I have Deathadder v3 pro. When i was moving to another house, my dongle got broken and i can not find any dongle on websites or some shops. How can i fix this with cheapest way.

I’ve bought these thinking it would be nice to own a pair of gaming earbuds for mobile. but it seems that i can’t get them to connect to the razer audio app or to just bluetooth any suggestions would be helpful, I tried every possible way to get them to connect following the troubleshoot guide in the manual or on the support page but they don’t seems to help. problems i’m facing is the case is fully charge but plays no sound for pair mode when i open lid to the case and can’t find it under my list for discoverable devices.

Hi,I got this headset as a gift and its bought in another country.Its the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed WIRELESS*, just to mention that and I have to use it wired on my pc??The dongle isn’t showing any light, charging, plugged in, whatever I try no light except for one second when I plug it in and the light is barely showing.Also when I turn on my headset it lights green for 1 or 2 seconds then starts blinking blue for a few seconds then says pairing.Any fixes or something?
Hello, my headphones are Razer Kraken X Lite - Essential Wired Gaming Headphones - NASA Packaging I registered them on Razer ID, but I did not receive the activation code for 7.1 surround sound in my email, and it does not come with the code.
I bought a Razor Viper V3 mouse and it has a problem. At random moments, the mouse stops working for 1-5 seconds or there are micro lags. Also, when it starts working again, the light responsible for DPI starts flashing (it flashes the color that I have set for DPI). I tried updating the mouse drivers through Razor Synapse 4 but that didn't help. If you can help me with this problem, I would be very grateful to you))
Hello. I have a Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse and I haven't been able to use it with the donglee for a while. If I plug the dongle into the pc or any laptop, it connects up and down all the time. It goes up and down, up and down every second. Can it be repaired somehow, or does it ask for a new one? Thank you in advance for the answers

However, when I attempt to purchase THX Spatial Audio, the price displayed is $20.00 USD, not the advertised $9.99.Could you please guide me on how to claim the promotional price? I'm quite frustrated, as it feels like I'm unable to redeem an advertised offer.
With a recent patch to my synapse 2.0. I was presented with an announcement on the impending shutdown of synapse 2.0 cloud services and read that it was advised to save any current profiles. I understand with the shutdown of cloud services , you will not be able to transport your keyboard to a new location and log in to synapse and have your profiles.My question is , will one still be able to build profiles for the keyboard locally? Will my Anansi allow me to still map buttons with synapse 2.0, but only at the local level. Nothing is saving to cloud. I have for years , I have used this keyboard since 2008, loved my Anansi. There is no other keyboard with the thumb buttons. I use these in almost all my games. Razer I beg you , make a newer Anansi or please legacy it into synapse 3.0. I currently run 2.0 and 3.0. I have had to replace my Naga mouse over 6x in 18 years. My Anansi has worked on 4 differnt towers over the years. I would have stopped PC gaming if not for this keyboar
Is Razer going to release an update for this model’s Thunderbolt 4 port to allow for better support of Thunderbolt 5? Recently bought a new CalDigit TS5 Plus and while it is recognized by the laptop, it will not display anything via the docks DisplayPort. I see that later models of the laptop had updates to their Thunderbolt drivers, but there doesn’t seem to be any updates for the 2021 version.

I’ve had my Razer Kraken Nari Ultimate for 5 years, never with fault. Until maybe 1 week ago i checked settings to see why i couldn't hear anything, and it said my dongle wasn't showing up, basically saying my headset didn't exist in my computer. But my headset does turn on, and charges. So my troubleshooting came out to a few conclusions. 1. My dongle is broken 2. My headset somehow unpaired and i have to repair it. But when I tried to repair it my dongle showed up, but now its asking for my original cord, and i assumed it was preferred, but my other Micro USB-C cables aren't working, and if you have used the repairing software, you know the process asks you to 1. plug the dongle in, which then only if it connects, you can go to the next step. and it did, but it asks for my original cables, from 5 years ago, and nothing else is working. Anyone have advice, on cables, or if I'm not really unpaired I'm just experiencing some other problem. I really don’t want to buy a new headset, its a
Hello, today all of a sudden as I turned on my PC, my dongle for the headset stopped working. In device manager it says Unknown USB Device (Device descriptor request failed). I have already tried to reinstall the drivers, update windows, plug off power supply for half an hour, use a different USB slot, change the USB cable but nothing is working. Dongle worked just fine a couple hours ago. Any more tips?

I downloaded the Razer audio app on my phone. Both buds are visible within the app, but they won't connect to my Bluetooth. There's no audio cue to let me know they are in pairing mode, and they were working just fine the other day. I've closed/opened the charger case, which is showing a green color, tapped the controls, held them down, and all it tells me is that it is on. Please send help, they are my favorite ones. 🥺

Buena noche, Necesito ayuda, tengo mis audífonos razer hammerhead pro, hace 3 dias estaba funcionando sin ningún inconveniente, se guardo en la caja de carga y cuando lo quise usar nuevamente no me encendio el auricular izquierdo, limpie los audífonos con isopos cuidadosamente, pero desde entonces no me carga y no da señal, ya deje cargando solo ese para ver si tomaba carga pero igual no cargaba y no da señal de vida. Necesito ayuda por favor, para mi son una belleza de auricular, Saludos.
I have a razer 18, top of the range 2025 model that has a sound issue. After about 10 mins of use the sound becomes distorted and unusable. Tried resetting drivers but not getting anywhere. So decided it must be faulty, however, now I can’t return it even though less than 14 days Any ideas what is next step?It says I can return so I am well within my timescale
