I recently bought myself a Razer Viper V3 Hyperspeed wireless mouse, and I noticed that when inputting a battery, the battery life through Razer Synapse reads 50% battery remaining. The batteries are brand new and are not used, and I dont understand why.

So I bought Blackshark V2 X from a local marketplace. The headphones came in what seems to be a legit package/box, pretty much it’s just a legit thing. But I got a catch with registering them, because it seems that they are already registered.
So, I am just now having this issue, but whenever I plug in my mouse it will say its charging but will not go up in battery whatsoever. I’ve tried tutorials, and tips and nothing seems to help. If there is any way that this problem can be fixed, please let me know!
I purchased my Razer DeathAdder v3 Pro from Razer’s website less than a year ago, and the scroll wheel has stopped working properly. It scrolls in the opposite direction, slowly in the right direction, or not at all. This seems to be a common issue with this particular mouse. I’m trying to submit a warranty claim to get a replacement on Razer’s website. Despite entering my device’s serial number properly, and Razer stating that the “Product is covered under Razer’s Limited Warranty. Click "Submit" to continue,” I can’t actually click “Submit.” The button does nothing. This also seems to be a common issue. How can I submit a warranty claim to get a replacement mouse sent to me?
I noticed recently that the back panel of my Blade 14 had a noticeable bulge, then discovered that the battery was at fault. How can I go about getting my hands on a replacement for it?

I’ve been a huge Razer fan for years, spending over HKD 100,000 in just the past two months. But my visit to the Razer store on Feb 25 was honestly shocking. A staff member (not Cody—he’s always great) was impatient, rude, and made me feel like I was bothering him just by asking questions. When I tried to buy a HKD 1 shopping bag, he insisted on cash, refused electronic payment, and even told me to “go study the law” when I asked why. Then, when I only had a HKD 10 bill, he sarcastically said, “I’ll pay for it for you.” This isn’t the service loyal customers expect or deserve. Really hope Razer looks into this.
Hey guys.My Tartarus sometimes resets its keybindings while gaming. Then I go into synapse, click on the Tartarus V2 where I can see, that my keybindings are still there and selected. The Tartarus V2 just dont use them. Only thing what helps: unplug and replug. I have it connected to a powered usb hub.
Hi, I just got the hyperflux v2 and the basilisk v3 pro and I can’t get the mouse to pair with the mat.puck is installed. only way to get the mouse to work is by plugging in the dongle or cable. Led on the mat hasn’t turned on once either. I get the notification sound when plugging it in and it shows in synapse. but they aren’t working with each other.The setup steps seem a bit odd as well, says to make sure it isn’t plugged in via usb and the dongle is unplugged which then i have no mouse to click the scan button??
I recently purchased a Tartarus v2, downloaded the Razer Synapse program to customize my keybinds. When I open the software it seems to work fine, it sees the device, I can go in and edit the device settings, buy when I go to change the keybinds it does not push then to the Tartarus. I have tried resetting profiles switching back and forth but nothing will get the Tartarus to change the keys from the default ones even when synapse shows them as something else.
I am having issues with my Razer Naga V2 Pro because when using the USB dongle it constantly connects and disconnects from Synapse, causing erratic behavior. Additionally, in Bluetooth mode it does not enter pairing mode when pressing the three buttons mentioned in the manual.I have tried the following: closing Razer Synapse, uninstalling it, restarting my computer, verifying that the mouse has the latest firmware, and testing it on another computer using the USB dongle, where the same issue occurs. The only way it works reliably is when connected via the USB cable.Please help me, as this mouse was purchased only three months ago.

I've never had a problem with my Cobra Pro since I bought it in 2023.But last week, it simply stopped working out of nowhere. I did what most similar threads said: I put the mouse in bootloader mode, updated the firmware, and waited for it to charge (I thought it was a low battery). After some trouble, it started working again that same day.Now today the problem has returned. I followed the same steps, but this time it's not working: the mouse disconnects from Windows when it reaches 99% of the firmware update.Yes, I've already tried other USB ports, different cables, and even another PC without Synapse. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?
my wolverine v2 keeps multi pressing the bumpers. i press it once and it instantly multi presses, which is insanely annoying while racing in manual. is there a way to stop this? it does it on xbox and pc. even an app that lets me add a delay between presses would be great
My 3 year old Razer Viper Ultimate has suddenly given up so hoping to get some advice on a fix… The RGB razer light on the top is completely dead but underneath I can see the green light flashing and that the sensor is on. I’ve already tried different USB ports as well as wired connection, resetting the mouse with the left/right/middle hold. Also left it on charge overnight but still nothing… Any idea what’s going on? RIP?

I have secure boot violation on start up on my RB 15. I can only proceed by disabling secure boot in BIOS settings. I have updated to the latest firmware (00459) and also the BIOS updater but no success. Any help would be appreciated?

My Basilisk v3 Pro falls asleep in a minute of downtime or so. Although it is set to 15 minutes in Synapse 3. It takes too long to wake it up. I might read something with the mouse in my hand not moving it for a minute, it falls asleep and it takes some time to wake it up. Turning off Synapse eliminates this issue. I tried Synapse beta - same issue. This is so much annoying. I need support help. It is definitely Synapse bug.
