The left side of my Razer x kraken lite headphone isn't working and it's not yet 1 year of purchase. How to claim the warranty?

Does anyone know of an Analog Stick cap or replacement that’s concave … more comfortable ?I know etsy has 3D printed ones but they’re so expensive + shipping across the world. Does anyone have like a regular analog stick capping or silicone cover that they use & fits properly that they can suggest ? 

When I use my mouse wirelessly, it randomly disconnects for about a second during games.When wired, it works normally. I have updated drivers, firmware and everything.  I saw someone else had this problem also, any solutions?  Br​​​​​​​Juho

I've had mic issues with my BlackShark V2 X due to what looks like a Realtek driver conflict. The solution? USB-A DAC. It fixes the voice pickup issues completely. If you're having the same problem, this is definitely worth the small investment. Just wanted to share in case it helps! :)

I can not get game and chat mix to work with the blackshark pro v3 specifically the issue occurs when I run any game my discord output cuts. my mic will work and people can hear me, but I can not hear them. the chat works great with discord and my output from my mic is great. but I can not get the THX experience with discord.  I have looked through all support chats and really nothing is sufficiently answered.  How can I get Discord output to continue while running game as the default output

Can someone recommend a good gaming mouse to me within the 50-100€ price range that's wireless and light? I prefer Razer, but it can be any brand as long as it's not an off-brand Chinese mouse from Temu. 

I have a Naga V2 Pro and it's the only mouse I'll ever use, LOVE IT.I have a bunch of mouse profiles that I set up to automatically switch between when that program is active. This functionality worked perfectly in Synapse 3... but since needing to upgrade to Synape 4, none of my profiles automatically switch anymore, regardless of how many times I relink the program to the profile.Has anyone found a fix for this issue? 

Want to get my hands on some free gear, but looking at the overwhelming amounts of silver needed for it, is it realistic?

This means I have to rely heavily on the onboard memory. However, saving to the onboard slots isn't always reliable, which is a huge pain. Since I rely on a left-handed setup for health reasons, getting this to work properly isn't just a preference—it’s essential for me to work fluently.After a lot of trial and error, I found a workflow that actually makes the settings stick.The Workaround: Install Synapse: Use the latest version. Hey, I’ve been having some really stupid and unfortunate batches of the V4 units as far as I know?  All of them (I already had 3) seem to have uneven m1 and m2 buttons that differ in height by a slight margin does this fit as a small manufacturing tolerance with all batches or am I being unlucky at this point, i have two V3’s none of them had this kind of issue whatsoever 

All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.

I bought a Wolverine v3 pro for Xbox just yesterday and played one game perfectly fine, the next morning I went to play some more and the dpad was stuck left and no matter how many updates or resets or inputs I changed I couldn’t manage to get it to work. Does anyone know a way to fix this or should I just buy a whole new controller

I’m having an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 HyperSpeed that I haven’t been able to resolve.The mouse suddenly stopped working properly — I can’t move the cursor at all. I tried re-pairing it with the USB dongle using the Razer Mouse Pairing software, and while the pairing process completed successfully, the problem persists.Right now, the buttons on the mouse still work, but there’s no cursor movement being detected.At this point, I suspect it might be a firmware-related issue. Would anyone happen to have access to an older firmware version or know how I could downgrade the firmware on this mouse?Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

The bugs I do still have, sometimes the PC reboots or cold boot lead to chroma studio don't open correctly and they stuck on green color (yeah I've reinstalled trillion times and never got fixed) and also one is interesting, if you put the PC on power saving and use the feature everything turn off when monitors do, sometimes keyboard (cynosa V2) never light up again, replug is the only fix, sometimes RGB effects feels laggy, to fix this you need to open chroma studio and reselect your own profile (cloud) to fix this.None of those things I had on synapse 3, literally, none.

Model:RZ06-0555When pulling the stick in a direction and realeasing it, a good controller should get back to neutral center, but this new TMR joysticks on the Wolverine V3 TE 8K PC bounce in the oposite direction, sometimes not much but some times are large inputs that can mess your combos or game mechanichs, check with your synapse and see video of example.I had 1 controller with 6 months using it, updated, calibrated, clean, and I just noticed now the snapback inputs i was getting on my games I though i was bad at games, but now i realise the stick contributed a lot, I bought another one, out of the box exact same bouncing, synapse open or closed didnt matter, is a hardware failure, exact as this video I also have one Wolverine V3 TE but for Xbox, Model: RZ06-0521 and those have Hall effect joysticks and have no snapback or rebounce, no unwanted inputs on the oposite direction when realeasing the stick, so I will play with that meanwhile as I can use it on my PC at 1000 polling rate

Crazy to think I can spend 140 bucks on a nice mouse only to have a scroll wheel issue which is important in a lot of games, frustrating. and sending it back will mean ill be mouse less. Also insane that you keep selling this mouse when you know you have this problem for the amount thats being paid

Hello everyone,I have a question about the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. On the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, the robotic female voice that announces things like power on/off, connection, and other status alerts is quite loud and can even be a bit annoying.On the V2 Pro, does this “robot voice” also exist, and is it quieter and more subtle, or is it at the same loud and noticeable volume as the HyperSpeed?I’m asking because this was something that really bothered me on the other model, and I’d like to know before buying.Thank you!
