I purchased the original DeathAdder years ago, and regretted that after 14 months when the buttons had click bounce. I swore then i’d stick to a different company. I decided, after reading that you’d fixed the buttons, to try the Deathadder V3 , and yet again I am regretting it, now I have the “lift off” issue where it disconnects the mouse if you dare lift it at all. And also the placing of the side button is too low and the spring is way too weak. Moving the mouse left can trigger the side mouse button which is melee in FPS games.  So shooting and moving left and suddenly im punching thin air. So I have to unassign that button because its useless. SEriously Razer, isn’t it time you learnt from your mistakes ? How can there be a disconnect issue with the lift off ? THAT’S NEVER A THING PERIOD….  Last ever mouse I get from you. Logitech are more reliable.

From a quick Google search, I saw that the basilisk can save basic rgb effects and run them without the software running in the background. My question, does a static colour effect count as "basic" as that's the effect I want to use, hopefully without synapse in the background. 

Hello! These are my first big headphones from Razer. Honestly, I'm very annoyed by the way the connection works on 2.4hrz. For some reason, my sound starts to creak, hiss, as if the headphones are losing connection. The video also starts to lag. For some reason, this happens when I go to the Nvidia APP application, as well as GTA5. Sometimes it goes away when I turn on the stereo mode. THX spatial audio, it seems to be in this mode that it lags. I don't know what's going on, there are no updates, I tried to set it up. I haven't found a way to completely reset the headphones.

Good afternoon. The Razer 7.1 Surround Sound application has been reinstalled. After reinstallation, the previously valid activation code is no longer working. Please help me activate the program.

Hi everyone,I'm writing this from Australia and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed.It’s already almost June and there is still no sign of the Razer Blade 18 (2025) on the official Razer Australia website – not even a product page. I reached out to Razer customer service, and to my surprise, they said they have no idea what the Razer Blade 18 2025 is. Seriously?Is this the level of product awareness and support we’re getting? I can’t believe a flagship laptop is completely MIA in the Australian market. It’s getting to the point where I’m considering buying one from the US and bringing it back myself.Is anyone else in Australia feeling the same? Do you guys think they’ll actually release it here, or are we just being ignored again?

I buy razer blackshark v2 x in October 2024, in the first week when I wore them there were no problems, after that they began to squeeze very hard, this continues until this day, I started using the headphones as speakers because of this, I tried them stretching it with books and leaving it for a couple of days, it didn’t help, unfortunately the headphones cause me very severe pain, does anyone know how to solve this? Or will I have to stretch them even more?

Hello.Until about 45 minutes ago I was playing games completely fine, until suddenly my keyboards D key started malfunctioning out of no where. After some tests, I realized that completely closing Razer Synapse fixed my issues and my D keys functionality came back completely. Reinstalling Synapse did not fix this issue either and I also tried updating the firmware of my keyboard (Razer Huntsman V2 Analog). Nothing worked until I closed Synapse. Any ideas why this happened all of a sudden? I would prefer to keep a few razer apps such as synapse and chroma so I can adjust my keyboard when needed but there is no way I can keep Synapse open and play games at once. Any suggestions? 

Hello dose anyone know where I can get new key caps for the Razer Ornate V2 keyboard is that me are old I like to get new ones 

I normally have my Mouse Buttons 4 and 5 on my Baslik binded to the keys 8 and 9 (to reach further out in games that have lots of abilities in my hotbar) and for some reason I cannot use them anymore. Despite unplugging and replugging the mouse, resetting it and trying everything else I can think of, Razer Synapse allows me to re-bind the buttons but it doesn’t actually do anything and the default functions are still retained. Anyone know a fix? The only somewhat significant thing that happened before and after this change is that I recently received a Razer Barracuda X Chroma and registered it on synapse. That’s it.

Hey all,In the model I received, the buttons are ABS coated and I want to make them PBT.The model with the coiled cable isn't compatible, but there's also an upgrade set option. I don't know if these are fully compatible, as they come in white, pink, black, and green. The keycap map isn't provided.V4 75% has small Alt, Fn, and Ctrl keys. I wanted to be sure. My UK layout keyboard has a large Enter key. It says v4 is 75% compatible in the FAQ, but I couldn't see the buttons. as follows“Yes. The Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set is compatible with the Razer BlackWidow V4 75%. However, the PBT Keycap Upgrade set does not come with keycaps for Dedicated Macro Keys.”

Between June 2nd 2025 and to-date August 10 2025. I made several purchases from razer. with order numbers RZUSPP1000001949034, RZUSWP1000001954134 and RZUSPP1000001951650.  Two of these purchases were offered a game which was to be received 20-30 days after purchase. I have not received them as of yet. Can you help me?

Hello everyone!I just changed my phone from Samsung Galaxy S21 to iPhone 16 Pro Max and I am having some problems setting ringtones on my new phone. On Samsung phones, setting ringtones is quite easy without much manipulation, I hope the admin and you guys can help me set ringtones to my liking on my iPhone. I have tried a few ways but the downloaded ringtones are not in the iPhone's sound settings.

Are there any plans to add the snap-tap functionality that was just announced for the new Huntsman V3 Pro models to the Tartarus Pro? This would make it a truly killer FPS accessory. This has been my biggest complaint with the device, the response is a little slow when trying to change strafe directions.

Hi, I have a Razer Blade 16 (2025) with the RTX 5080 and I'm having issues with the keyboard lighting effects on the laptop using Synapse 4.I also have other Razer devices like the BlackWidow keyboard, Basilisk V2 mouse, and a laptop cooling pad — all three work perfectly when selecting lighting effects through Synapse. However, the built-in keyboard on the laptop doesn't respond to any effect changes; it just stays static.However, I can still adjust the brightness or turn the lighting off completely — it's just the effects that don’t change at all.Interestingly, if I control the lighting effects through Windows Dynamic Lighting instead of Synapse, it works perfectly.I've already tried restoring the PC twice and uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

I'm not sure what happened but my razor mouse sensor stopped working and the cursor started moving to the top left of my screen, it has the same trouble when connected to other computers as well. It started happening after I opened it up to spray some electronic cleaner to stop a double clicking issue, which I had done several times before. I don't see any damage or corrosion on the circuit board. I have no trouble with any other mouse, currently using a corsair mouse. It doesn't have an internal battery either. I've tried to update the firmware but the razer site only has naga pro, naga v2 pro, and naga hyperspeed, none of which recognize my mouse being plugged in, even though synapse does, and wouldn't work. To be clear, my mouse is a wired 3 interchangeable side plate naga trinity, P/N.: RZ01-02410100-R3U1. Any help is appreciated.

Just recently updated to Razer Synapse version 3.8.831.90619.  It has rendered my Tartarus Pro, Model RX07-0311, P/N: RZ07-03110100, unable to remap keys.  For example, if I try to remap the 01 key to Esc, and click “save,” nothing happens.  It does not remap and if I go to click another key, I get a notification saying that the “changes have not been saved yet.”  If I click “save,” from within this notification, it still does not save and just moves onto the next key.Because of this problem, I can no longer use the keypad for anything other than the default mapping, which is pretty much useless.Additionally, every single custom profile I have every created has been wiped out.  The profiles are there but when I select them, I am shown the default mapping.  This is not as big of a deal as being unable to remap, but I have lost years of saved profiles for all the various games I play.Interestingly, the “alt” key, or button above the D-pad has somehow maintained it’s mapping as a “switch

Hi, my keyboard is not typing anymore although colors and function keys like media spinner is controlling multimedia as normal. I’ve tried the SW , driver uninstall , cable, factory reset with keys but the keyboard is still not responding.  kindly for your support 

Hello! i have a huge problem….I recently bought the Razer Kraken v 4 and i have massive issues.I bouight it in Feb 2025 and had no problems since. Then suddenly last week i got microphonee problems. I sounded distorted for others and they could always hear themselv and when they speak my mic get activated. i thought, since i dont have the problems with other headsets that it might be broken. Could happen no problem i send it in. Got a newe one from razer send today. Plugged it in. same problems….. i have no cloue what to do please help my suffering

I recently bought a new Razer Kracken X headset and it has been working fine for weeks, but the fast few days on both pc calls and ps5 party chat people have been telling me that my microphone is making some sort of beeping noise every now and then and that is sounds somewhat like morse code. what do you suggest? is there a way to sort this or is the headset broken? The headset i bought is the wired version if that helps
