Hey, my Razer Viper Ultimate USB dongle broke. I contacted support, but I have no idea how it works or what they’re saying—I just don’t get it. The USB dongle from Razer is sold out, and the other ones seem unreliable. Where should I buy one, or can someone help me out?â€

so i just bought 1000Vp thinking i would get free 475Vp but I didn't get those?? Is this a scam? Cuz if i knew i never would have bought it in the first place, i had a night market gun 1350Vp but now i spend my money and can't even buy it please help!!!

Hello, I’ve been having a problem on my Razer headset : the USB sound card randomly stopped working.It gets detected by Windows and Synapse, but when I play something like a YT video, no sound comes out. Spotify and VLC outright won’t read audio. When I plug in the headset itself without the sound card, the sound comes out fine, but I can’t use the mic.I’ve tried everything mentionned on the internet : remove audio enhancements, reinstall drivers and synapse, reinstall windows, nothing has worked. Is there a solution to this problem ? Thanks

Well, it's been about a year since I bought my Razer Blade 16 OLED and I wanted to report back because it seems that the forums are full of people with issues, and it can make it feel like the quality control is worse than it really is because posts are skewed to the negative.For me, my Razer Blade has been my favorite laptop. This thing runs everything I throw at it without any issues (I have the RTX 4090 and 64GB of RAM for reference). I use it for clerical work, web browsing, heavy gaming, and AI work (runs the 12B or 13B parameter LLM's really well!).Note that I did have to undervolt this machine with Throttlestop because it was consistently running too hot from the factory. But I haven't had any performance issues, battery bloating, or other problems that seem to make it to the boards. Fingers crossed that it will continue this way. I'm a total fan of the look, the screen, etc. Great laptop! 

Dear all,Instead of asking for an update to Synapse Software for making cheat sheet printouts of custom key mapping like herewhy not invent a Tartarus Ultimate where every key has a small display?! And any key mapping will be shown there plus putting own pics there…like decades ago Art Lebedev Optimus keyboard or yet not available Flux Keyboard?while first was 1500 USD & 2nd will be probably around 500+ USD, around 400 USD that should be doable for a Tartarus one, isn’t it?Looking forward to getting your soon release date! best,Volker 

I use Huntsman v3 pro, and when I turn on synapse4 program, the keyboard lights up and I can edit it in the program, but the computer doesn't type.Type is coming out again when you type synapse programs

So whats happening is that my headphones mic just completly doest work, i went to my setting and look at the input devices and the headphones mic is being registered but it shows it as disconected. 

HiI bought it yesterday.However hard I try I cannot send “System Information” to Home Screen Display.A warning appears : “ HOME SCREEN DISPLAY You selected Home Screen display was not applied successfully to the device. You can revert to the previous image or retry your last selection” I have no idea what I should do.Razer Synapse 4 (last update Feb 13,2025) and the last firmware installed.I’d appreciaty for any piece of advice, pls. I have to say that I would be more satisfied if there was an  option to set the screensaver as time /date instead of 3 snakes. 

Ayer en la tarde estaba jugando valorant en la sala y cuando me aburri de jugar desmonte mi set up y me lo lleve a la habitacion. Ya en la noche cuando quise jugar volvi a montar el set up y note que mi mouse no estaba funcionando, le cambie las baterias por unas nuevas de la caja y lo volvi a probar y tampoco seguia funcionando… Le cambie la bateria nuevamente y aun asi seguia sin funcionar.Cuando enciendo el mouse el Indicador LED no enciende pero cuando miro el sensor si esta encendido aunque con una luz muy tenue y el sensor parpadea y al rato se apaga. Le muevo la bateria, tambien se la cambio y sigue en lo mismo. Razer Synapse no lo reconoce ya que esta el mouse “apagado” cuando en realidad esta encendido. Mi LAPTOP reconoce el dongle pero el dongle no reconoce al viper v3 HS.Necesito ayuda. Pienso que es un corto cirtuido que tiene mi mouse o no se. Quisiera saber el porque de ese problema que me surgio de la nada. Aqui hay un video del problema👈

Hi.  I recently started having a problem with my Hunstman Keyboard. When in Windows, in Excel, Windows Explorer or Archicad (probably more softwares, but these are the ones that trigger me the most), if i try to use the left alt, it glitches the menu of the program i am in, like switching from using the regular left alt to highlightint the first letter of the menu items.  Tried another keyboard, and it wont do that. So i narrowed the problem to the Huntsman Keyboard. Any suggestions? 

Why has Razer removed any ability to have ambidextrous mice for left handed people? I can understand why they don’t build specific left handed editions if the sales aren’t there. but if you are going to make something ambidextrous like the cobra or the viper. is it so hard to add an extra 2 button on the right side of the mouse? I have every product of Razer and the fact that they are excluding left handed people and now i need to go get an LG or Corsair is pissing me off. I wanted thing to match and keep it in the family. in the past, the support by razer has been fantastic - this is making me want to sell all of my products and go away from Razer. I have their leviathan v2, kiyo v2 pro, Seiren V2 pro, Huntsman V2, and my mouse, lancehead te which is dying.  they have a wireless naga mouse for right hand people with 3 different places - which would be perfect for me with a left hand, but of course they only give me an old version. If they don’t start at least catering to left handed p

HelloI recently got the Blackwidow 3 tkl and I happy with the purchase but I want to change the Keycaps. The keycaps are cherry profile. Do every keycap with cherry profile works with this keyboard or theres something more to take in count before buying anything?Thank u for reading!

Recently I’ve encountered that my mouse’s right click works poorly (in a fps games when I aim down sight it would twitch between aiming and not aiming), so I am looking to buy a new mouse, but they do not make the all black model anymore, is it the one with green wheel the same as the one with black wheel or I should go for a different mouse that is similar to it, if so, what mouse should I get?

hi, i just tried using razer nexus remote play, but no matter what i do the app just doesn’t connect to my PC for some reason. Anyone know what might be the cause? (in the “unpaired computers” there is literally nothing other than the add manually button which asks for your PC’s ip address.)

I lost the use of my left hand but would still like to play games on my PC. I need a pointing device with programmable keys. 

Ive had this mouse for probably 6 months and from the first week I noticed that the DPI/Sniper button would stay activated randomly. The button isnt physically stuck, but it acts as if it was. Then a few days later the DPI up button started doing the same thing. Those are the only 2 that do it. It never was a huge issue, until I went back to a game where I used them alot as I use the sniper button as a hypershift toggle. 

Hi,  I recently bought a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K and the Mouse Dock Pro. I’ve setup my RGB lighting on the mouse to just static but had to use Chroma since I wanted a different underglow colour. For some reason though, I cannot set the dock to just use quick effects since I want the lighting on it to just display the battery level. Is there a way to do this or does it really need to sync with the mouse lighting all the time?

My mouse viper mini lately is quite strange with his cursor, it's crashing and sometimes it doesn't even work when I move the mouse, but the clicks work. Basically that's it, his cursor is not working and when it doesn't work I basically uninstall his driver and it works again but it's not 100%. Could someone help me? I tried to talk to razer's support, but I couldn't.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing the razer blade 14 for my girlfriend for her upcoming birthday this month. It appears that these laptops are out of stock and I noticed that people have been posting on reddit that this model has been unavailable for 3 months now. Does anyone have any inside information on when they will be selling this model again? One of the key reasons I wanted this model is because it doesn’t have soldered on ram, being able to upgrade ram on a gaming laptop is a major requirement which many gaming laptops don’t seem to fill these days. It is my hope that razer doesn’t jump on that bandwagon with their next release. I was going to buy the dock just so I could give her something on her birthday with the promise of getting the blade 14 when it is available, but I don’t want to wait if anyone happens to know if they intend to make their new models with the soldered in ram. My girlfriend wants a 14 in laptop so this is the model I have chosen after checking out all

Hey guys! Just upgraded from a razer nari essential to the blackshark v2pro 2023 edition. I immediately noticed, that even with the knob turned to 100, and all my volume settings on low it still has quiet audio. I mean with the nari i never turned it all the way, i did not need it. The nari’s volume adjustment did not interfere with the pc’s own one. The blackshark’s volume control directly adjusts the pc setting, that seems wrong to me. However with the blackshark’s full volume im not pleased at all. Low for gaming, low for music. Disappointing Is there a fix for this?
