The Razer Armory

Need help with this, have been using the mic with no issue for the last few months. One day out of the blue it stopped working. I’ve reinstalled the drivers, updated the firmware.Through the sound control panel, I can see some volume is picked up when I turn the mic on and off, but nothing is picked up from the mic itself.

My key board and mouse are acting up randomly. After some time my keyboard will hold ctrl until I press it. My mouse randomly will spam the e and d key. I've tried scanning for viruses and playing with the firmware. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it? Keyboard: Blackwidow Elite Mouse : Naga Trinity 

I’ve had my Razer Viper Mini for about 2 years now, but recently the middle button for the turbo click stopped working? what should I do?

My Razer viper v3 pro disconnects for some short moments, like it stops working in 1-2 seconds and connects again, it isnt the low battery, i tested that, so i have no clue what it could be

The EQ on my Razer Leviathan V2 isn't responding. What can I do?

Make a long story short, I sent back my headphones for a same item replacement, they offered me a worse item, so I declined that. So they where going to refund me. After I gave info it took them 6 weeks to refund me. I had to email them every week wondering where my money was. Finally got the refund, but I used 10 dollar rewards to best buy to buy the headphones, but they wouldn't refund that 10 dollars.  The whole process took over 2 months of back and forth emails to resolve this.  They really should have offered me something for all my time wasted with them.

Hey guys, quick question about the Leviathan V2. Is Razer Synapse absolutely necessary to use the Leviathan, or can the soundbar be used without Synapse? And what limitations do I have if I use it without Synapse? 

so recently my logitech mouse broke so i pulled out my old razer mamba te and i was playing a few games and stuff when suddenly my mouse stopped moving at all due to the sensor being complete buns talking it didnt move at all for days on end and if it did move it would only move right to left down and up wouldnt do anything but most of the time no movement at all and just sticking a q tip into the sensor fixed it works like new so now i just keep a qtip box on my desk while playing games and when the mouse stops working i shove tips into it to play a game while waiting for my new mouse thanks razer

Hi! Planning on getting my first razer keyboard for Christmas, and I'm stuck between these two keyboards. I checked a keyboard comparison website and they were essentially the same from what I saw. My main thing is that i want a quieter keyboard, and the yellow linear switches on the Blackwidow is quieter, but, I love the rgbon the wrist rest on the huntsmanI would just like some opinions on these two as they are around the same price 

Why cant I buy the newest Mouse with a wired connection. I dont want to charge my mouse. only the v3 remains wired. I am ready to upgrade again but im not buying a mouse that needs charged. I dont want to find out mid game that my type c is unplugged or wearing out. I already had to find a non razer headset. For an almost 200$ mouse you would think I would have a choice.  In 2025 I just want a mouse with a working scroll wheel that doesnt need an antenna. The death adder v3 has had problems with the cheap scroll wheel out of the box. I feel like the product has gotten worse, even just scrolling the internet.  My only option is to find a third party with a new original death adder. 

I am running an Orbweaver on Synapse two.  I have been racking my brain but can’t come up with a solution.  I have play a game with both fps and a free view mode.  To go to free view I have to press a key and to exit free view I have to press the key again.  I would like to be able to hold the key to enter and stay in free view and return to fps view when releasing the key.  Is this possible? 

I always used it very carefully. No gamer rage, no dropping it, nothing of that kind. Yet the coating started to peel off, starting where my thumb sits and mouse 4 starts to lose its tension. I have the white version, no idea if the coating issue also exists on the black one, but I was definitely expecting higher quality here. 

Hi, I just got my Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and although I can manage to connect it with my Android phone via Bluetooth, Razer Audio cannot recognizes it. I have a OnePlus 12 already running latest OS version. Anyone with similar issue who could solve it?

Hello everyone!I've been using the keyboard for less than a week, today I noticed that it stopped charging until the charge dropped to 1%.Now the keyboard only works via a wire and does not charge more than 1%. If you remove the cable, the keyboard immediately turns off.

I’m the owner of a Huntsman keyboard and a DeathAdder V3 and a Basilisk mouse. I used to be happy with the hardware and even recommended it to my friends.But then Synapse started bothering me a lot. These sudden requests to log in in the middle of a game take the focus away from my game and place a topmost window in front of it. WTF… why do I need to log in to be able to use my mouse and keyboard???  

I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard, purchased in 2021. In the past, one of the keys stopped working, but I was able to fix it by manually installing a firmware update. Recently, however, a new problem has appeared: several letter keys, such as U, O, and E, only work intermittently or very rarely. All drivers, software, and Razer Synapse are fully up to date. I plan to test the keyboard on another computer to rule out system-related causes, but at the moment I don’t have the ability to do so.I’m not sure whether this issue is related to the age of the keyboard (even though it has been well-maintained, never damaged, never exposed to liquid, and always cleaned carefully), or if it’s another software-related problem. I’ve already reinstalled the software several times, but manually updating the keyboard firmware doesn’t work because it says the device is already up to date.I’m looking for potential solutions or explanations for this issue, and I’m wo

I have Basilisc V3 (RZ01-04000) with USB. Can I connect it to Firefly V2 PRO? It will work or this USB in Firefly is only for wireless?

Just wanted to hear what everyone's favourite Razer product. I personally really like the Razer BlackWidow V3 Keyboard & the Cobra Pro Mouse. Currently using the Barracuda X headset and it’s been the best headset I’ve had. 

I bought this keyboard about a year ago, and at the same day when I started using the keyboard the issues appeared. I decided to ignore it at first, but now I just want to fix the thing. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method I saw, but none worked. Uninstalling drivers, reinstalling drivers, switching from Synapse 4 to 3, update firmware, plug the usb into a different port, nothing worked. I am really desperate to get this keyboard fixed and make it work properly, and I am slowly considering to send it to Razer myself to get it repaired.

For some reason, I can’t seem to get a signal from my Razer Ripsaw connected to a Nintendo Switch 2 on a TCL QM6K TV.  I have tested just about everything, and I still don’t know what to do.  Can anyone help me out?

Hi folks, I am looking to upgrade the storage on my 2021 Razer Blade 14”. In the specs page the maximum storage is listed as:  Storage (Maximum) NVME or SATA-III, Single Sided, expandable up to 2 TB SSD (M.2 2280)  Does that mean I have two slots and can add one 2TB SSD per slot for a total of 4TB or can I only add a second 1TB SSD for a total of 2TB?Not sure if the Maximum is per SSD or all SSDs 🤔
