I received this keyboard as a Christmas gift, and it worked great until recently. Now, some of the keys aren't registering properly. It started with just the ‘W’ key, but now the ‘Q,’ ‘X,’ and Backspace keys are also acting up. They’re either lagging or failing to register at all.

i just got the mercury hammerheads and i have tried to pair them and they wont pair dont even go into paring mode when lids is open.

Dear Razer support team, My Razer blade bought ~2 years ago has randomly gotten a black screen while playing a video-game. The internal monitor is not recognized, while an external monitor works fine.I have followed the steps in multiple other threads to try and fix this without success. (Razer synapse, rolling back Nvidia drivers and installing razer drivers, opening and visually checking the display connectors. Checking the BIOS) Can I get further support from razer on this issue? This seems like a factory issue seeing the number of complaints from customers regarding the black screen of death. I think this is unnaceptable for such an expensive gaming laptop. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I was using my Razer BlackShark v2 HyperSpeed headset this morning and suddenly it stopped working via the wireless mode. The power button only works as play/pause when I use the cable, but it never powers the headset on.Here is what I have already tried: Hard reset (holding the power button 10–18 sec while connected with USB-C). Firmware update through Synapse following the official Razer instructions. The issue persists. Additional details: After performing a hard reset, when I release the button the headset says “Power off.” Windows does not recognize the device at that point. If I press the button again, it continues to say “Power off” every time. The only way to make Windows recognize the headset again is to disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable. My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2

I recently bought the razen seiren mini but at the moment of registration it says “this product is already registered”, can i get some help with this?

Generally the Leviathan V2 will encounter this detection problem if there is an interruption in power delivery when it’s powered on, I tested this to be true by unplugging it from the wall while its turned on and connected to my pc.Make sure that your plugging the leviathan directly to the wall and not in an extension cable to help avoid this issue from happening randomly.But if it occurs, I found one replicable way to fix the the issue:Press + and - volume buttons and  the power button together until it powers off to perform a hard reset. Unplug all cables (Typically; Power, USB C and Subwoofer) Hold the power button briefly to drain power (you may see a slight power flash in the RGB) Plug only the power back in, turn it on and test the source switch button (furthest left button), if it freely switches from green to blue then your good to go. I’ve been using this setup for about 6 months and had no real issues once I was able to properly sync and setup the devices for the first time.However since about a week or 2-3 ago I’ve been experiencing an issue where the hyperflux mat suddenly disconnects.The LED light that indicates it’s charging the mouse, turns off, and my mouse starts stuttering/lagging really badly. So it’s not sending the signals properly anymore or something. After a bit (between 10-20 mins) the lagging issue improves and a while later the mat just reconnects itself it seems..Unplugging and replugging the usb cable to my motherboard doesn’t do anything to fix this issue. Also have tried to switch usb ports to usb-c but nothing seems to help.Can someone help me on this? For such expensive peripherals i am a fairly disappointed in them..Note; it always happens after I’ve been playing games for a bit and my gfx card/pc is running warm. Hello, I have a brand new Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed. Wired and Bluetooth work but the Hyperspeed Dongle that was included does not seem to power on. I have it plugged directly into the computer (no hub). When I connect the dongle, there is a faint green light for one second and then nothing. My computer does recognize it but the Synapse software does not. I’ve tried different ports, different computers, and there’s no change. Edit: It works now but I’m not sure what exactly did it.

Hello there,I have started to notice more and more that some of my keys on my keyboard are sometimes unresponsive or having input delay. For example when I was typing this text I had to press my “s” key many times(4-6times) until it got recognized. I having this issue with several keys like : S,R,M,N and Spacebar. I have tried to switch the USB ports, hard reset, reinstall drivers and also completely uninstall Razer Synapse. Nothing seems to work. I have got my keyboard one month ago. And I started doing this starting this month, with R being the first key starting to be unresponsive and other keys followed afterwards. If there is someone who knows some tips to try to fix this issue, I would be very grateful. I have my keyboard under warranty so in the worst case I can (hopefully) get new one. 

so i was looking at the viper v3 and it looks like a good mouse but a BIG question that decides if i get one or not is the debounce time, i need a mouse that can use a very small debounce time (example: if the viper v2 had a min debounce of 1 ms and a maximum of anything 5+ ms it would be perfect). currently i have a glorious model 0-, which u can turn the debounce time down to 4, while 4 is alright, lower is better for my purposes and i thought razer might have something as i havent been disappointed with any razer products yet

As the title says, I installed about an hour ago synapse 4 and it removed THX and surround sound 7.1. I had it working since I bought my laptop in 2024. It came as a promo for buying the laptop. Now it says I have to put an activation code for each. What? What a ripoff. And no there is no email with activation codes on my spam folder.Will going back to synapse 3 fix it? I want both back on my system without having to pay.

Hi Team,I'm looking to upgrade my current Razer Blade 17 (2020) to the Razer Blade 18 with an RTX 4080, but I can't seem to find a retailer that ships to the UAE. Previously, I purchased my Razer in the UK, but I won’t be traveling there anytime soon.The retailers here only seem to stock the Blade 16, not the 18. The Controller does not Work Properly under Synapse 4/BetaIf I use Synapse 3 everything is fine as soon as I go to 4 or Beta „Chroma Addressable RGB Controller“ stops working correctly.I can force „Chroma Addressable RGB Controller“ to work on Synapse 4/Beta by toggle „Chroma APPS“ off and on, but this works only for static Colors and when the Color changes i have to Repeat the Toggle... 

My   Razer 17 is giving a Boot Load Error and had to disable the  Secure Boot Load. Not able to start in Secure Boot Load enabled anymore. There isn’t even any option to clear or reset the keys. Appreciate any help or advice ThanksKuki
