I recently had to send in my razer kraken v3 pro for replacement because it stopped charging. A few days after I sent it in I get an email saying that it will be replaced with a black shark v2 because they don’t have mine in stock. that’s not even the same line of headset wtf?! Not only that I don’t think those are equivalent in value either. I sent an email back requesting kraken line headset, it’s just frustrating

Have a razer keyboard and mouse. Both work fine when they want to. Both also are the only usb products I have that just randomly choose to not even power on some days (Both corded). This company is absolutely buns with terrible software. MOVING ON TO ANOTHER BRAND. DOOO NOT BUY RAZER.

Hi!First i have to give RECOMMENDATION: Razer Basilist v3 X Hyperspeed has proven to be a well worth while investment after 9 other main brand mouses in 3 years. ​​​​​​I bought Razer Basilist v3 X Hyperspeed gaming mouse few months ago as my first ever Razer gear and I have been very impressed by the performance and stability of both the mouse and software. I have tried many known gaming brands for example Steelseries, HyperX, Logitech and even some new and not so known brands like for one example was L33T, but the Basilisk is the first gaming mouse that has performed as I think gaming mouse should and DAILY. The Synapse application that is very easy to learn and by far is the most variable and very light, best by far for what I have used before. Im thinking to upgrade all my gear soon and was thinking to look into Razer keyboard next and would like to hear experiences, also if someone has full layout Razer Im keen to hear about that also. The audio side has been more expensive for me

My Razer keyboard is the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL. On the first day of using it, everything seemed normal except for the W key when playing Valorant. My actuation setting was 0.1mm, and I had Rapid Trigger set to 0.1mm for the W, A, S, D keys.However, in the following days while playing, I noticed that when pressing other keys, the W and D keys would sometimes activate on their own. When I tested it by simply typing, I also experienced key drifting with W and D, even when I wasn’t pressing them.Is this a defect or an issue with the keyboard?Video My Keyboard Error

Hello, I lubricated the switches on my Huntsman Mini with optical switches.After the modification, I assembled the keyboard, and the “e” key does not work. I have a multimeter, and I tried to test the photodiode, but the diodes are working (?).I think the problem is with the board.I tried replacing the mechanical switches, but that didn't help.I also wiped the diodes themselves with alcohol.Perhaps when removing the switches, I bent the board too much.

I have a Deathadder Essential muse. When I Connect it the cursor goes to the top left corner of the screen and doesn’t move. But the right and left click are working.I have updated the Synapse Software, updated drivers for mouse but nothing works. Need help to restore my mouse to working condition.

My W key started acting up and I was thinking of changing the switches for the classic asdw keys, but when I wanted to see how to change them before buying the replacements I can’t find a guide or if it’s even possible for an amateur to change them. I would appreciate it very much if someone can help me

The mouse disconnects when I lift it from the surface which makes any game unplayable, and the wheel does not work correctly. It hasn't even been used for 8 months, I have seen several similar issues without a specific solution, does anyone know what can be done?

Hi My friends and me have BW V4 pro green switch and it s the best keyboard we never have. Now we wait the BW V4 pro low profile in green switch and in AZERTY.When razer will made it ? Now it exists only in Qwerty.Yes I know why France has in 2025 AZERTY keyboard? I don't know. Qwerty is better and I don't understand why in occidental county we have different keyboard. Qwerty for German, Qwerty for Sweden, AZERTY for french.... It s stupid. It s like the ring. One ring to control all :). And who cares if you have strange letters in your country. 

I bought some Razer Gold to purchase Minecraft Bedrock and Java edition from the Razer Gold site, but when I try to purchase it with my Razer Gold, it just keeps saying "Purchase failed." My Nommo v2 pro keep connect and disconnected randomly, all cable plug in properly, try to on off via control pod, no work, sometimes it keep connect, sometimes connect and disconnected and happening continuously, try to move the cable from pc to ps5, problem still exist. Proof

Hope everyone is doing awesome!I saw two topics about creating a Razer Trade in program. I believe this would be a great idea but of course would create a hassle for Razer since it makes things more difficult. But at the same time, since Razer is focused on being green… it would make sense for them to start a Trade in program. Because with a trade in program, if they follow the same principals like Apple, Razer can also earn profit from this while making it easier for the consumer to purchase new technology for much cheaper when trading in. Overall, this is something to definitely think about.
