When trying to update audio drivers, I have my usb dongle plugged in but I can’t find my original charging cable for my Blackshark v2 Pro 2020, so I substituted a different micro-usb yet that doesnt seem to work either. Any suggestions because when i’m trying to play games, it will act as if the headphones were ungplugged even though everything is plugged in correctly. I use the audio jack for reference, so that could also be it? Please help!

Razer….u provide the finest chassis.U should make sth out of it. Synapse did never work fine.The temperatures are too high.Batterys are bloating. And now u made a Blade 16 with USBC ports connected to the integrated GFX????

HelloIt is necessary to add buttons with directional attack with the left stick. example in mobile legend (moba game) there are attacks that if or if they depend on directing the attack aiming for now I saw that the same function is only for the right stick, but it is complicated to aim and touch the button on the same side.Also to be able to adjust the size of the buttons would be a good improvement to the nexus software.

When I first power up my newly purchased Kraken V4 Pro it connects to bluetooth (blue light on headset) rather than the OLED.  I have to remove the headset from bluetooth via Windows and disconnect the/reconnect the OLED from USB in order for it to work as intiended.  This can’t be normal

It now works... You'll need the Razer Audio app installed and the usb-c to usb-c cable that the speaker comes with. Connect the Leviathan to your ps5 using the usb-c cable then pair the device to your phone. Once connected to your phone open up the Razer Audio app and allow it to detect the Leviathan. Once it had picked up the connection you can fine tune your Leviathan including its input source. Switch this from Bluetooth to USB and presto. Your lovely Leviathan now works with your PS5 and comes up as a usb headset.

I think that it would be of substantial benefit for everyone to add adjustable debounce time to Razer mice. I recently bought an Viper v3 Pro and am disappointed when I found out that I can’t adjust debounce time. Adjustable debounce time may not affect many people. However, to Minecraft players who enjoy minigames like bedwars and 1.8 PvP reducing debounce time can be of major benefit. Especially considering the fact that the v3 Pro (white edition) has a really nice texture for drag clicking. I tried it out as soon as I got it and found it to be a better texture than my Glorious Model O, Roccat Kone Pro, and Bloody a70x.

When I first installed Spatial Audio, I tried the 7 days and everything worked fine. Days later I bought it, everything worked perfectly.The next day I started the PC I had two thx spatial audio open at the same time saying the following "A session is currently active on another system. Only one session per account is allowed". I ignored this warning because I clicked on the green box and started working normally, but then in the Game profiles & application mixer area the applications stopped appearing and every time I started a session, I had another tab open, that is, if the first time I had 2 , next 3, 4 and so on

I need the USB ports on my Razer Laptop Cooling Pad to power off completely when I shut down my laptop. I have an external hard drive connected and don't want it running 24/7, but those extra ports are essential for my setup. How am i supposed to update my razer wolverine v3 TE controller on CONSOLE. I do NOT have any type of pc therefore 1 i can no longer use the razer controller app on my console if i wanted to change my preset binds for a different game, and 2 i have to play 1 game until they acknowledge this issue which will most likely be never.

My mouse is RZ01-03850 model and the driver does not appear when the device is connected.

 My # key no longer lights up when Synapse starts. When I close Synapse, it lights up again. I installed Synapse 4. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it? It seems to be a software issue. I've already reinstalled the software, but that didn't help.
