The Razer Armory

Hey all :) First Razer laptop here! Razer 16 RTX 4090 (do love it, previous laptop was an ageing Alienware 17)Just looking for some advice if possible! I bought a KILM Mistral cooling pad, which does very well on some games.. However, on more graphic heavy games I notice the laptop is still very hot despite the pad being turned up full. From my limited knowledge, do I need to worry? I have not played with any of the fan speed settings on the laptop yet. Any thoughts appreciated :)Thanks,Robert

Just got my Huntsman TKL Pro V3 and I can tell its a quality product that I would like to take with me wherever I might be. Home, office or girlfriends house. So why not include a carry case considering the cost of this expensive board to make it worth it. Thanks

I play on console (xbox) and play a lot of games where I need to hear footsteps - Rainbow six siege, Apex Legends etc. Is the Kraken V3 hypersense or the razer kaira pro hyperspeed? Are both able to be edited on synapse (with the featured used on xbox?)

Hello, it has been 3 months since I complained that razer synapse would not let me equalize my microphone, after all this time the problem has not been solved, I am using SteelSeries software to be able to raise the volume to my microphone but it doesn't completely solve the issue. I don't get why the microphone equalizer works with another manufacturer's software but not with Synapse. I read that there were a lot of people with this problem, have any of you solved it? Have you been able to figure out why this problem occurs and why it works with other equalization software? 

I have been using this keyboard for a year. Today, I was trying another keyboard, and when I plugged this one back in, it was not working. So, I unplugged it and plugged it back into another port. It was working fine until I restarted my PC. It stopped working completely; the light doesn't turn on, and there's no response to any keystroke. So, I went into devices and printers only to see that there were Razer bootloader and bootloader devices listed. After googling a little bit, it seems like a firmware issue occurred. Since there are no firmware updates available for the Blackwidow Tournament Edition Chroma v2 on the internet, I have to turn to the community or the manufacturer for help. Also, as it is a gift, I am unable to go through an RMA process.

Hi,I would like to buy a Razer Blade 16, but for me it’s mandatory it have a US keyboard. I live in Spain and the Spanish website allows me to only pick the Spanish layout. How can I have the US keyboard?Thanks!

So I would get the hyper pulling dongle to pair but the mouse wouldn’t work. This happened every time I tried and I found a solution that works every single time.First when pairing to the hyper pulling dongle keep your normal 1k hz dongle plugged in. The hyper pulling dongle will not pair. Then unplug the 1k hz dongle and press retry. Your mouse will not only pair but then actually work.Don’t know why this is but it works every single time .

So due to work reasons, I need to use a KVM to switch between work and personal KB and Mouse.Synapse cant seem to connect to my Naga Trinity through the KVM (any KVM I tried actually)I am trying to find a way to access my extra mouse buttons without Synapse (Macro keys on my blackwidow Chroma too) Anyone have any luck trying to perform this magic?  I generally use the 6 button panel so would need to map at least what, 11 buttons?

I have Razer mouse, Tartarus, Goliath mousepad, and Chroma dev kit.  It would be really nice to add a Razer keyboard to the mix but I’m unwilling to move away from my split ergonomic keyboard.  Please make an ergonomic split, tented keyboard with Razer Chroma!

Honestly, I've been logging into Razer's 7.1 Surround Sound app since 2353 last night! It's 0939 right now! I have been sitting here, staring at this "Logging you in..." and flashing rainbow colours for the past 9 hours with no avail! I can't even use the 7.1 for my damned headset, it took me forever to find the information to connect my headset to my account! And now all I can do is stare at this fucking log in screen while I wait for the day my 7.1 works! 

I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset and for some reason, the microphone just randomly stops working until the headset is turned off and on again. We've tried sending it in to Razer, and they sent a replacement, but it does the exact same thing. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

My Barracuda X mic stopped working when I use the USB-C Dongle. It used to work just fine in the past, but currently it only works through the 3.5mm headset jack. Luckily, There’s a tool in the internet that can convert a 3.5mm jack to regular USB or even USB-C. Fortunetly using this tool solved my problem. I hope this info could be useful to anyone having the same issue!

Was using it with my laptop earlier and all of a sudden the connection was lost. Tried reconnecting but my laptop couldn’t find the device anymore, Tried using it with the type A to type c adapter cable in my desktop and my desktop couldn’t pick up the device as well. is there anyway I can find a replacement dongle as I can’t to seem to find any online.

About four months ago, my Razer 14 2022 (RZ09-0427) wouldn’t power on, so I contacted support and they suggested sending it in. It was out of warranty, but I had no idea what else to do (Case # 231001-001879). It was diagnosed and I was informed it would need a new system board, but “the repair center has consumed the parts required to repair your unit with no foreseeable date for parts supply”. They offered to replace the unit with an identical model for about the price of a refurbished one (~$1500). It seemed like a lot, but I really like the laptop and went ahead with ordering the replacement.The new model was working fine, but now I’m experiencing the same issue and it seems a lot of others are expereincing the same issue too with the same model.What do I do now? If I send it in, it’s likely going to be another $1500, which seems rediculous and who’s to say it won’t happen with the next replacement?

Hey, nice to meet everyone.I started using Razer products in 2004 because of Diamondback, and I fell in love with Razer. I started collecting them in 2007, and this habit has lasted for almost 10 years. At the same time, I also collected some products from other brands, such as Microsoft and Steelseries.I believe there are loyal fans here like me, and I look forward to communicating with you. 

I get that people say it wort happen but why not? There could be more features you can’t have on android “I think” and also I get the argument that there is less they can implement as apple is more strict but they have been loosening up related to third party development and implementation into the apple software.

Where can I get optical replacement switches? Razer site is not recognizing my serial number to start a support case.

hear me out.Samsung Dex through the Core X!I know it sounds unnessecary. Desktop graphics would be overkill and probably not even compatible with android. But my Core X Chroma is way more than an eGPU for me. It's my plug and play office. I use it to hook up my MONITOR, GPU, mouse, ethernet and printer to my laptop with just one plug.How cool would it be to use Samsung Dex with the same plug!Would it be possible to make an app, that would allow this? even if it just passes the video signal from the phone through the Core X (no performance gain).
