The Razer Armory

I’m having this strange issue where I can only use either my Blackshark V3 Pro or Seiren V2 Pro at one time and never both, it just either cuts out my mic or cuts out audio from playing on my headphones depending on the order I plug them in.

I AM TRYING TO REGISTER MY DEVICE ON MY HEADPHONES BLACKSHARK V2 X I WROTE ALL CORRECT BUT IT SAYS THAT ITS ALREADY REGISTERED,BUT I DIDNT REGISTER IT,CAN YOU UNREGISTER IT,CUZ I CANT GET MY ACTIVATION CODE

Hey all. For Christmas I got some Razer gear and I was looking to round things out with a budget-friendly keyboard on the quieter side. Are there any good quiet Razer keyboards sub-$100? Thanks! 

I do not know if the problem is on my side but, I was so excited for the purchase becuase it is what most pro players use in valorant. Now when I tried using it for valorant the volume of the game feels so low. The funny part is other games are so loud but except valorant. It’s giving me a hard time listening to footsteps. I tried testing the eq from the synapse for the game and it does not do anything, even I dropped down all the audio in the synapse equalizer there were no changes. I really need help, it is my first ever purchase in razer headphones and I am really dissapointed about it.

I would really like to upgrade my keyboard, but the Razer PBT keycap upgrade set only comes in US/UK layout.I have waited years and years for the set to come out in Nordic layout, but they just don’t 😕

I can’t register my blackshark v2 X to 7.1 surround sound because it says “ this product is already registered”. I don’t understand, I bought it on Aliexpress wich commanded it to the company Shenzhen ZOYO Technology Co. What should I do please ?!--endfragment>!--startfragment>

Hi All, I had recently dusted off my blackwidow chroma and started playing games with it. Synapse updates the software and my device starts receiving the wrong inputs on keystrokes and repeats keys. I unplug and plug it back in not thinking anything of it, then the devices is non responsive and shows up as Razer Bootloader in device manager. The device will not function and is not recognized by synapse. Is there a simple driver fix for this issue? any help is appreciated, thank you!

I need new headsets and I saw this for $75, what are your thought on them for the price, also if I happen to lose the dongle can I use them wired?

I stepped away from my PC for a few minutes to use the bathroom, and when I came back, I noticed that the wireless dongle had completely stopped working.The mouse still works normally when connected directly to the PC via cable, but when I try to use it wirelessly, the dongle shows no signs of life at all — no LEDs turn on and it is not recognized by the system. When the mouse is switched on in wireless mode, it simply does not connect to the dongle.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Disconnecting and reconnecting the dongle to different USB ports Testing the dongle on another PC (same issue occurs) Restarting the system multiple times Reinstalling USB and mouse drivers Uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse software Using the mouse pairing utility (the mouse works only when connected by cable) The mouse itself appears to be functioning properly, since it works perfectly over a wired connection. Does anybody know what thumsticks or caps fit the raiju v3 and maybe triggers and such it would be nice to customise my controller a little.  Thanks in advance guys and the raiju v3 is an awesome controller better than my dual sense edge.

How do I set the colour for my Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pros when I am using Bluetooth to a phone and the like?It defaults to green, but it must have onboard memory because it can remember if I have enabled the “don’t light up if screen isn’t on” feature 

so recently my keyboard (blackwidow v4 pro) started double typing/ certain keys not working well and i remembered that it's still under warrenty so i might as well try ask support about it and stuff. fast forward a few days support team seems to be going well till support switched me over to razer's dedicated support team for "handling warranty validation for your defective device." and i've had nothing for the past 3 days is that normal or is razer support really that bad as i've been told.

I recently bought  my razor black shark v3 and my  detachable mic broke and I was wondering where do I buy a replacement because I don’t see one nowhere and it was just taking me to black shark v2 replacement 

I’ve had this issue multiple times.The controllers home button no longer works, I plug it in and it doesn’t turn on unless I hold it for an extensive amount of time. After holding it for more than 30 seconds it starts vibrating faintly until I let go. It then flashes green and white, then turns off just for the same pattern to repeat itself. If I do get it to work while plugged in, again, the home button doesn’t work. I unplug it and it immediately turns off. I’ve looked everywhere for a solution and all I see is support ending with a personal pm for a warranty check. Is there any solution to this or is razers only fix to buy a new controller.

Hey just wanted yall to know, if you're transitioning form Synapse 3 to 4, make sure to back up all of your chroma profiles, as well as other profiles for the audio, mouse, etc, because the migration of profiles is broken, and will probably only transfer the default profiles because potato. Also your old light effects will most likely not work, or not sync well if you're using the migrated profile.Im saying all of this because I almost lost all of my profiles and stuff, thankfully I was able to recover them when upgrading from 4 back to 3 

Anyone have any goals for the new year?
