I have a new BlackWidow V4 keyboard.  I was trying to put a series of keystrokes into a macro and that worked, but it comes out at the speed I typed it in - very very slow since I make a lot of keystroke errors. Is it possible to edit the timing so the macro executes much faster than I type?Thanks,Max

I purchased a headset labeled as "new" two days ago from Komputronik, a well-known electronics retailer in Poland. I received the product yesterday. After fully charging the headset using the original cable provided in the box, I connected it via Bluetooth and via the included USB dongle. The headset paired successfully and plays audio without issues.However, none of the Razer applications – including the Razer Audio mobile app, Razer Synapse, the Barracuda Firmware Updater, or the Pairing Utility – detect the device at all. The same issue occurs both on my desktop PC and my laptop. I also tried plugging the dongle directly into the device, with no success.Additionally, in Windows Device Manager, the headset appears only as "USBAudio1.0", which seems generic and not Razer-specific.So far, I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalled Razer Synapse. Uninstalled and updated the driver manually via Device Manager. Tried different USB ports on multiple devices. Tested

I have owned the blackwidow v4 mini lightspeed for about 5 months and have only removed the USB dongle from my pc usb port 2 times...and this second time I did it fell apart the metal casing was stuck in the port and all the plastic pieces I had to grab out with tweezers...this is ridiculous for how much I payed for a wireless keyboard just to have the most important part simple fall apart from just being plugged in and your website says your sold out of replacements it should absolutely be under a warranty or somthing for only being about 5 months old....please send me a replacement dongle ASAP...as I said this is completely unacceptable craftsmanship from a trusted gaming company like razer

I'm about to make the jump to linux, but as a disabled user with left hand issues, the added buttons on the NAGA help immeasurably.Is there a working or way to get Synapse working on Linux? 

Hey so I recently had to upgrade by razer Synapse from version 3 to 4 and since then my microphone quality from my Blackshark V2 Pro is complete garbage. In Synapse 3 the quality was really really good. No matter which settings I change it always sounds bad. Is there any way to fix this without going down to 3 again? 

I cant adjust my contrast or brightness because the option is not avalible for my graphicscard although i have a 3070.

Hello ppl!I got my Razer headset, because i like the sound. I tested bunch of headsets and i like this one. I am active gamer, i like a good sound and i pick this Razer headset. It sounds rly good.But after year of usage, plastic get broken. So bad, i do not want to buy a new headset, just because this one still sounds good, and mic is good.I fixed this issue by some clue: It was not effective. After a week, i got another plastic brake just near this.I made two metal rods installs inside. it’s fixed this problem. Plastic doesn't brake anymore.This white splashes are previous crack fixes. I strongly recommend to use additional enforcement for construction for the future headsets designs.  

So the headband of my razer kitty kraken is peeling it looks so bad, is there a way to replace them? Also the quality of this headsets it's so bad that even the painting on metal parts is peeling too. I only have one year with this headsets and they are a replacement :c

Hey, I generally hear really good audio in Warzone — I can hear gunshots, planes, everything perfectly. But I hear absolutely no footsteps. Literally none. Enemies can be standing right next to me and I don’t hear them at all. Does anyone have any idea what I could change in the settings? The eSports audio presets didn’t help at all. Hi,I have changed my macros on Razer Deathadder v2 X HyperSpeed with Razer Synapse (version 4.0.86.2510220630). Specifically I have changed what scroll click does (typing a letter W). After I resetted this setting to default (scroll click to scroll click) it still does type letter W. It happens when Razer Synapse is off. When Razer Synapse is on, it works as normal. What I tried:I have tried to:[Reset profile] > [Reset key binds] or[Reset profile] > [Reset profile].Also, I ahve tried to make a new profile, and delete the default one.Also, I have tried to reinstall/repair Razer Synapse application.Also I tried to rebind scroll click for example to M, and then to scroll click, but then when Razer Synapse is off, it types M.My firmware for mouse is newest (1.02.00). The Naga Left handed version is the best mouse I have ever used. Not just for gaming, once you map copy/paste/screenshot, enter and a bunch of other functions to the mouse for work, there’s no going back. Would love to have a wireless version - a left-handed v2 Pro.Is there a place where we can petition / gather signatures for it?Please :-) 

Just got my new controller for my ps5 pro. Since the ps5 pro dont have the big (dont know the exact name) USB ports in the front i conncted the dongle to the back. First i tought this was the problem, that it was a weak connection. But i did get a usb cable for the dongle so it can sit in the front. Still the same problem. Anyone experienced this? Otherwise i like the controller alot

I recently figured out that whenever i try to use the key combination ALT+Z it doesn’t work. I even tried reprogramming another key to either ALT or Z and it still doesn’t work.Does anybody have any idea how I can fix it?
