 I recently tried upgrading to synapse 4. I noticed it made my sound quality very bad compared to before and decided to go back to synapse 3. Now that i have gone back my mic does not work, but only when synapse is installed. As soon as i delete synapse it starts working again, but then the sound quality turns bad again. When i try to test the mic in windows settings, the blue bar moves like the mic is working but then when i try the mic in discord and in games it doesn't work. I tried revouninstalling razer, switching usb port, switching razer profile and other things i dont specifically remember.

Hello all, I own a set of Barracuda X 2022’s and looking for a suitable carry case for them?  Does RAZER offer anything or am I looking at and aftermarket one?  Any suggestions? Thank you

I had originally downgraded my Razer Blade 14 laptop to Win 10 but with the EOS upcoming I upgraded to Win 11 with a factory reset. However upon doing so my wi-fi connection is now incredibly slow. The Wi-fi is not slow on any of my other devices and was fine on my razer blade laptop when it had windows 10. Is there a wi-fi driver update that I need? 

Hello everyone,I recently bought a Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard and installed Synapse, but I'm running into a frustrating issue: Synapse seems to be causing my PC to stutter. My computer is definitely not weak, so I don't think that's the problem.My main question is: can I switch to my custom-saved color profiles (the ones stored in the keyboard's onboard memory) without Synapse running? I know I can change the default Chroma profiles using "Fn + Ctrl + Number", but I really want to switch to the specific color + power profiles I've created and saved to the keyboard's memory.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,I own the Razer Blade 18 with 5090 GPU. After a few minutes of gaming I notice that the palmrest area is getting very hot. I wonder if this is normal because it is very unconfortable to use and I have not noticed this on any other 18” gaming notebook out there?Especially the new Razer Blade 16 2025 which is way thinner does not have that issue.Am I alone or are Razer Blade 18 2025 owners do have the same isse? This is way to hot for my liking

Hi everyone! So I'm using a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2021) with an RTX 3080, and I’ve been getting horizontal visual glitches/artifacts after gaming for sometime at 165Hz when giving any input like moving camera etc.  No crashes or random flickers, just noticeable visual distortion. It doesn’t seem to happen at 60Hz to my knowledge, and not during normal desktop use either. I’ve tried limiting FPS, enabling V-Sync, and reducing GPU load, updated all drivers but the issue still appears. I don't even know what this even is. Not sure if it’s thermals, refresh-rate bandwidth, or early hardware degradation. Would really appreciate any insight from others who’ve seen this. Attaching a picture for clarity. I’ve had this Razer Basilisk V3 mouse for almost 4 years now and have never had any issues until now. At first, it would just scroll up and down when I would lift it slightly off the mouse pad, but now it completely disconnects when raised off the surface. This only started recently when I got back from vacation after having my PC off for a week, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Is there any fix for this?

Hi all,  I just bought my second Razer laptop, my first was a Blade 15 2021 with a 3070 and this time I splungde a bit more to really get top performance. I got it yesterday after what felt like a long wait like always. Installed all updates for Windows besides the infamous 24H2 patch from Microsoft which seems to mess up a lot for many people. I installed benchmark programs ofc since I benched my old one before putting it on the shelf and I am amazed of the performance. I installed Battlnet and Bo6 as well since that´s the game I play for the moment and yet again amazed. I have read that you can undervolt these badboys in comparison to previous models for the past 3 - 4 years. I am not looking for more performance because already on balanced mode in Synapse I am more than pleased with results and looks of what this beast displays. I am more interested in it to keep it cooler and more quiet and perhaps even gain som batterylife out of it. I never game on battery mode but as an consulta

My headset Razer BlackShark V2 - Wired Gaming Headset + USB Sound Card - SE has a very low sound recently. Even though I downloaded the Thunderbolt 4 driver, it still can't help me solve this problem. What should I do now?

A lot of things have gone to poop recently and its just getting annoying, in short, when plugged in my headset is changing recording device from USB to 2.4 over and over, when i load into a game it is making it freeze when every it changes, in razer synapse it is saying Set as default device over and over, it is just appearing and disappearing over and over, and in playback devices a new device which i think is named High definition audio is being created used and deleted all within a second. im lost, ive tried everything including, re install SynapseHard reset Headsetreinstall game its happening on so it cant be a game issuere installing drivers latest firmwarerazer pairing utility uninstalling the audio device and driver and restarting my pcdisabling certain audio devices.please help its making certain things unusable like my mic is not working now either
