So i was having issues with synapse 3 and mouse recording because i have multiple monitors and absolute tracking doesn't work, even when all three are the exact same, so i updated to 4 to setup mouse recording macros.And they seem to work fine, at first, but the longer synapse 4 has been on the slower they get, to the point where it takes a good 10 full seconds for the mouse cursor to move from one side of the screen to the other. And this affects all the mouse macros i set up. Restarting the pc works for the first hour or so, but slowly it crawls back to a snail's pace, everything else on the computer runs full speed, just not synapse 4, anyone have any ideas or solutions for this? Version 4.0.86.2502130303

Hello, I was using my Razer BlackShark v2 HyperSpeed headset this morning and suddenly it stopped working via the wireless mode. The power button only works as play/pause when I use the cable, but it never powers the headset on.Here is what I have already tried: Hard reset (holding the power button 10–18 sec while connected with USB-C). Firmware update through Synapse following the official Razer instructions. The issue persists. Additional details: After performing a hard reset, when I release the button the headset says “Power off.” Windows does not recognize the device at that point. If I press the button again, it continues to say “Power off” every time. The only way to make Windows recognize the headset again is to disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable. Before updating the firmware on Synapse, the battery status was always stuck at 41% and never changed (from the moment the problem first appeared). Seems the same issue karfakias had on  

Dear Razer,My Viper V3 Pro Esports Edition stutters out of nowhere. I have tried everything to fix the problem. I have removed all software regarding the mouse as well as my Razer keyboard. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse app. I have already used other USB ports to resolve this. In Windows, I adjusted the power to top performance. I also reinstalled the Gigabyte software. I wanted to ask if there are other ways to resolve this? Is there a way to clear the cache? Or are there other possible solutions to fix this?I have been using your products for quite some time and am still very pleased with them; I wouldn't want anything else. I hope you can help me with this, or perhaps provide a diverse update to resolve this.Kind regards, 

Hello everyone, after switching to Synapse 4 the application takes a very long time to load after logging into the system — about 1 to 1.5 minutes, which is extremely long for my setup. Also, after a reboot there is no default device lighting: neither the mouse nor the keyboard lights up at all. In Synapse 3, after reboot everything would light up with the default colors, but now nothing lights up whatsoever, which is very inconvenient for me. For example, if I need to work in UEFI mode, I have to do it with the lighting turned off. Or when I boot into Linux, there is no lighting at all either. So I have to completely close Synapse before rebooting in order to enter UEFI or Linux with lighting enabled.But the most inconvenient issue for me is the very long loading time of the application after logging into the system.WIndows 11 25h2 26200.8039i7-13700kNVMe 980 pro3080ti 

Hi, I recently lost the USB dongle for my Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless mouse during a move, and I’m trying to figure out what my options are. I have the version with the charging dock, but unfortunately the dongle is missing. I was wondering if there’s any way to get a replacement dongle, or if it’s possible to pair the mouse with a new one? I would really appreciate any help or guidance, since this is my favorite mouse and I’d love to keep using it.Thanks in advance!

Hello.My headset still works, but I can no longer connect wirelessly. My usb-c dongle seems to be not working anymore. Is there a way I could purchase a new one? I have only had this headset for 3.5 years and I would like to keep using it wirelessly. Thank you, Mateja

I registered to obtain an activation code using the serial number on the box. However, the section where the activation code should appear was displayed only as a black screen. I was informed that a copy of the activation code had been sent to my email address, but I did not receive it. The only information I received via email was the 15-digit serial number printed on the box.

So, I have bought a few weeks ago a new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro and now I have started using them. I have an audio delay so I tried to solve it and installed Razer Synapse. Razer Synapse doesn’t detect my bluetooth connected Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, even though I can play the music or games through them. I tried the firmware app to get the drivers but in the package there were no USB dongle for it. How can I solve the audio delay?

I’m getting phantom left clicks/input spam with my Basilisk V3 Pro 35k. Games tested:Arc Raiders Battlefield 6 Black Ops 7 Razer peripherals:Basilisk Pro V3 35k (Firmware Version: 2.51.0.0) Mouse Dock Pro (Firmware Version: 2.1.0.0)  Any ideas what could be causing this? Thank you in advance.

Razor Raptor 27” QHD 165 Hz stopped showing up in Synapse after the 4.0 update. It was showing in the beta before official rollout. It isn’t detected via the included USB-C cable connected to my desktop, but my Kiyo that is connected to the monitor via the included USB-A port does show up in my devices list. I can no longer update the firmware or change Chroma settings for the monitor.

I received new headphones and tried to register them on Razer ID. After filling out all the fields, I received a response saying the headphones were already registered. If I didn't do this, please contact support. Help me register the Razer Blackshark 2v X on Razer ID.

Hi, so my razer viper v3 hyperspeed that I've had since 2024 July has a broken battery cover and a bent spring and I don't know how to fix it or where to fix it since I live in the united Arab Emirates and there are no razer stores/ service centers there so I need help and thank you if you read this.

For some reason, the mouse works with a wire, but without a wire, it just disappears every second and the computer doesn't pick it up, even though it worked fine before (the drivers are all new, and I don't know what the problem is). Please help me if you've encountered a similar issue.

I see several posts but no answers and they are all locked from comments so I wanted to ask again - the existing posts are not for V4 (most are V2). This is the full (pro?) keyboaard, not the 75% one. I think the media keys worked before I installed Synapse (meaning default windows software/drivers) -  not that I did more than play/pause and adjust volume for test files on the NAS. Anyway, I installed the software and the media keys are -as if they don’t exist-. I find them necessary when a  phone call comes in, going to the taskbar to load a playing media app to pause is more than a pain, it’s several rings - or I have the music playing while I pick up the phone, until I can pause “the long way”.Come on, guys, i have used keyboards since about 2000 that had media keys, although volumne didn’t appear until I think 2010 or just a little later. I recently bought the the Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed for Xbox, in particular series X. I bought it specifically to use with Arc Raiders.  I can hear game sound just fine, I can hear other players but they cant seem to hear me at all.  Icons appear when I am speaking but still no body can hear me.  This is the case for party chat as well as proximity chat.This seems to be an known issue among players, has there been any solution presented?  I love the headset and rather not return it.Iv tried:-Other heads sets seem to work just fine.-Updated firmware to the headset-Restarted all hardware and software involved-Disconnected and re-paired the headset to xbox.-Saw an obscure suggestion to reset the MAC address to the xbox, didn't work. Thanks for any help!

My current one got damaged and is now bent and lose. I would also like to know if the new dongle would be able to pair with my headset? Thank you!

I’ve had my DeathStalker V2 Pro TKL for about 2 years, and today the Bluetooth completely stopped working after I wake my desktop up from the sleep mode.It won’t reconnect to my previously paired PC anymore. I tried re-pairing (long-pressing the side button), but only the number key blinks. When it showing “Paired” on the PC the blinking never stops, and the keyboard only works for about 1–2 minutes then shutting off automatically.Even when it shows as paired in Windows 11, it disconnects after a short time or when switching modes, then powers off.The firmware has been on v1.7 for a long time, Works fine in wired mode, and 2.4GHz USB dongle stopped working about a year agoI’ve tested Bluetooth on multiple devices (iPhone, Android, Mac, and 2 different Win PCs), and it’s the same issue everywhere. I also update all the setting in Win’s bluetooth control panel, and no magic appears.Anyone run into this before or know a fix? Seems like all wireless modes are basically dead at this point.

Does anyone know if Razer fixed the issue that Synapse was causing with Windows Spotlight not working? I opened a support ticket and they were very assertive that it was Windows and not Synapse. I explained to Razer that it was working fine on my HP laptop that did not have Synapse installed but was not working on my Razer Blade 15 that had Synapse installed.After several back and forth with Razer and no solution I just wanted to check before i either got rid of my Razer Blade and stick with my HP or give it a try and hope they fixed it?
