Hello dear community. It’s 2 years since I’m looking for a keycap for my laptop Razer Advanced 15, 2022.The key “D” got broken in the first month after the purchase. On daily/weekly basis I’m checking all google and ebay to find this and no luck. Askes Razer support and they couldn’t help. 2021 and earlier models doesn’t fit as they are different size. Maybe community power can help? Maybe another laptop/keyboard model has the same keycaps? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I recently purchased the BlackWidow V4 Pro keyboard and am very satisfied with it. However, I would like to know how to configure custom commands for the command dial located at the top left of the keyboard. Specifically, I want to create custom modes tailored to the games I play, the websites I use, and other applications. Could you provide guidance on how to set this up? I would greatly appreciate a clear and concise explanation.Thank you!

Hi everyone,I use Razer Synapse to set up macros on my Razer Huntsman Mini, but I’d love to be able to save them to onboard memory so they work even when Synapse isn’t running. Does anyone know if this is possible, or do macros only work when the software is active?Thanks!

Hello , so yesterday my little brother broke his Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Top Shell. What can i do to fix this? Can I buy a top shell from Razer directly? I managed to open and glue the part that he broke. But still if i can buy and replace the top shell the mouse is good as new.  

I bought thx spacial audio app with activation code on my computer and now i want to use it on my laptop cause i dont need it anymore on my computer cause i bought kraken kitty which has built in thx spacial audio already. I want to use my thx app for my other headset on my laptop but my activation code is not working anymore

I have a Razer Deathadder v2 pro whose dongle I lost, and my brother gave me his mamba dongle as he bought a new mouse, is there any way to pair my mouse to that dongle? 

Hello,i got a problem with my Razer Blackwidow V3, since some days my numbad is not working properly, the Keys 0123789+ are working but the rest isn’t. I already tried to reinstall the keyboard and did an driver update but it’s still not working, is there a fix for it or do i need to return it?Thank you in advance.

I recently bought a new Blackshark V2 X from Aliexpress which seems to be fully authentic and works but I can’t register my product with the serial number due to it being already registered before. Is there a way that I could receive a different serial number to register since I want to be able to use the features such as the 7.1 surround sound. Thank you.

Hi I ordered the Razer BlackWidow 2019 green switches black mechanical keyboard in 2022 and this issue started in the middle of 2023, the issue with my keyboard is that about 65% of the LED lights work and the rest are very dim and bearly seeable. The keyboard is out of warranty so I am hoping that there is a fix.

Hello all,  I have used the Orochi 2015 version for a long time but it fails me at the moment.  I tried the v2 version but it is completely different. Can someone point me to a worthy replacement ? (does not have to be Razer)The size and shape combination was just perfect for me.I want to avoid having to buy another expensive mouse and be dissapointed, i have the orochi v2 and also the Ouroboros but not satisfied with both.thnx in advance

So I’ve had an Orochi v2 in my laptop bag for a while and I love it. However, I’m thinking about replacing the mouse that stays on my desk, and eventually my keyboard as well. I’m probably going to go with Razer to take advantage of the multi device paring. While looking at the different mice that Razer makes, I had an idea for a feature suggestion; I’d like to be able to pair a keyboard and two mice to a single receiver. It would be ok if only one mouse can be used at a time as long as both can remain paired. The idea behind this would be for laptop users like me would be able to leave one small receiver plugged in all the time, be able to use the keyboard and mouse that stay at home, and not have to switch dongles when on the road. I don’t know if this would be possible while keeping the fantastic performance that Razer products have but thought that it would still be worth mentioning.

What is the way to stop the  Razor Black shark V2 hype speed headset  from shutting off and Bluetooth shuts off after i turn it on and pair it. Please advise?

So i bought the headphones yesterday and when i tried them it didn't work the ps5 didn't recognized i plugged in headphones, it's not like they were connected and didn't made a sound, it was like i didn't connect headphones to the ps5. Tried on my pc and it worked fine but not on my ps5. Today i figured out that if i plug it in fully to the dualsense audio jack it will not recognize the headphones, it will only work if they are not fully plugged in into the audio jack. And it annoying to play like that because the audio cable get loose and fall all the time. Anyone knows why the ps5 doesn't recognize them if i fully plugged the audio cable in?

Hi everyone. I’ve been facing this issue with my previous Razer keyboard so I bought a new one. I’ve been using this keyboard for 4 months. I’ve tried cleaning the USB ports, changed some settings, try updating drivers and reinstalling Synapse. The keyboard rgb will flicker so much and I can’t type anything and that also happen when I’m launch a game or trying to launch other software. Is there any fix for this? I’ve taken a video of my keyboard issue the link is below. Thank you

I bought a new BLACKSHARK  V2 X USB, and I put the USB line into my desk top, but it doesn't appear in my setting at all ,what should I do..?

So, i’ve purchased a battle net balance using razer gold, the transaction was completed, and i’ve got the 19 digits Razer PIN (alphanumerical) and Serial Number; but i cant use it to redeem the Battle Net balance,After searching online everywhere, i cant found any single solution to my problem because it seems that the actual PIN that can be used to redeem the balance is a 14-digits PIN (instead of 19) and/or 16-digits code directly for the Battle.net website or application. Please help if any of you guys encountered similar problems. thank you.

I have a 13” iPad Pro, could I use A Kishi Ultra V2 controller with it through a USB cable as if it was a PC?  Is there another controller you would recommend (either wired usb-c or bluetooth)?
