So i’ve had this Naga Pro for 2 days. Yesterday it worked perfectly. Today i turned on my computer and the scroll wheel wasnt working. After 30 minutes reading forums it magically started working again, but my happiness was short lived. After 2-3 minutes it shut off again. I noticed that whenever it stops working, if you scroll the wheel you dont feel the bumps you normally feel when its working. And now im stuck in this cycle of “oh i can feel the bumps! its working!” -waits 2 minutes- “Oh sh*t it stopped again.” Is there something im accidentally clicking thats enabling and disabling the scroll wheel? Is this something that i can get a replacement mouse over? Please help, i was so excited about my new mouse ;-;

Hello, I bought a headset with model BLACKSHARK V2 X and there was no activation card in the box. Please help me solve this issue. When trying to activate, it says that the device is activated. 

My parcel is on hold in dhl , when I call them they tell me to conntact sender.

So the other day my right headphone audio just stopped working. I started fiddling around with the jack and I figured out if I hold it at a very specific angle it starts working but it's impossible to hold at that while playing. I've tried to hook it up to my PC and PS5 and both have the same problem so it's a problem with the headphones and I don't know how to fix it. Edit: The angle that I needed to hold it at got bigger somehow so I just put it under my PS5 as with the setup I have it's workable. 

I have a razr iskur gaming chair model #0277. The height adjustment and tilt are both broke, so i would need that entire mechanism. How can I order this? I’m not within the warranty period but am willing to buy it. Thanks

I'm having battery issue with my Hammerhead 2nd Gen has anyone experienced this? It drains super fast from 100-0% in just 20mins or so. Has anyone have any solutions for this?

I am so frustraaated - my Razer Pro Typpee randdomly multipliees letters as you can see here. it’s not key specific and can happeen on any keey. I’vee done every troubleshooting step on heere aand elsewheere online, insntalled Synaapse and uninstalled. I’m at a loss. It does this on all PCs aand using 2.4 or BT. Theree is no way to geet it to stop. I’ve ddone a full clean (iit was never dirty) and still nothing. Pleaasee help; this is tooo nicee aa keyboard otherwise to justt throw aawaay. Thanks

like the title just said, I just topped up razer golds and cant seem to use them since they are just stuck. The otp sms isnt working on any feature from updating my account to getting a sms otp code for a transaction just WONT work no matter what. Can someone help me ASAP i cant let this razer gold go to waste.

I have a Viper V2 Pro and I lost my mouse dongle for trips, I would like to buy a answer but I can't find it anywhere I'm from Mexico and from what I see Razer doesn't sell and sends to Mexico, Could someone tell me what solutions or how they have fixed this type of situation

I’m trying to buy the THX Spatial app from Mexico, and it doesn’t allow it.The process ends when it asks me for a billing address in the US, despite I own several Razer registered products and the billing address in my ID (carlos-teran) is from Mexico.Any help would be great.

Just got my controller yesterday. when i start the razer controller setup for xbox (PC) There seems to be no firmware update. current firmware version is 1.0.13.0. i also cannot figure it out how do a firmware  update manually. i reinstalled the razer controller app. i deleted and reinstalled the drivers also, but still no prompt for a firmware update.  plz help

Hello,As long as I had this headset (kraken kitty V2), I've been having problems with the surround program. When starting my laptop, the program opens at least 5 times and it's really annoying. It makes no sense and I can't get it to NOT start when starting up my laptop. It's turned off in every start-up option available on my pc and even deleting and re-installing the program does absolutely nothing. Please I need help.Thank you in advance.

When i start my computer both of my keyboards razer cynosa v2 and huntsman mini won’t turn on in the selected colour and effect. when i open the razer synapse app there’s just a spinny circle as we all know from loading thingysthe same circle is over the mopuse icon of my razer deathadder essential. How can I fix it and what do i have to do to get my old lightning back?

So I have a Razer Katana PSU 850W and don't know how to plug in the RGB link properly. It's 4 pin on one side and the other side is split into a 3 pin and 4 pin. It currently is plugged in with the 4 pin into the PSU and the other 4 pin to the motherboard while the 3 pin isn’t plugged in. However the Katana PSU doesn’t show up on Synapse 3. What am I doing wrong?
