I am considering purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile keyboard, but I noticed that this model does not seem to have dedicated indicators for Caps Lock and Num Lock (the full-size version should include this feature). Could you please confirm if there are alternative ways (such as lighting effects or Synapse software notifications) to display the status of these functions?As this feature is important for daily use, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or solutions. Hello, I lost the dongle and jack cable of my razer barracuda x headset, how can I get it from you?

I am considering a Wolverine V3 Pro exclusively for use on my PC. Tried it out at the store and am a big fan of the button layout and their feel. Currently have an Elite Series 2 and while it's really good, the face buttons are mushier than I prefer and the trigger stops are blegh. It has some problems with registering inputs too and I don't wanna get another fussy controller. 

Recently purchcased a Kaira Hyperspeed headset, I found out the dongle doesnt work when the switch is on wireless mode (the pc doesnt even detect it when inserted in the USB port), but works fine on XBOX mode. I doubt the wireless setting is somehow broken because it works fine when connected to my phone. Could it somehow be that the XBOX app I have installed is somehow interfering with wireless mode? Im pretty sure most of my drivers are up to date.This is really annoying me because the audio output works fine, but I cant use the audio slider nor use the microphone.

Does anyone have success in upgrade blade 18 2023 model from Wi-Fi 6E to Wi-Fi 7. Please share supported bios version to make it work. 

I recently lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Viper Ultimate mouse and was wondering if it’s possible to get a replacement.If possible, I’d really appreciate it if the replacement could also include the little cover for the dongle. My region is Asia specifically in Philippines

Hi all!  My new Wolverine PC Tourney controller keeps randomly programming 2 rear buttons to random buttons. Always at the worst time. I tried updating firmware, removing HALO as my game, saving profiles, deleting profiles, and it keeps happening. Is this thing cooked? My PC has two USB 3.0 5GB ports,  two Usb4 10GB ports as well as 4 standard usb ports . I have tried other ports and the same thing happens.   Tried to share some specs below,  any ideas? Heya GuysI've got a big of a strange issues with my Huntsman V3 Pro where the full stop is no longer working!When i go into synapse 4 i can see when i press the key that the actuation is being detected yet i get no output, I've checked my keyboard layout settings and they are correct, i didn't know if anyone had any ideas on how to resolve this!

I turned on my PC and when trying to use the top numerical buttons above the letter keys, I noticed none of the buttons worked. The keypad numerical buttons work but the top keys don't. Is this something in the Razer Synapse profile or does anyone know a fix for this issue? 

Recently my Viper V2 Pro crapped out on me and was still within Warranty. I reached out to razor for a replacement, went through an entire conversation with a representative who approved my RMA and replacement and gave me a shipping label to send off.The day BEFORE my mouse arrived to them the support ticket has been “Denied” and my RMA has been stuck on “In progress” for over 5 days?? 

Where can I buy the Razer THS Case for Hammerhead True Wireless Pro? I can't find a way to buy it from the website. 

I am just wondering whether there will ever be a practical deathadder again.The new deathadder models are cool and all but i would much rather have a 2.4GHz connector slot in the mouse and additional bluetooth connection (like the cobra pro) and with good battery life than things like 8k polling rate.So my question is...will there ever again be new deathadder models that offer such functionality?

So i buy razor viper 8khz a few years back not have any problem until now when it suddenly disconnect from the PC.The light is normal but PC not detect it while other random mouse is working and when i plug razor viper 8khz in laptop it is working normal again ? So what is the problem here 

Just got the keyboard yesterday, everytime I do Windows+L the l key just ends up getting stuck most of the times.Things I’ve done:Removed macros and disabled snap tap then uninstalled synapse. Tried to research for the keyboard driver but mine doesn’t exist. Plugged it into different ports. Cleaned the keyboard. Reinstalled synapse.Please help me, this is very frustrating as I have to reconnect the keyboard everytime it happens.

Hello.I'm using an English translator. Please understand.I own a DeathAdder V4. I recently purchased a Viper SE. Is the dongle included with the DeathAdder compatible? Also, aside from the components, are the Viper V3 Pro and SE the same mouse in terms of performance and internal structure?

It it possible to replace my F & J keycaps with a variant that has the position bumps more prominent?  I have a problem sensing these due to a partial numbness of my fingers - and I don’t type so good anyway. 

I have a new BlackWidow V4 keyboard.  I was trying to put a series of keystrokes into a macro and that worked, but it comes out at the speed I typed it in - very very slow since I make a lot of keystroke errors. Is it possible to edit the timing so the macro executes much faster than I type?Thanks,Max

Hello, my controller doesn't work.I have a wolverine toutnament edition.The connection doesn't work. My controller is connected et it's disconnected by moment.Please help.

I purchased a headset labeled as "new" two days ago from Komputronik, a well-known electronics retailer in Poland. I received the product yesterday. After fully charging the headset using the original cable provided in the box, I connected it via Bluetooth and via the included USB dongle. The headset paired successfully and plays audio without issues.However, none of the Razer applications – including the Razer Audio mobile app, Razer Synapse, the Barracuda Firmware Updater, or the Pairing Utility – detect the device at all. The same issue occurs both on my desktop PC and my laptop. I also tried plugging the dongle directly into the device, with no success.Additionally, in Windows Device Manager, the headset appears only as "USBAudio1.0", which seems generic and not Razer-specific.So far, I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalled Razer Synapse. Uninstalled and updated the driver manually via Device Manager. Tried different USB ports on multiple devices. Tested

As a left-handed gamer, I’ve always appreciated that Razer offered an ergonomic mouse designed for, specifically, the Deathadder Left-Handed Edition. I just wanted to throw in a suggestion (in case this is somehow seen by the Razer team), it would be amazing to see a left-handed version of the V3 or any future models. I was a big fan of the original and would love to see support for lefties return.
