Hello, I have BARRACUDA X headphones, and I have the following problem: the microphone doesn't work. For example, Discord says "Discord cannot detect your microphone's signal." I updated the drivers and everything was fine. A week passed and the problem returned. I tried updating the drivers, but the application says that I have the latest version of the drivers and no updates are required.Sorry, I can only provide a screenshot in Russian. 

Hello. I’m looking to buy a laptop that I can use with mobile data, when wi-fi isn’t available. I want to upgrade from my trash VGKE C15 and get something faster and better. I’m wondering if the RB18 is good to use on mobile data, maybe from an SIM, Micro SIM, eSIM, or whatever other kind of thing I can put data on it with. 

I had an issue where the Synapse 4.0 app would keep crashing over and over. I tried everything, clean install, delete everything, uninstall all driver and nothing worked, I could not find a solution. So I created a new Razer ID and signed in with that and now everything is working fine. All my warranties and the THX Spatial purchase I made are tied to my old ID so deleting the account to flush the old cloud synced profiles is not an option, is there  any way you can flush out the cloud synced data from my account? I do not mind resetting up my profile data

So I recently bought Razer blackshark v2 X, aaaand it cant get registered on me, says someone already used the code, thought the serial number and stuff are there, how can I register it on my self? Like I have it, physically, and theres S/N under ear cover like seems legit.

Registered and got a promo code for 1000 silver and up to 30 euro of my order but the code just gives me an error. Want to buy the new ps5 controller. After a few hours I got another email with another code but that didn’t work either… 

Every time I log into OBS and also try to use my stream controller at the same time certain features like volume or music control or my OBS tend to leg. the stream controller will lag or freeze and then disconnect Is there any solution to fix this

After i update my windows, audio mixer suddenly not working. it shows “Unable to load Audio Drivers. Restarting the Audio Service will interrupt audio while initializing.” i have tried reinstalling Synapse, get all my drivers updated.Is there any way to solve this?

My 2021 Razer Blade 14 will sometimes not wake from sleep. The green power indication light will be in a breathing mode and the keyboard will illuminate, but no display output will be shown (to the laptop’s internal screen or an external monitor) Is there any way to fix this, as power cycling the laptop is inconvenient.

Placed my order on the 14th (now the 30th) and it’s been over two weeks with no code. Seen a lot of other people posting about it but no actual solutions/resolutions mentioned. I have email confirmations of order and shipping, and I received my order, but checking the status of it results in an error. I also noticed that the initial order request showed the skin but the shipping did not (which I guess is understandable if I'm to receive it digitally later).Can provide order number as needed. 

So when i dont use my mouse for a longer time and come back and swipe it on my mouspad in the moment i lift the mouse it disconnects and when i put it back on the desk it connect again after 0.5 seconds and after few minutes the problem stops but it still is a hassle. i tried changing the batteries multiple times but it didnt solve the problem. when i lift it and it disconnects and i put finger on the laser its connects so i assume its has to do something with the laser.

I purchased a wolverine V3 pro on Amazon that says it comes with a battlefield skin code. I received a controller but have not received a code, how do I get that?

Hi, today i booted the pc and my mouse wouldn’t work. I plugged it in via the dongle and it’s working again but it seems to not be working over USB. I have tried different USB ports and rebooting the mouse but nothing seems to be working. I don’t think it’s charging, so my guess is that it is the USB-C port within the mouse as the dongle still works fine. The mouse has been working great with no connectivity problems at all. The mouse is one month out of warranty :( So i thought i’d ask for tips/help here.I rarely used it wirelessly, so it’s not likely that the port has been worn out from over use. This to me was a very expensive mouse and only lasting two years and one month, i think it’ll be my last expensive/Razer mouse that i purchase from now on.  Is there any way to open up the mouse to check/inspect the port? Would Razer repair the mouse for a fee? If so, any idea how much that would be? (UK) Anyhow, Thanks for any help you’re able to give.  

I bought one of the firefly v2 pro mousepads on 10/15 and I'm wondering when my code will be emailed to me. It was delivered weeks ago at this point and my order just says "delivery in progress" 

How can i change my mobile number? I have no longer access to my registered number and it’s not active anymore

I dont get this. Do I speak with users or actually with employes of razer? 

Hi there, I have a Deathadder V2 Pro and Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL. The dongle of the latter doesn't work anymore. When I plug it: it's connected, then disconnected, connected, disconnected and so forth. I already used other USB-ports, but the same thing happens repeatedly. I can use the DA dongle for both mouse and keyboard, but I can't update the firmware of the DS without the original dongle working properly. Can you please help me with this issue.

Hello,I received my new Blade 18 with the 5090 today. After completing all Windows and firmware updates from Razer, I tried to use my LG monitor through the HDMI port, but it’s not working properly. Specifically, I get a black screen on both the laptop and the external monitor, followed by an automatic reboot that keeps looping.I’ve made sure the GPU drivers are up to date from both NVIDIA and Intel. With the “dedicated GPU only” option enabled in the BIOS, I can get the external monitor to work, but only at 60 frames per second. If I change the refresh rate to anything other than 60, the monitor goes black until I revert it back to 60.Is there a fix for this issue? Thank you.

Hi! During the update dongle became USB IAP. Update doesn't finish. In USB dongle doesn't work. Also after this right headphone also doesn't play any sound, but all gesture work.

Hi, I own a 2022 Blade 14 and literally yesterday I got the new USB4 docking station.It is not working! I plugged 3 USB-A (mouse, keyboard and headset), ethernet cable and DP 1.4 cable.It does not recognize the ethernet port nor the Display Port 1.4 Any suggestions? 

Randomly my headset has stopped charging, I’ve gotten multiple different charging cable, multiple different usb ports but it just doesn’t charge, sometimes the charging light flashed red quickly but that only happens every minute or so. Rarely I can make the cable fit just right which makes it charge to like 10-20% and I can use it for an hour or two before going back. its bought under Swedish laws, so I have 3 year of warranty if I can prove this is an known issue etc. which to me it seems like considering the amount of threads regarding this topic. I just need some assistance/ a statement for the dealership.

Hello! I have been using Razer Synapse 2 for the past couple of years. I got my Razer Deathstalker and Razer Naga Hex a while ago. These have been working perfectly, with the synapse working perfectly as well. Earlier today both of these things were working, and the synapse that I have was opening perfectly. After I turned my computer off and turned it back on a couple of hours later, my mouse is still working fine but my keyboard stopped glowing the usual green. I attempted to use Razer Synapse 2 to fix this issue, but now that wont even open. I tried reinstalling it but now it wont even instal onto my computer, saying the installation will not go through and to contact the manufacturer. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions to this. The keyboard works but I am missing the green glow was usual. Thank you for your time.
