I just bought the viper v3 pro and i’m noticing that it feels scratchy when sliding it around that mousepad. I’m also seeing that the mouse feet on all reviews are pure white while mine looks off white pinkish color, i’m not really sure if it’s only me or some people have had this issue before. Any help is appreciated:) 

I’ve had the deathadder for a couple years now and suddenly the battery has been dying within a few days of putting a fresh one in, I lowered the polling rates and reinstalled drivers, but I’m still having this issue.  I’ve tried lots of different batteries and it’s still happening.

Hi, for a few weeks now when ever I try to use my mouse with the wireless dongle whatever I do it it keeps disconecting for a few seconds and starts working a few seconds later. If I connect it with the wire it works fine. Are there any dongle replacement that I can buy? Thank in advance

Hey all, I’ve noticed my Razer Blade fans ramp up pretty aggressively even during light tasks like browsing or watching videos. Temps don’t seem high, but the fans stay loud, and changing profiles in Synapse doesn’t always make a difference.Battery performance also feels inconsistent — sometimes it drains faster than expected, and USB-C charging doesn’t always seem reliable.Just wondering if others with Blade systems are seeing the same behavior, or if there’s a known fix (BIOS, firmware, Synapse settings, etc.).Thanks!

Just found a really interesting interaction between my iphone 15 promax and my laptop. I have one of those clear magsafe cases on my phone. When I put my phone close to the bottom right corner of my laptop, the computer goes to sleep. I'm assuming the magnet in my phone is responsible for this phenomenon?Just wanted to share this fun little thing with y'all! Have a great day 

Hi Razer Support,I’m using a Razer Basilisk V3 (wired, USB-A) on macOS, and I’d like to enable the HyperScroll Smart-Reel mode (automatic switch between tactile and free-spin).However, Razer Synapse for Mac does not recognize the mouse, so I can’t access the scroll wheel settings.Could you please confirm: Whether Smart-Reel can be enabled on macOS for the Basilisk V3 If there is any alternative way to enable or configure Smart-Reel without Synapse (or if support is planned) Thanks in advance for your help.Best regards,

Can anyone please advise if there’s a Razer mouse that meets these requirements?Must have a left/right tilting scroll wheel Must allow the programming of the left and right tilt to be any keyboard keys that I want Must be supported on MAC OS, including the tilt wheel configuration, preferably the latest version of Synapse(Note I wasn’t able to get Synapse 2 working on my MAC, it stuck at the login screen)

For context I live in a third world country and the import rates are absolutely insane for anything chair related.(almost double the price if i were to buy the Iskur v2).I've looked around on fb marketplace and locally and there aren't any premium brands like Herman Miller or Secret Lab(besides a Secret Lab knockoff; Phantom Lab) and only some no-name brand stuff.Then there is a store locally that has some razer chairs(V2$580, V2x$440 and enki x$530) and a v2 on fb marketplace for the same price of the v2 in the local store unused.Currently using a busted rusty chair with cheap leather so.The V2 on fb marketplace is $440 rn which is less than half the price if I were to buy it and ship it to my country($1175~)Also I did try the V2 x in the store locally and i did like it.

The repeated “Low Battery” voice alert on the Razer Kaira Pro is aggressively intrusive, disruptive to gameplay, and completely unacceptable for a product you market as premium.Users are given zero control. There is no option to disable voice prompts or even limit the alert to a single notification. This is not a design choice — it is a clear failure in product quality and user experience.Your competitors already provide basic controls for these features. The fact that Razer still does not reflects a lack of respect for the actual user experience.I demand, not request, that a future firmware or software update includes a clear option to fully disable voice prompts or restrict the low battery warning to a single alert.Until this issue is addressed, I will no longer purchase any Razer products and will actively advise others to consider alternative brands.Sincerely,A Razer Kaira Pro user who expects real action, not automated

My razer viper v2 pro receiver stop works out of no where I have another receiver for deathadder v2 x from a friend and I try razer software pairing utility and it's refuse to Pair keep telling me there is a error any help or way 

It’s currently on sale, and I’d be using it wirelessly on PC.Is stick latency still high when using the dongle, or has there been any fix through firmware or something similar?If there hasn’t been a fix, how noticeable is the stick latency in use? 

So I got this basilisk ultimate that all of the sudden just starts disconnecting and reconnecting on me (no windows chime) and according to synapse the mouse turns on and off which Im pretty sure isn't the case as the light on the bottom of the mouse seems to be on the entire time. even weirder is that when I move the mouse it works for about 4-5 seconds and the lighting starts glowing pink and then as the pink glow dies down, the mouse stops working until i try to move it again after 3 seconds and then it loops all over again. putting it on wired seems to be working fine and the problem occurs on all computers ive tested so I think its a mouse issue ; - ; plss help 

My razer kraken v4 pro has had issues with the left driver since I got it. Sometimes the left would be slightly quieter then the right or just straight up "die". But I think found the issue. There is a solder joint right next to the main driver wire and when I wiggle it the left driver "dies". My theory is that the kraken v4 has two antennas (one for the left and one for the right). And the left one has a broken solder joint. I know almost nothing about headsets, but that is what I think. If you would like to correct me, please do. I have had this headset for almost three months now and I can't return it. Please mods don't remove this post, I have already tried Razer support and they didn't help. I just want this $400 dollar headset to act like a $400 headset. 

I just got razer gold from a giveaway and was planning on getting something I can use for my Switch. I tried searching the catalog but all I can see are gift cards or game codes valid only for Nintendo US. Will there be anything I can claim if I’m based in Canada? 

Recently, a couple friends got banned from a server for failing a PC check on FiveM. One friend got banned for having a “script” downloaded before his FiveM was downloaded. His PC is a few weeks old and he never downloaded cheats but the only application that was downloaded before FiveM was Razer Cortex. The PC checkers stated that they found a script that was commonly used as a bypass but they didn’t find anything to bypass. Does Razer Cortex have anything that can be misinterpreted as a script?

I’m installing this mouse on a laptop that was re-imaged and all my programs wiped. Downloaded and installed Synapse 2.0. It recognizes the mouse but I am stuck with click buttons that match the right-handed version. I am able to toggle between the left- and right-handed modes, but the control never follows.I don’t see a “save” button to force the left-handed mode into the mouse. Exporting the profile only creates a save file for a folder.What am I missing?  

Just got my Leviathan V2 with the subwoofer and got it plugged in and everything, but you can barely hear any bass coming from the subwoofer. I've seen online that the THX driver that automatically gets installed causes an issue with it work, so I uninstalled that, but nothing. Also saw the Synapse causes an issue with the subwoofer working also, so I uninstalled that, and it still doesn't work. I can put my ear up to it and I barely hear sound coming from it. Any thoughts?

My mic on my Razer kraken v3 has stopped picking up sound well and has a constant static like background noise, I’ve tried every troubleshooting technique on razer support and made sure it wasn’t a software issue. I wondering where I can buy a replacement as the 3rd party sellers on amazon and other sites seem a bit sketchy. 

I’ve already blown air into the mouse, then when that didn’t help, I disassembled it and cleaned the contacts with a Q-tip. The latter helped for a few weeks, but now I’m back to the scroll jumping by pages or scrolling the wrong way. It’s obviously out of warranty.Do the contacts wear out? Or can I replace the wheel itself? I can’t imagine the wheel is unique to the leftie mouse. I adore this mouse and don’t want to replace it. I’d rather fix it and keep it out of the landifll.
