Razer Deathadder v2 x Hyperspeed isn’t working, nor is it being recognized by synapse.It didn’t work for some reason just when playing Valorant, I tried to do the repair tool, everything, it still didn’t work.I have some free time, and the mouse is recognized by device manager, but not synapse. why?

My mouse was working earlier this morning like usual. I got up to go to the bathroom and once I came back the mouse suddenly wasn't responding. It stopped clicking and moving as well as no longer being detected in razer synapse. It is still detected under my pc’s input devices however. The mouse is only about 6 months old so it makes no sense for any major problems to already occur.I have tried: Unplugging and Replunging the mouse, Restarting my computer, Uninstalling and Reinstalling synapse, Updating synapse, Repairing synapse, Reinstalling my mouse drivers, Every port on my pc, Plugging it into another device, Charging it with different cables.Does this happen to anyone else?  

Hello Razer people.I recently bought a Razer Huntsman V3 pro, and it has worked okay some days until now where I can't type or anything with it. The macro keys op in the right corner are responsive, but nothing else works, responds, or does anything. I don't understand how a keyboard can light up but can't work as a keyboard or type or anything besides showing me many colors. So anyone know any kind of fix or anything? Have tried the latest firmware/software update, and the new Synapse app downloaded but still no response. So Please anyone help me.Also another thing. When i played FIFA the keyboard acted as player 1 and 2 and pushed my actual Controller down as player 3? Why should a keyboard act as a Controller and be above my actually Controller? I have Disabled before now in Device Manager. But why would one want a keyboard to act like a Controller?

Hi guys,Somehow I lost all my settings on my Tartarus pro. I got a pop up asking if I wanted to pull my settings from the cloud or local. Not realizing everything is on the cloud, I hit local. Totally lost every setting. I could recreate everything EXCEPT the strafe left and right. I need back and forward and strafes, not turns. I tend to mouse and keypad together. I use the joystick on the Tartarus Pro to do this part. Can anyone tell me how to program strafe back in? (and, I’ll remember it’s cloud, not local. :D) Thanks so muchGranny Rubyrose, wow mage

Hello!I have this Razer BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI HYPERSPEED keyboard and suddenly, the top row of the keyboard stopped working.I have to say that i tried resetting it from Synapse, resetting it by pressing ESC + CAPS + Spacebar and plugging it in, updating the firmware, but nothing helped. Has anyone had this issue and knows how to solve this, please? Thanks and have a nice day!

Why are they so slow at responding ?

So if I go into the Razer software app, I can see the mouse but it shows as „off“ even tho the lights are blinking (On Bluetooth and usb)? If I get the usb thing out the mouse disappears, if I get it in it shows the mouse, but it always shows me that it is off even tho I turn it on (on usb). I tried Bluetooth too, but it doesn’t shows there at all. I installed all new soft- and firmware. I really don’t know what else I can try, really disappointing because it such a good mouse that I’ve had for over an year or two. 

For a long time, I have had issue with my pc turning on, as soon it goes to sleep. It seems I found the culprit.The “mus og andre pegeredskaber” translates to “mouse and other pointing devices” In power management it was set to be able to turn on the pc. The check box with pc can turn it off to save power, was unchecked and greyed out.I do have the Razer Basilisk ultimate, but it has its own driver Razer Base Station ChromaDevice type:   mouse and other pointing devicesproducer:        Razer IncPlacement:     On USB input device 

So I’ve had this razer ornata v3 x for a while and the other day while I was playing I hit something the shut the leds off I’ve tried fn+10 and fn+11 but nothing works any help?

My Razer Naga Lefthand stops responding after I install synapse. Had a little problem with left and right buttons switching but resolved that by disconnecting the usb and reconnecting it. Now the mouse stops responding at all. If I remove all synapse programs and run on windows driver it work no problem, but as soon as I reinstall synapse and it loads up the mouse go dead. Tried other computers and other usb ports. Anyone recognize this issue?

Hi everyone,I’ve got my first Razer keyboard since more than 5 years, a year ago it started having some problems with the ilumination, right now, W D Right Arrow and 3 from the number keyboard are shining in different colors, also, keys A S and D sometimes does not detect when I press them.RN I see 2 posible optionsBuy a new keyboard and keep this one for parts (probably easiest one but I’m a sentimental guy) Buy the switches and replace them (Saw some personalization videos but don’t know where to buy the switches, or if the swiches are the same for all razer mechanical keyboards)I’ll love to bring back to full function my keyboard, anyone knows where could I buy the swiches, and if they are the same for every version of Razer Mechanical keyboard, or in case they are different, how to look for the specific switchesPlease note that I live in Mexico so store should have shipments hereAlso, if you guys think it will be a real challange to fix my old keyboard, also suggest wich new keyboa

Hi, it seems that, since Synpase update 20221108 (I think), the wireless mode of my Blackwidow v3 pro does not sync with Chroma anymore. The keyboard is just stuck in Spectrum Cycling colour mode. However, when I connect the keyboard through the cable, it DOES sync with Chroma and Wallpaper Engine. I tried to reset all the profiles from the Synapse app, to reinstall Synapse, and tried the combination of keys https://9apps.ooo/ ESC + CAPS + SPACE. Nothing I'll try later with another computer and see if something changes. Meanwhile, do you have any idea on what can be the problem?

hello i bought my razer kraken v3 3 days ago and i have been waiting for an activation code to be sent to my email but it still hasnt showed up, checked the spam folder and it also wasnt there , what can i do

Hi so as the tittle says, my razer nari ultimate has this weird issue.when i start my day and the volume is really low i just use the volume weel to adjust it, but after i mute and unmute myself with the phyiscal button all of the sudden the volume goes waaay up, so i have to either adjust the weel again o keep pressing the mute/unmute button until it “cycles” between various “sound volume frecuencies” until it lands on one that sounds normal.just in case i use windows 10 and i resintaled it like 3 o 4 months ago, and this issue started waay long ago that point Some temporal fix i found was to close all razer software while i game mostly. (synapse and stuff) and that seems to make it stop, but after i plug my headset into another pc that had synapse installed, it messed up and now even if a had synapse close it still changes up my audio from time to time

Hey I tried to update my Razer Kaira with the firmware update on my pc , I linked it with the usb cable and tried it but it doesn’t work and idk why every time I try to click update the hole window just moves away it’s really annoying and I tried it over and over again can someone pls help me 

No message arrived except my phone number for authentication. I have a problem. The traps were sent incomplete and the quantity was not shipped. The purchase was fully paid for and nothing arrived. 

Online just suggest micro-fiber cloth & can of compressed air.I don't need to do that because I just want to clean the keys themselves and when I play the keys have a slight tacky feel to them.I think it's the coating on the keys that absorbes moisture and turns them tacky. They press & raise back up fine after keys pressed..it's just the 'feel'.Is there a way to place something on it to absorb the moisture?

I have a Razer Kraken V3 X, I don't have the box, so I can't find the Product number that starts with 'RZ' . But I have the Serial Number that’s behind the left Earcup, I have removed the ear cushion but not found any Product Number. So I can not register my product to get the 7.1 feature. What to do ?

I think it would be beneficial to have an adjustable debounce time in Razer mice. I feel that Minecraft players would agree with me. Also, Razer mice are already great for FPS games but having an adjustable debounce time would bring so many more players to the Razer community. This is why so many Minecraft players go to Glorious mice as they have adjustable debounce time in Glorious Core.Thanks for taking time to read this.

Razer synapse 2 being installed causes the \ key to be spammed only on the lock screen. If it’s closed it won’t spam the key. Keyboard is Battlefield 3 Blackwidow Ultimate
