Dear RazerI am a YT and twitch streamer, not much famous yet but is it possible for me to put razer banner/logo on the stream while gaming basically like a sponsor but in return i am not asking to get paid/get any products i am just doing this because it will motivate me to grow more , i like razer products as i have been using them for my gaming/stream. So i just wanted to ask for permission if is it okay to put a razer banner on stream.Best regards

Hey i have the Blackshark v2 pro for a bit over a month now and i still have this weird issue where if i start a youtube video or a show on netflix the audio is gone for 1-2 seconds the same with discord i dont get any notification sounds cause the sound is muted for whatever reason if i get multiple messages it works but if i get only 1 i dont hear any sound i hope someone can help me here

Hello,Since the end of March, the sound from my Kraken V3 HyperSense has been of terrible quality. I have now spent 4 days trying to fix this issue, which seems related to Razer Synapse. Here is a summary of the actions I have taken:Completely uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 and manually deleted all Razer and THX folders, as well as cloud profiles. Attempted to install Synapse 3, but it does not work without an internet connection; only Synapse 4 is offered. Checked and updated Windows, NVIDIA, and Realtek audio drivers, without improvement. Exhaustively adjusted all audio settings available in Windows and Synapse, with no results. Performed a complete Windows reinstall to start with a clean setup. Advanced cleanup and reset of audio settings.Despite all these efforts, the problem persists, and the audio quality remains very poor. I am contacting you to find out how to restore the headset’s normal sound quality, as it was before.Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi everyone, my mouse broke when my brother angrily threw it. I took it to a repairman I know, and he said the sensor pins were broken. He soldered two of the broken pins, and the mouse worked after that. However, it doesn't work wirelessly. Actually, a white light blinks, and it works wirelessly for 5-7 seconds before completely turning off. I have to turn it back on wired. Has anyone experienced this problem? I need someone to help.

Hello everyone !I bought a naga V2 hyperspeed mouse and I'd like to rebind my keys on the side panel. Except that the software considers that I'm using a qwerty keyboard and there's no setting where I can change it to azerty. And yet, my Windows keyboard settings indicate that I'm using an azerty keyboard, not a qwerty one.Thanks for your help !

Nightmare trying to figure out why my Deathstalker V2 Pro keeps disconnecting when I least need it to. Same issue with my mouse, DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed. As someone pointed out, I am quite disappointed having paid a premium for these and yet recently faced all of these issues right around when the Synapse update was being imposed on everyone. Yet my Logitech is effortless and never disconnects. Is there any recall for the V2 line? Thanks 

I’m using the THX audio option with synapse 4, most audio sounds fine but voices sound almost robotic, this is only when I have THX enabled. I’ve spent days looking up solutions to this issue but haven’t found anything that I didn’t try already. I have Game audio channel for default playback and Chat audio channel as default communications. I’ve tried to do a clean re-install of razer synapse. I have enable audio enhancements enabled in windows 11 sound property, THX won’t work if I turn it off.  On my old Nari Essential THX sounded great and voices sounded fine. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m kind of pissed off about how bad it sounds.

My Raiju V3 Pro Controller is not turning on or recognize in Synapse 4. Not sure what to do… I use this controller on my PC. I tried resetting it, however, the synapse does not see it on. Tried changing different wires or even locate a pinhole to reset it but can’t find it. Please help. I love this controller and hoping I can get some help to make it work again.

I bought a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 edition like a week ago and used it for 3 hours max. I have a problem with the connection. It keeps disconnecting after sime time and connect again. I already updatet the firmware, reinstalled synapse and reinstalled the headset drivers. I also closed every program for my other devices but it keeps happening and it’s hard to play games with this thing. I red across several Reddit posts and threads on this Website but no fix could help me with this issue. So please if anyone can help me with this problem than i don’t have to send this thing back.

After performing all the typical  and advanced troubleshooting procedures to try to get my Razer Kiyo Pro camera to consistently work without freezing during Zoom or Teams video meetings, I finally got my camera to have stability. I ended up removing (uninstalling) the Razer software and uninstalled the Razer camera driver in the Device Manager )allowing Windows to detect the camera and load the driver on its own when it reboots) and then I rebooted my Windows PC. I did this about two months ago and have not had the freezing problem since.   I also fixed my friends Razer camera the same way and he also haven’t had the freezing issue any longer. To verify this fix, I re-installed the Razer software and like clockwork, the camera instantly began freezing in Zoom and Teams. I again removed the software and the driver — rebooted the PC, and  like magic, my Razer camera is stable again. Would like to know if it is truly possible to run the blackshark V3 (Standard/playstation) in wired mode. The online user manual as well as every AI says yes, but I think its getting confused with the V3 pros and V3x's  Did I get a broken set? Mine refuse to connect strait wired on or off 

The mouse is working (all buttons) but the cursor is not working. The mouse is only 6 months old. This is my second Razer mouse that has issues (is for sure my last).What is going on. I tried to reinstall the driver, changed the battery, nothing. Looks like the laser is dead. Really disappointed by Razer products. I’ll go with logitech that I use on my tower and they work without any issue for 5 years now. 

I used my Viper V3 Pro early this morning, and I put my PC to sleep, since I never shut it down.When I woke up to start working, the mouse wasn't working. Both the dongle and the mouse seem to be dead. I connected the mouse directly to the PC with the cable, but nothing. I would appreciate any help or a replacement. Thank you.

I got this Razer Viper Mini mouse and it works very well except for the wheel button. At the beginning it started to register double clicks, but now I need to press it extremely hard to make it work. I really like this mouse and I would like to know if there is a solution for this problem.Thank you

I only just got this mouse and it charges slowly 3% every 10 minutes and whenever I hold the power/dpi button to turn it off I cant, I’m not sure if you just can’t turn it off if you’re charging it but if you can’t that’s fine I guess but i still don’t understand why it’s charging so slow. 

Hello,I have a problem with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro Xbox/PC due to some hardware problems. Below is a full summary of the issue and the troubleshooting steps I have already completed:The headset powers on normally and you can hear the voice saying power on. But the device does not say connect or respond. It does automatically powers off after a short while when I am trying to get it to connect. It is not detected via PC Blootooth It does not connect to my PC via USB‑C or through the included 2.4GHz wireless dongle. On PC, the dongle is detected, but the headset will not pair with it. The Razer Audio/Controller software does not recognize the device. I have tested several USB ports and different cables, including the original one. The headset receives power but is not detected by the system and provides no input or audio functionality. I have had if from Oct/25 and it started to have intermitant connection problems that an on off on again reset seemed to solve, but now its just not w
