.. hi.... i'm planning to add a couple of super strong neodymium magnets inside the Blackwidow V3 and inside the wrist rest.. got a few 40mm x 10mm x 5mm magnets and planning to make a magnetic wrist rest (which the BW V3 sadly doesn't have).... i had previously added smaller magnets (10mm diameter and 2mm thick) inside the wrist rest and outside the keyboard but they weren't powerful enough to hold the wrist rest in place..  .. now with the larger powerful ones, am planning to set them up inside the keyboard as well as the wrist rest.. .. would it be safe to add these super powerful magnets inside the keyboard.. ?.. need your thoughts on this..

It worked perfectly fine for a week both wired and wireless but now it only works wired on my laptop. I tried the dongle on my friend's laptop and it works there but on my laptop the dongle simply isn't being picked up for some reason. I am using the same usb port for both the wired and dongle. 

I got the email about Razer ID, and it sounds great - until you go to sign up and discover you have to download an app on your phone (insecure, not going to do it) and provide a CC number (not doing that either). So, am I the only one that feels like this? The last thing I want is yet another bogus app on my phone and I’m not giving them my CC number either.

Well, i just got a new pc a couple of days ago, and along with that my new cynosa lite arived, so ive been playing games and stuff with the keyboard and everything was just fine, but then i saw a video on youtube, reviewing the keyboard and i realized that in the video there were lights behind the keys. I tried to check on google if anyone else had this issue or im just dumb and my keyboard isnt even supposed to have them but i found nothing. Please help :((just mentioning that other leds work, just not the ones in the back)

Hi guys, I’m looking for some help here.So I recently got this headset and I’ve been playing around with the EQ a bit to see what sounds the best. Of course looked up “Best EQ” but it brought up the previous model which has +12 levels instead of what is now +5. Can anyone help with this and do you recommend any particular set up that I can easily do? Headset is used for PS5, watching movies/TV etc but just want to get the best general sound out of these. +7 +5 +4 +3 +2 +4 +1 +5 +5 +8   - this is what I found on Reddit but obviously cant use this as can’t go above +5

Is it possible to buy a replacement mic for blackshark v2 pro? I’ve seen some threads saying its not possible, but i find it kinda funny that you make a headset with a removable mic but you won’t sell replacement mics like other companies do

Hi,When is razer going to release a new version of the orbweaver?There’s a certain part of the community that’s eagerly awaiting a new model and hopes not to be forced to fall back on the tartarus, having absolutely no need for the thumbwheel and preferring the 20th key.Why does razer insist on the tartarus when the orbweaver is better in this respect (but the tartarus stick is still better, a mix between the two would really be a banger).Please, razer, come up with a new version of the orbweaver or a brand new model combining the orbweaver’s 20 keys with the tartarus’ stick.

I scouted the entire internet for this, but no one seems to be having the same issue, so I decided to make a thread. I've been having the Viper Ultimate for 3+ years and it's been great. But recently, I am experiencing some glitch with the lighting on the Dock. I have selected the Battery Level lighting effect for the dock, and it works very inconsistently. For instance, When it gets to/below 75% it should turn yellowish, which it does. When it is above 75% it is green, and that works fine. But for some reason when it gets to 50% and below, it does not turn orange, nor does it turn red below 25%. It will show the correct lighting color for the relevant % if I unplug the USB and plug it back in. This is essentially a minor issue, but is quite annoying, as I would like to know my approximate battery percentage at all times. I have tried fully uninstalling Synapse, installing Synapse 4 (it was terrible, so I reverted back to Synapse 3), updating the mouse's firmware with the latest one fr

The dash key on my keyboard has been putting inputs on its own continuously 

So I heard the blackshark v2 pros work better without synapse, but i have a huntsman v3 and viper v3 pro which require synapse (not to function but i have customs settings) so i was wondering if there’s a way to remove the blacksharks from synapse while still using themstill trying to give these headphones a chance but its been a bit disappointing so far

Hello dear community. It’s 2 years since I’m looking for a keycap for my laptop Razer Advanced 15, 2022.The key “D” got broken in the first month after the purchase. On daily/weekly basis I’m checking all google and ebay to find this and no luck. Askes Razer support and they couldn’t help. 2021 and earlier models doesn’t fit as they are different size. Maybe community power can help? Maybe another laptop/keyboard model has the same keycaps? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I use Razer Synapse to set up macros on my Razer Huntsman Mini, but I’d love to be able to save them to onboard memory so they work even when Synapse isn’t running. Does anyone know if this is possible, or do macros only work when the software is active?Thanks!

Hello , so yesterday my little brother broke his Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Top Shell. What can i do to fix this? Can I buy a top shell from Razer directly? I managed to open and glue the part that he broke. But still if i can buy and replace the top shell the mouse is good as new.

Hello,i got a problem with my Razer Blackwidow V3, since some days my numbad is not working properly, the Keys 0123789+ are working but the rest isn’t. I already tried to reinstall the keyboard and did an driver update but it’s still not working, is there a fix for it or do i need to return it?Thank you in advance.

I recently bought a new Blackshark V2 X from Aliexpress which seems to be fully authentic and works but I can’t register my product with the serial number due to it being already registered before. Is there a way that I could receive a different serial number to register since I want to be able to use the features such as the 7.1 surround sound. Thank you.

Hi I ordered the Razer BlackWidow 2019 green switches black mechanical keyboard in 2022 and this issue started in the middle of 2023, the issue with my keyboard is that about 65% of the LED lights work and the rest are very dim and bearly seeable. The keyboard is out of warranty so I am hoping that there is a fix.
