Hello all, my wife got me a Razer Basilisk Ultimate as a gift, but I can’t seem to get it to connect via the wireless dongle. It works just fine with the usb cable. I looked it up and downloaded Razer’s re-pairing software, but it keeps saying it can’t reconnect the dongle to the mouse. Is there a way to buy a new dongle that’s compatible with the Basilisk Ultimate or am I just stuck hardlined?  Model number is: RC30-031701

The Razer Wolverine Ultimate has been the only controller ive used over the last almost decade now. The extension the re-bindable back triggers gave allowing for better faster inputs and less thumb off the joysticks action in a way that still left for a comfortable claw grip. What on earth happened? For the past two days, my Kraken V4 headset has been disconnecting all the time and experiencing audio glitches every 30 seconds – like very unpleasant robotic crackling noises...I can only use it when it’s connected via a USB cable, which isn’t what you’d expect from a “wireless” headset!!!I’m using Synapse 4, and I tried everything withpilots (updates, delete/reinstall) for THX Spatial Audio, NVIDIA High definition audio, Kraken V4 Audio... uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse 4, the headset, etc. I also tried to enabling / disabling Windows Enhancements Disabling all enhancements in WindowsWireless still bugs. My headset only works with the USB connexion.I bought it on 1 March 2026, so it’s still practically brand new, and I take great care of my computer accessories, just in case you were wondering...

My keyboard finally ‘almost’ working after a clean uninstall of Synapse 4. It was cycling / resetting every 7 minutes like the USB device was being unplugged/plugged back in. So, following other advice, I Unchecked the boxes that says Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power in  DEVICE Manager.Didn’t work. But, thought about this: the USB C cables have different functions: Primary is ‘signal and power’ and Secondary is just a ‘pass thru’ cable to attach other USB devices. So, I tried swapping the cables , that were attached to my motherboard USB ports.FIXED. NO MORE CYCLING. 

I built this PC about a year and a half ago and for the first eight or nine months it was completely flawless. Ryzen 7 7700X, 32GB DDR5, RTX 4070, 1TB NVMe SSD on a B650 board and I was genuinely happy with how everything turned out. Then about four months ago the random freezes started and I have been chasing the cause ever since.When it freezes there is no bluescreen, no error, no crash dump, nothing. The screen just locks up completely, audio loops if something was playing and the only fix is a hard reset by holding the power button. It happens completely randomly, sometimes during gaming, sometimes while just browsing, and once it happened within five minutes of booting with nothing open at all.I have run memtest overnight and it came back clean. Checked temperatures and nothing is running hot. Reinstalled Windows completely on a fresh drive and the freezes came back within a week. Hello, I'll also reach out to support today when they open up. Asking the forum if this is expected behavior before deciding to return the unit to Best Buy store. Bought Blade 14 2022 edition (with RTX 3070 Ti) from Best Buy "few days ago". So far so good, except for following odd symptom while laptop is on power supply and set in Windows 11 to not go to sleep but set to have display turn off after 15 minutes. Following happened several times already: Power LED blinks green, because screen off But screen does not come on after moving mouse, track pad movement or keyboard. Even depressing the power button does nothing. Only way to get the laptop to come on is by depressing the power button for extended seconds. But that will turn off and turn laptop back on, which causes Windows 11 to "restart", losing my work. The laptop has no BIOS update. Does anyone know of any future plans for a new Razer ARGB/Fan Hub.  I have their current ARGB hub, but would love if they made one that was both ARGB and a PWM fan hub in one.  Anyone else that would be interested in this as well?

Hi,I'm having a strange issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL.The keyboard randomly disconnects and reconnects for 1-2 seconds. It happens completely at random: sometimes twice within an hour, sometimes once every 4-5 hours.Things I've already tried:Different USB ports on both the motherboard and the caseUSB power saving disabled in WindowsDifferent cablesI know Synapse can sometimes cause issues like this, but running without it isn't really an option for me because I use custom mouse side-button bindings that depend on Synapse.Has anyone experienced something similar with the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL or other Razer keyboards? What to do, cause my Razer Kraken Kitty connect to other device not audio .. In device manager it shows in Human Interface Devices. I have try connect to other laptop , it working but not at my pc . Please help how to solve this

So, I’ve ordered the 2026 Razer Blade 16 5090 ( https://www.razer.com/gaming-laptops/razer-blade-16/RZ09-05819EN9-R3U1 ). The specs show the charger for it is “280 W AC Adapter, Output: 20 V DC, 12.5 A, 250 W, Input: 100-240 V AC, 50 / 60 Hz universal”.I currently have (1) a 2023 Razer Blade 16 4090 and (2) a 2020 Razer Blade 17 2080 Super that are used between 2 users between 3 desks and a travel briefcase from the office. (I keep a spare of the 280w 19.5v from the 2020 Blade 17 in another bag when both need to be out and about). To handle both laptops at every location, I have 4 of the 330w chargers that were OEM for the 2023 Razer. Those 4 chargers are 19.5V 16.92A, Model #RC30-0484. They are the same voltage as the OEM for the 2020 power supply - so I’ve been able to setup the three desks and my laptop briefcase to just carry the 330w to cover using either of the 2023 or 2020 models.Now, I’m faced with either (a) buying 3 more chargers for the 2026 Blade 16 and keeping BOTH charger

Arc Raiders is the only game which whos THX game profile is not showing up, it disappeared. The game itself is still listed but the THX profile option is gone. What could be happening and is anyone else experiencing this?

So I play on console and haven’t messed with the firmware on the mouse or anything, but I was playing Fortnite and join a game and out of nowhere my two side buttons aren’t working at all and my dpi button won’t change my dpi or even register that I’m clicking them, & I didn’t slam it or anything it just stoped working entirely, is there a fix for this? 

Hey all, I've been using the Kraken TE for many years. It's starting to break now & I'd like to get one that has similar earcup size & comfort. I've tried few headsets i.e. Steel Series Nova 5, Corsair HS80, DT 770 pro but they are all kind of small for my large head & ears.Kraken TE sits around my ears & the clamping force is not that strong either. I can wear them all day. I'd really appreciate any suggestion. Thanks 

Sorry for the long title :DI just got the “Razer BlackShark V3” headset, and it was working fine on dongle. I didn’t test it on wire mode, but it was charging normally.However, after firmware update, the dongle stopped working (lightning doesn’t show at all), and I cannot connect the headset to it . It does register in windows settings though: I cannot do firmware update now, because I cannot pass the check for “Connect the headset to your PC using the usb type a to usb type c cable”, because it doesn’t register the headset for some reason.I cannot update either the firmware for “BlackShark V3” or “RazerAudioPairingUtility” - same thing happens.I think this is similar to this question, but additional problem is that the headset is not detected.I also tried different cable, but the result is the same.Also when I change modes with double clicking on the right button, sometimes it beeps twice. I don’t know why, but maybe that means something.One important thing to notice is that the heads

Razer Cobra Pro cannot be found in the Bluetooth settings.When I turn on Bluetooth mode on the mouse, Windows prompts me to connect the Razer Cobra Pro.However, it still does not connect to my PC or laptop (both running Windows).
