The Razer Armory

Does anyone know how to fix this?  When charging or even sometimes when wireless. I have the num pad on the side bound to Num Pad buttons. But in-games it always inputs as normal Number Row keys. Which makes it completely unusable.  Tried resetting/removing profiles. Removing drivers, etc. Nothing seems to fix it. I can only sometimes fix it in wireless mode if I turn the mouse off and on again.

Hi I’ve today bought a viper pro 3 I tried installing the razer synapse 4 but everytime the installer open I get server access unavailable I’ve tried everything restarting router pc preferring anti virus pretty much all basics but still getting the issues has anyone been able to solve this issue?

So I have a Razer Stream Controller, and at first worked like a charm, mostly use it to control my Philips Hue lights. now we are stuck at running 5.9.1 of the Loupedeck software, and many plugins no longer work with that, I basically have brick with useless buttons.What is Razer going to do about it.  I love the products have spent thousands of $$$ on devices, I own almost every razer device they have made.  and I am finding the lack of any information on some products just missing.Anyone else in the same boat? Just very frustrating. Thank you     

Now- my microphone is quite difficult to retract into the headset.. Very difficult. I won’t force it, so it just stays out and dangling. I hear it’s a common issue and look past it.Then, after charging it last week, I’ve had the recurring issue of the left channel being much much quieter than the right ear. Think, 15-85 ratio rather than 50-50 between each ear. I ignore it for a bit but it renders the headset essentially unusable, and I’ve seen plenty of other posts about it.But I’ve noticed, if I turn the headset off and close synapse, then turn the headset back on with Synapse closed, it works fine..? This seems to be a recurring thing with these v4 Pro’s, wondering if this is a hardware issue or Synapse 4 issue. All firmware (oled screen, headset, and synapse) are on current version. Including windows. Headset is only ~6 months old, bought from Bestbuy. Same issue when wired, Hyperspeed wireless, or Bluetooth. Same computer.

Hi all, I picked up a Razer Turret for Xbox One (model RZ03-0282) from a thrift store. It’s seemingly in great shape, but it’s missing the mouse dongle, and more importantly, it’s stuck in STM32 bootloader mode (I’m assuming that’s what landed it in a thrift shop in the first place.) I can see it in STM32CubeProgrammer, but I need the correct firmware file to recover it. The flash memory reads as empty. The official Razer updater won’t detect it in this state. Does anyone know how to obtain the Turret’s recovery firmware (.bin or .dfu) so I can flash it directly? Thanks a ton! 🤗

As the title suggests.I am part of the Razer ecosystem so by default my instinct is to go Razer, however the arena 7’s having a tweeter and a little bigger sub is kind of winning me over.Can anyone weigh in on what the better system might be? 

I've owned a fake razer viper mini and it sucked. The sensor was blinding red and the side buttons didn't work. Now I wanted to get a real one without breaking the bank and I got the deathadder Essential. What I can say about it is that it's absolutely incredible, super high quality, beautiful led light and even mechanical clicks! It also has an infrared sensor (I think) and the sensor light is invisible to the naked eye. The tracking is good too! I have worried a bit about the weight but guess what? It improved my aim! My aim isn't shaky and it's light enough to move it around fast. In my opinion it's the budget king! What do you think?

I purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate in June 2022 from the official Razer store in China (Taobao).Recently, after a system update and a Synapse update, the wired connection of the mouse completely stopped working. The device cannot be recognized when connected by cable, although the wireless receiver still works.I discovered that there is no official repair option available for customers in China once the product is out of warranty. As the title says, I can't change the RGB lighting of my Razer Raptor in Synapse 3, does anyone know why and how I can fix it?   The light is fully functional however I just can’t change the rgb light in the settings, anyone know why?

Hello Razer Support / Community,I have a Razer Viper V3 Pro (Serial Number: PM2513H32100089, EU Packaging).In Razer Synapse (latest version), in the Calibration tab:- I have enabled the checkbox "Enable Asymmetric Cut-Off".- But the two sliders are NOT independent:  - When I try to move the lower slider (Landing Distance), the upper slider (Lift-off Distance) moves with it automatically.  - If I move the upper slider, the lower one jumps to be 1 unit lower or follows it.  - I cannot set different values (for example: lowest Lift-off and Landing on 13) to fix cursor jitter / spazzing / skipping pixels when lifting the mouse and placing it back down quickly.I have already tried:- Reset Surface Calibration in Synapse.- Hardware reset of the mouse (hold left + right buttons + scroll wheel for 7-10 seconds while powered off).- Full clean reinstall of Synapse (uninstall, delete leftover folders, reinstall from official site, restart PC).- Update mouse firmware via Synapse.- Multiple PC resta

I own an original series basilisk and over time the rubber grips on the sides have begun to peel off and I've had to glue them back on.So I'm wondering, does the basilisk v3 still have this issue if I were to purchase it?The rubber grip appears different but Id wanna know if it is still just glued on with a cheap adhesive like the first.

I currently have a wolverine v3 pro and I love it. The mouse click buttons are incredible and it’s very responsive and accurate. Best controller I’ve ever had for sure. I play on Xbox with it. The valor pro doesn’t really have mouse click buttons but it does have TMR sticks and those are supposedly more accurate than Hall effect. Do you guys think the scuf would be a better controller for FPS or should I stick with my wolverine? Everything on the Wolverine imo is better than the scuf except for the sticks.

A few weeks back I my dongle started acting up, it started disconnecting from time to time until one day it suddenly lost all connection and can no longer be detected by any razer software. Since my mouse is out of warranty (bought it back when it first came out, i think) I bought a knock off dongle replacement.Now here is where the problem starts, the razer pairing software recognizes both device but is asking for the original mouse cable to pair it. I mean a bought a wireless mouse for a reason so I no longer have it. Is there anyway to pair the mouse and the new dongle?Thanks in advance.

The cable of my Razer DeathAdder V3 wired mouse seems to be damaged, so the connection keeps cutting in and out. The warranty period has already expired, so I can’t get it repaired through A/S. I would like to purchase the connector and USB cable separately. Is there any way to do that?
