it doesn’t seem to be working at all still. While I can install Razer Synapse 4 on my Mac, the Mac version doesn’t have the ability to pair my Razer Nari Ultimate.

I have a razer blade 15 advanced that does not charge properly. When the laptop is plugged in the charging switches on and off (seems to be entirely random). However, when starting the laptop it usually works good for about a minute, then it starts to go crazy. Some times it switches back and forth 5 times in seconds and sometimes it takes 10-15 seconds. I’ve had it at a laptop repair center, they said that play in the port is most likely not the issue as the intermittent charging happens unprovoked with the laptop on a table. It doesn’t seem to care when you wiggle the connector, the charging status changes independently. I’ve tried two chargers with no change. It works fine on pure battery drive and works fine without battery installed (just charger connected) I’ve been informed. It was tested with another battery which made no difference either. the screen goes black every time the charging state changes (maybe switching between onboard graphics and the GPU) rendering the laptop unu

Anyone had a similar problem? Razer Kiyo Pro has suddently become black and white only, no colour. Same across all apps, Zoom, Chrome, PhotoBooth etc.

My razer nage trinity side panel buttons stop working randomly after system updates, this always last until either another windows update or bois update happens to fix the issue.  Its been the 1, 2 and 3 buttons on the circular panel almost everytime.  Ive tried deleting drivers and restarting but that doesnt work.  This also happens on some battle.net updates, but with those the mouse only stops working for their games. There arent many mice with that configuration anymore, and i would really like to not have to switch brands to get one.

I just got my v3 controller back from razer after sending it in for repairs and after updating the new one its been taking random screenshots, sometimes 4 or 5 at a time consecutively. I am unsure how to stop this anyone know how?

Hi! I just set up my new Razer Blackshark V.2 Pro headset! I’m liking it. Except when I set it up, I accidentally installed the Razer Steam Engine wallpaper that I can’t seem to get rid of. I tried switching backgrounds in Windows 11 and nothing’s worked. I like the wallpaper, it’s cool, but I would still like to be able to switch it out, so if anyone can show me how to get rid of this for now, I would greatly appreciate it.

I bought a razer deathadder v3 which is undoubtedly a great mouse, or so I thought, I bought it like 3 months back and I faced a disconnection issue after using it for 3 weeks, then I tried every possible fix on the internet like reinstalling razer synapse, clean install drivers, all that. Then i thought it might be a hardware issue after all so I sent it for RMA, they gave me a new mouse. Now this new one was working fine until recently same disconnection issue. The thing is it's not always or anything, sometimes it will start disconnecting when I flip it upside down or move it too fast, but other times when I'm using it its perfectly fine no issues no disconnection.

Hey,If anyone has this issue or has seen solutions to this issue please let me know. I have seen a few posts about it, and have tried most of the solutions but none of them worked. Basically my Razer Blade 14 (2021) will not charge either with the original adapter or usb-c adapter when the laptop is turned off.The solutions I have tried include:- Updating BIOs- Uninstalling Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, and reinstallingAny chance it could be the battery? I did get it off amazon but it has been working normally.Any response would be appreciated!

Hey, just did a clean reinstallation of windows 11 on my system, and no matter what I try or do synapse 4 just wont open. When I try to run it the process starts and just terminates itself after a few seconds. I have tried with firewall and windows defender exceptions set. Synapse 3 works but is lacking some features i used and is a lot slower. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

I have an Iskur v1 chair which is starting to get cracks on the armrest.  I do believe that it’s out of warranty, and I’m inquiring about how to buy a replacement armrest if they’re available. I see numerous other people asking the same question, and they’re all responded to with “send me a PM” by support.  I’ve got the serial and damage photo and invoice available, but it would be nice just to have an answer to the question.​​​​​

had this headset less than 5 months, bought from best buy, and i havent had a whole lot of problems (other than the microphone being about as good as a $5 temu one.) and as of yesterday, the headset adjustment broke mid game. the headset is always rested on a flat surface, never stretched, so i cannot believe this would happen from normal use. its right on the thinnest part on the 3 dash on the right headphone 

Audio was working yesterday just fine and today it isn’t.  I have volume sliders and see the realtek thx speakers and all, but nothing, even plugging in headphones does nothing.  I ran audio troubleshooter as well as uninstalled the device to have it reinstall.I also just updated synapse to 4 to see if that helped and still nothing.  Any recommendations or is my audio just dead?
