Just got this headset and noticed any time I muted my mic by using the mic mute button on the headset, it would stay muted even if I pressed the mute button again. Even if keep pressing it mute, unmute, mute, etc. it stays muted permanently until I restart the headset or PC.This issue stops happening after closing Synapse 4 and comes back when I re-launch Synapse 4.Also, isn't this headset supposed to save your custom EQ? When I close Synapse 4 and restart the headset, it's back to the default horrible sound.How can I go about fixing this? 

Hi, my razer barracuda started turning off suddenly while using it and it bothers me a lot coz I’ve been only using this for months. Already tried other solutions but the issue still persist. It cuts off power while I’m gaming tho I’m not low in battery also I’ve been using it via USB dongle. ff: I tried to update it to its latest firmware but only the dongle has been updated and I have issue updating the headset itself.

I want to free up a USB slot on my Laptop and i have a Belkin extension lead with 2 USB A's on it as well as plug slots my question is would plugging the stand into it work? and it if it did would it be better in the USB A's or with a USB plug in the plug sockets? I ask cos i read somwhere that they only worked plugged into a computer USB or an XBOX one but since its essentially a charger than doesnt sound right. 

My Razer Blackwidow V3 Keyboard stopped working for the second time this year. I have read all the other discussions and tried multiple ways suggested not only in the Razer Community to solve this issue. It disconnects and reconnects constantly or just does not connect at all. I will try to list the basic stuff at least that I tried: unplug it for a while, plug it in different usb stots, in device manager made every usb driver to always work rather than “<...> save power”, deleted everything related to Razer, updated everything possible, downloaded synapse 3 again and when it did not work after again deleting everything downloaded synapse 4, I wanted to update the keyboard firmware but am unable to do it because it constantly its disconnecting and reconnecting or connected (based from the chroma effect and the fact that I can see indicators change when clicking on numpad or capslock) but my pc does not see it as a device or when it does then synapse (3 or 4) does not see it, if i

Hi all,I just bought a “Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset 2023 Edition” and I am facing a challenge while trying to switch between two different sources.According to the documentation, switching between audio sources is just a double press on the EQ button which should alternate between each source automatically What I am seeing however is that when a Bluetooth source is connected, the switch button simply does not do anything unless I forcibly disable Bluetooth from my device first.I do not understand why this is happening because the manual does not make any references to this, and it is quite annoying. Steps to reproduce :Configure the headset with two sourcesDevice 1 : Windows 10 using the wireless dongleDevice 2 : A device with Bluetooth (in my case, a MacBook Pro) Set Bluetooth as the active source Try to switch the source back to use the dongleExpected: As per the manual, it switches back and forth every time that the “EQ” button is double pressedActual : No matter

I've lost my phone. I'd like to reset or disable the two-factor authentication linked to my old phone, or, if possible, link a new phone. 

I switched the mouse skates, modified the landing and lift-off distance and updated the software and firmware and nothing changed. Is there still any way I could make my mouse track on the glass mouse pad, because I have tried another mouse and it worked great on it… I’m really disappointed that this top of the line mouse can’t track on a surface specifically made for mice… So yeah, if anyone has any info on the subject PLEASE put it under. Hi,i’m needing help to restore my Razer Naga Left-Handed edition that i use in my daily work.After the auto-intallation of Synapse 4 and the profile import from the in-app tool, the mouse suddenly stopped working. Now, every time i connect it to a pc, it appears a window “CRP-DISABLED” with a firmware.bin file in it.I was fully satisfied with the mouse and how it works, til this happened. Hello, I recently bought some Razer Kraken X Essential headphones. My problem is that they didn't come with a code to activate the 7.1 surround sound. I saw that they were supposed to include a scratch-off card, but the card doesn't have anything to scratch off. Where the code should be, there's only a QR code that redirects me to the Razer website. I would appreciate it if you could help me by providing an activation code or something similar. My seller isn't responding either, so I can't resolve my issue through them.

So I have a razor blade 15 And for some reason, the keyboard has completely stopped working I can’t even find a keyboard option on device manager, like I don’t know how but it has gone up and disappeared, and I’m unable to use it at all. I can’t even go into bios.

Hello everyone , i will keep it short. I just bought the vv4 and i love the mice but the glide feels kinda weird. Came from gpx2 and the main reason i wanted the switch was the issues i had with the firmware and the software itself. I really like the mice so far but i think the motion sync makes it kinda... idk different than unfiltered sensor. I always preferred motionsync off in almost any mice i used but in vv4 its forced enabled and implementated that way, maybe because of this force implementation i think it feels definitely better than the other mices motion sync but still for the most raw performance i would like to turn it off. Do you think they will ever bring some setting for manually turning it off or should i give it more time to adjust ? ( not sure if its adjustable i would really appreciate your experience and thoughts!)

The Razer Raiju Mobile app isn't supported anymore and recommended Razer Controller app doesn't seem to support Raiju Mobile either. Tried via cable and Bluetooth with no success. Tried to find any kind of answers online with no success. It's very frustrating that big companies can't even provide proper documentation about the products they are selling. Instead of testing the controller in games, I have spent hours trying to make official apps work so that I can remap buttons. Can it be done with Razor apps or will I have to use a 3rd party software?

Hi all,I’m working on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) (RZ09-0369) for a client.The machine previously booted into Windows without issue. The user attempted a Windows “Reset this PC” at home, and it now stops at a black pre-boot screen simply stating:Enter PasswordThere is no padlock icon, no recovery key ID, and F12/boot options are blocked.It appears a BIOS/Supervisor password may have been set inadvertently during the reset process, and the user does not know the password.Before escalating to Razer Inc. support, can anyone confirm: Is there any known recovery method for this model? Does CMOS/battery disconnect clear supervisor password on RZ09-0369? Or is motherboard replacement the only option if the password is unknown? Appreciate any help, thank you.

I still miss the old Razer Silver tournament platforms like Mogul.gg and Radiant.gg. Competing in tournaments while earning Razer Silver at the same time made gaming more exciting and rewarding. It wasn’t just about winning it was about the grind, the community, and the feeling of turning your skills into something worthwhile. Sad to see platforms like these disappear because they gave many gamers a fun way to compete, improve, and earn rewards doing what they loved.Are there any tournament platforms today that still offer the same experience competitive gaming with real rewards like Razer Silver or similar prize systems?
