I've always had black spots on some keys, never checked on it, but today I was curious and got them off, some have black plastic things inside, are they just faulty prints or do they actually make any purpose, for context I have a razer blackwidow v3 and I dont see they are conected to anything, also not every key has it

You have already tried reinstalling the 7.1 application, updated the firmware to the latest version and followed numerous tutorials and nothing, the problem continues. When I'm using Razer to buy an item on Epic, I can't get an SMS verification code, and I can't get a backup code, but I received the code normally last month, how do I fix this?

Hi Razer community, I own a Razer Blade 14 (2021) and the touchpad just stopped working. I have had this issue before, but then I could just uninstall the “l2c hid device” in the device manager and it worked when I was searching for changed hardware. However, this does not work anymore… I also installed the most recent windows updates (Windows 11) as well as the most recent chipset driver, but it did not work and now I am out of ideas. Any suggestions?

I am trying to buy the Razer Kishi Ultra (UK store) for the Honkai Impact 3rd bonuses but the page will not allow me to put in my payment details, it errors out every time. I’ve tried on two separate accounts and have tried so many times but can’t get it working. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.  I did test if I could get to the payment page with other products and it seems to be tied to this Kishi Ultra (with bonuses) specifically but I cannot find actual customer support to ask lol

As the title suggests, my mouse is no longer working via USB. I bought it around the end of 2021, and after 2 years its Bluetooth and 2.4ghz connection has become unreliable thus it’s been connected via USB since then. However it stopped working suddenly. I know the USB cable is fine since it worked with other devices. I connected the mouse too to my other laptop, and other USB ports, which didn’t work. Unfortunately the mouse is already out of warranty. Do you guys have any recommendation how I can get this sorted out? I love the mouse and is already used to its shape that I’m not very eager to spend money and get a new one.

Am I reading that the kraken v3 and before get the 7.1 surround sound but the kraken v4 does not?

so as the title says, my cat unplugged my pc while i was doing a firmware update to my naga pro and now i can’t use it, any ideas or solutions? 

My Kraken V3 X backlight is stuck on the cycle option and i cannot change it to static or other option

Are there going to be any more options for wired Nagas with a fixed side plate? I’m currently using a Naga X but it’s looking like it’s on it’s way out.Both wireless and detachable side plates are big minuses for me. Wireless is never used, and adds weight. Detachable side plate on 2 separate Trinities kept disconnecting.

My headphones provide no audio with my PC (wireless) nor with bluetooth, neither does it say “power on”, “bluetooth connected” etc. Microphone works, and it works by using the wire. Just recently I used my headphones, but later on I had trouble turning it on, when I finally could now it has no sound. What can I try to fix the issue when I know it’s not a problem with the headphones connecting but the headphones itself?

I used ThrottleStop by my previous laptops, so in this case I'd ask advices from community about optimal and stable undervolting, which units and with how many mV, max frequency of CPU cores, max turbo etc.? I use newest version of Throttle 9.6.Greetings, Mydgard

I bought the razer nari ultimate headset off of ebay a couple of years ago. When i tried using it, it would work for a couple of hours but it would suddenly disconnect and wouldnt work again. I tried everything to make it work again but with no success so i just let go of it and stored it somewhere. Now i wanted to try to use it again with the Pairing utility. The dongle gets recognized but the charging cable doesnt? Keep in mind i dont have  the original Razer charging cable that was included in the box since i got the Headset ONLY. Ive seen people say that i should switch to using it wired but i  bought the headset because it was wireless. I tried searching for the seller that sold me this headset but also no success. What should i do?

i tried to pay with razer gold, but the razergold website failed to send the sms code to my phone, showed there was an unexpected error, need help with this. 

I went from Razer Kraken V2 pro (Cushion gel started leaking) to Blackshark V2 pro (2020 version) and the microphone quality is soo trash that my friends from discord instantly noticed it.If it is suppose to be this garbage then it will most likely be my last Razer headphones. (mice are good tho)I uninstalled razer audio drivers from device manager. I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse. I installed the newest Blackshark V2 pro 2020 firmware. I played around with the mic EQ, i think i got it to be a bit better but its still garbage. Blackshark V2 pro is my default audio and microphone device. Tried to use the mic without having the synapse application active.
